We met Mr. Natanael, very friendly, kind and cheerful receptionist who allowed us to check in earlier so we could place our stuff. When our rented car's rear windscreen was smashed and a big luggage was stolen in Malmo Museum car park, Mr. Joakim was very kind, cheerful and helpful to call the police for us and gave us the police station to get our police report even pass his working hours. Ms. Elsie was so sorry that happened and provided a big black plastic, scissor and tape for us to secure the broken windscreen, very kind, helpful and cheerful lady. I have nothing but praise and appreciation for these 3 staff who had been very kind, helpful and lovely towards us, as this was our first time as tourist in Sweden. Location wise, very good, besides a super market, near punp station, free parking, near to beach, can see Oresund bridge from room. Lovely room decor.

Location is great, the staff extremely friendly and welcoming, room very nice, the area is very good and offers nature, walks, good dining and a lovely local area. The restaurant belonging to the hotel, called Vessel, can only be recommended. It was great. Very clean room and free parking, which is unusual. There is a supermarket 10 metres away around the building, which is great too. Love the decor inside.

We did like everything, but the breakfast was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Eggs cold, selection of bread etc small and a small breakfast room The tables stood too close for our liking. Maybe it can be organized/ placed differently. Beware that this hotel has no stairs, so it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties or handicaps to do with stairs. Breakfast is downstairs and rooms on the two floors above.

Great location - close to public transport (good connections to the centre, to Malmo Arena/Hyllie and connections to Copenhagen), supermarket just downstairs, and overall it is a quiet and pleasant part of the city. Really clean and comfortable hotel. Lovely breakfast with lots of variety, including vegan yoghurt, Swedish breakfast options, and more (the waffles and pancakes were not good but the rest was fab). Really great and informative staff too.

Only downside would be the lack of a safety deposit box in the room - used to this being the norm in most places so was a bit of a surprise. Regular mugs rather than paper cups in the room for tea/coffee would have been nice too.

The hotel's design/decor is inspired by famous vessels, such as "The Victoria", which is the room that I stayed in for 2 nights. The staff is the nicest people, the place is immaculate, quiet during down time, you can see the ocean from some windows, they had complimentary carbonated water and coffee, and the room came with a mini fridge. The beds were comfortable and very clean, and the bathroom was a good size with a really nice shower

The breakfast was mostly Swedish-inspired, so for us who are not used to that cuisine it can be a bit heavy on the stomach. The coffee was less-than-acceptable, and there is no elevator, but the guy at the reception desk was very kind and helped us carry our suitcases up to the room

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff. When we arrived, it was not check-in time yet, and the room was not ready yet. the girl at the front desk gave us the room key and said she would bring our suitcases to the room, which is on the 3rd floor without lifts, once it was ready There are bus stops near the hotel very convenient to visit the city centre. And there is a big harbour nearby. The room is quite for good sleep.

Adjustable mattress firmness. Great continental breakfast offering. Fun theme decor, we had the Titanic room 😁 Hotel provided mineral water, bonbons, toiletries. Only a shower, no bath, though that's not a problem for us. Very helpful staff happy to help with travel advice and even printing our boarding pass. A selection of eateries nearby. Close to the sea front. A bus journey of 15 mins into Malmö centre.

There's no lift, which wasn't a problem for us, but no good for people with mobility issues. On the whole very happy with our stay and no criticism.

The room was very nice and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and I could have a late check out at no extra cost. The location is very good. I was pleasantly surprised once I was inside the hotel.

I found the exterior of the building not very appealing. I made the booking last minute and didn’t have a good look at the description. I was waken up by a delivery van, there is a ICA supermarket next to the hotel. The reverse parking alarm was quite loud. If possible, book a room on the other side of building.

This booking was a very last minute one but a strange one never the less. There were no staff members at site from the start of our visit till someone was there in the morning serving breakfast. Every room has a unique vibe and naval theme. It was really something special and I'm so glad I stayed there. It was weird that there were no staff members, on site until the morning but the process of checking in was really simple.

There is no common area to hang out before bed time, it was just our rooms and a couple of seats by the front door.

Our stay was very comfortable, and the room was super clean and well-kept. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and communication was always clear. Breakfast was good, and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was both delicious and convenient. Overall, a great experience — we would happily stay here again!

Finally a great stop on our way to Stockholm! Clean, comfy rooms and a very attentive reception. Small little breakfast with great buffet. Area very dog friendly. We will come again!

Restaurant was closed. kids of some guests behaved poorly like using remote controlled car in breakfast area. Poor staff tripped a few times and did not say anything. Luckily nothing happened
