This hotel is a 4 star hotel that could almost be a 5 star hotel. By far the best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are genuinely committed to making everyone’s stay as wonderful as possible. They were kind, compassionate, and professional.

Fundamentally this hotel is extremely understaffed and that is the glaring problem. Also, house keeping was atrocious (maybe also a staffing problem, not sure). Also, the bathrooms are tiny with half the shower open so the floors invariably get very wet. Lastly, the room had no storage for clothes other than a few hangars. It would have been nice to have shelves or drawers so we weren’t living out is a suitcase for a week.

The location is wonderful. The hotel is very good. I like that despite the fuss around, it was very calm. It’s great for a vacation with children. Opposite the hotel is the largest amusement park in Denmark) walk to other attractions for 15 minutes. The view is amazing. The staff is very friendly. Especially in the restaurant.

There are minor moments. The hotel is great, but it would be nice to update it a little, although it is really good. And the breakfast can be varied a little, because I was there for a week, and honestly I got a little tired at the end.. but the guys who work in the restaurant in the hotel are just wonderful. They will always find the most convenient place and will always come to the rescue. The food is all fresh and tasty.

The room was clean, specious, but one side of the double bed was uneven so I decided to keep sleeping on the left side because of the mattress issue. Breakfast was delicious although it has less varieties, location is excellent gives easy access to everywhere.

Nothing really , however, sometimes the flight time/distance /time differences would be nice to be considered, i came in too early around 9 am , and the room was not ready , i was so exhausted that I couldn’t help but fall asleep on the couch at the lobby, one of the staff came and told me I am not allowed to sleep in the lobby and I understand that , but I wished they offer something alternative,, like when I was traveling to one of the country in south Asia , the receptionist offered to sit in the less busy place that was the library until my room is ready.

Nice location just across Tivoli. It’s not on the seaside. Breakfast was good. Restaurant for dinner also nice. The reason we booked this hotel was a size of the room (suit) which is around 40sqm.. Room service was good and also the front desk was very helpful.

Mattress was too soft which is not my preference, so Whoever likes firm mattress you will have a problem. The biggest problem for me was cleaning. The room was dirty when we checked in even tho I explained that we are coming with a toddler and a baby. The whole hotel was full of dust and smelled like it needs a good deep cleaning.

An excellent, central location to explore central Copenhagen on foot. 5mins walk from the main train station if you are looking to travel further afield. The hotel is very comfortable, gorgeous Arne Jacobsen design. Rooms are a reasonable size, very good layout with a window seat and a comfortable chair with still and sparkling water (complimentary). A sense of a separate seating area to sleeping area which is nice. Good shower with a long shelf to store your toiletries. Reasonable hanging space. Good full length mirror. Restaurant was very good food, we had not tried Peruvian Japanese fusion and throughly enjoyed it. Nice bar area and reception seating area. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location for tourists and across the street from the train station which makes it easy to access from the airport. Hotel is a very modern, clean and has spacious rooms. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with advice and directions. The hotel is located in a good area for bars / restaurants and a manageable walk to most tourists' sites. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had a of options. No problems with this hotel.

The cost of this hotel was expensive, but the location was good.

The location of the hotel is fantastic if you want to use public transportation. It's 5 minutes walk from Copenhagen's central train station, and close also to bus stations and the subway. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the city hall square and the shopping streets. There are a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. The concierge service was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

The room has a very small closet, especially if you come for more than one or two nights. the room was not spacious although we took a superior room.

Clean Hotel with very professional staff. Location was great. Room had the essentials as well as some bells and whistles, and the look and feel were comfortable. Sound insulation was good, although not enough to block out the harsher part of sirens for people who are light sleepers. We are pescatarian when we travel, so the breakfast for us was diverse enough to not be boring (but not to the extent that it was exciting). Also having fresh made poached eggs for breakfast is always a plus! Breakfast staff were friendly and responsive.

Room was small for the price tag, including limited storage space. Breakfast for vegetarians would only be worth it if you really stuffed yourself as the variety was limited, especially if I were to compare it to other premium/non-budget hotels with breakfast. Vegans should definitely avoid paying for breakfast here as there's basically no vegan protein.

Absolutely perfect stay! The hotel's location is unbeatable—right across from the train station, next to Tivoli, and just a short walk from the famous shopping street, Strøget. The convenience is exceptional, especially with the car park located just under the hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a fantastic mix of international and authentic Danish flavors. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff—so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. For our next visit to Copenhagen, this will undoubtedly be our only choice!

The lobby and the restaurant area were very spacious and beautiful. And the room had a really nice view. The room was spacious and comfortable for us. The room also had a walk in closet with a decent sized bathroom, with shower and bathtub. The restaurant was incredible. Delicious and intricate plates. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The cleaning service was not efficient as not only they didn’t clean certain parts of our room, but also forgot and left behind items like the trash bag and the coffe refill box. You can slightly feel and hear the trains passing as the train station is really close by.
