Everything.. I had zero problems and the staff were great. Compliments to the two ladies on the front desk, the ebony man on front desk in the evenings was very polite, helpful and always greeted us when we arrived back at the hotel and the young lady who was clearing the tables was very polite and always had a smile. Very refreshing and competent staff. Very happy customer and will definitely utilise your facility on my next visit. Also the room cleaning staff where very polite and pleasant.

Room temperature can be set using a thermostat, but heating wasn't strong enough to compete with cold winter outside, making it impossible to bring room temperature above 20 degrees at any point in time. While everything else in this hotel is very nice, this aspect made the stay very uncomfortable and left a feeling of "hey, this issue shouldn't come up in such a nice place and standard". Would consider this an unfortunate one-off experience, but various colleagues staying in other rooms reported the same issue.

Location was perfect for my use case (close to the train station and my office). Also, there is a mall nearby with plenty options for lunch/dinner, or if you just want to chill a bit or buy something.

This one is kinda specific - me and my colleagues needed invoices so we can refund the money, but no one was certain who can issue an invoice - at the hotel we've been told we need to ask on Booking, and on Booking they explicitly state this has to be done by the property. It'd be much more helpful if there is certainty about this.

Staying in this hotel is a pleasure not only because of the nice price. The parking lot was a bit tricky to find, but there were plenty of spaces. The staff is very friendly and helpful with everything. The rooms are just the right size, they are clean and comfortable. We were most impressed with the breakfast! The hotel offers an incredible selection of everything possible and impossible. After breakfast we regretted staying one night and not being able to have this breakfast again the next day. The location of the hotel is also very nice, there are restaurants, public transport, a department store and views of the Öresund bridge nearby.

It's hard to find anything we didn't like about this accommodation. The only thing is the parking, where you're not too sure if you've entered the right underground garage, and then you have to go through many more turns and gates to find a parking space just for hotel guests. But it wasn't a big deal, there are a few directional signs along the way.

The room was a good size and the views were good (from the 13th floor). We drove and the parking was convenient and secure. We were able to stay in the hotel garage but right next door there is a huge carpark should the hotel one ever be full.

Other than the member of staff who checked us in (she was lovely) all other staff seemed more interested in talking with colleagues than helping guests. The breakfast was ok but from other reviews I had expected much more.

Location is great (Hyllie is superwell connected to the city centre and the Kobenhavn airport). Room was nice and it was perfect to stay during Eurovision. The hotel team was probably the best part, they were super kind to upgrade our room when we encountered a bad smell in the one we were originally assigned (this was a exceptional thing that we did not observe for any other room). Breakfast is super nice with many different options.

You have to request in the reception for the room to be cleaned up, as their first clean up is scheduled 4 days after arrival, which is super surprising.

Location is perfect because it’s near of the train station and it’s close to the mall named “ Emporia”. Breakfast is very good and many things to choose. The Room was so perfect and very clean and we are so happy with the beautiful view outside the hotel and the bed is very comfortable and everything is very clean and worth the money you paid.

For me is nothing because everything is very good and we are so happy during our stay there and it was our 2nd time we stayed there, I really recommend the hotel so much and easy to find because it’s just next in the Hyllie train station.

The wheelchair-user room was very good, with a comfortable bed, the right height for transfer, and plenty of room. Bed was very comfortable, and the blackout curtains worked well. Bathroom was also well-thought out. Cleanliness of the room was very good - just be aware that you have to ask for new towels if you need them as the room is not cleaned every day unless you're only staying one night. Location for Malmo Arena, Hyllie Station is superb, just 2 minutes walk away. Mc Donalds and Pressbyran convenience store literally within a few steps of the hotel, and across the road is the Emporia shopping mall which is huge with a wide range of shops and a very good supermarket if you need anything. Staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful, special mention to Richard, who was very interesting to chat with, and who I kept updated with the latest Eurovision gossip and drama! He was great and sorted out a wheelchair-accessible taxi for me - very helpful. I definitely would stay here again, and would recommend this hotel to other wheelchair-users.

A rubber non-slip mat in the bathroom would be very helpful for disabled and the elderly, as the bathroom floor could be slippery.

Breakfast and front desk staff was amazing. One tall gentleman with silver hair and glasses was quite kind and understanding.Breakfast and bar has great options for vegetarians and those who don't drink alcohol. I loved how quiet and peaceful my room was. The location was perfection. The gym was amazing, had a great selection of equipment and was comfortable to use.

The sauna floor outside the sauna, sometimes gets quite wet due to possibly drainage issues? That should probably be monitored, as to avoid accidents. Other than that, I loved the sauna too.

- The hotel as a whole had such a chill and relaxing vibe. I could just sit in the lobby for hours and feel calm and peaceful. It think it's a combination of the interior design plus the music that's being played. - The breakfast tasted good. - The hotel is location is great. It's right next to a train station, lots of restaurants, and a mall.

- I wish there was a fridge with some snacks and drinks in my room. That would have made my experience even better. - I spent two nights. No service staff came to my room for cleaning or tidying up the room.
