The hotel is a fantastically cute boutique hotel and it has an amazing courtyard. Personnel are super friendly and the food is very good

Not being familiar with the area/location I had assumed that parking would be nearby the facility. However, the stay fell in a period when a festival and funfair started, thus, all roads leading to the hotel were blocked off. As this was my first visit to Sweden (and not being able to read or speak the language), a little message advising me where to park would have helped. All in all this is a minor issue To get to the room takes you on an interesting journey:-). Go up to the Level 2 and then drop down again to Level 1 to obtain access to the room:-)

The decor, room, and facilities were all excellent and charming. The staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. The price for the accommodation was far better than the more expensive, but smaller, poorer service we had in Copenhagen.

Getting there in a rented car was difficult and problematic, for both check-in, and directions for parking overnight, for someone unfamiliar with Swedish parking, nor methods for payment. i.e. unsure where to park for check-in, difficulty finding overnight parking, payment was handled not by tapping a credit card, but having to download and install and set up a phone app. But at least it worked! The one in Copenhagen did not work with a cell with a Canadian country code.

The location is perfect. Close to the train station and in the center. The room was so big and we where 3 so it was not that we where on each other. Love the restaurant and the whole design of the hotel! The breakfast was so good and had a lot to choose from. The staff was so nice and welcoming and also the staff from the restaurant. They had a photoboot so cool and never seen in a hotel. Also the Robe each of us got in the rooms where the most softest I used.

That they have covering carpet all over the room. A lot of silverfish in the bathroom not at all welcoming and I stayed one night but I did not shower hope they can resolve it because I really like the hotel.

High step-ins for showers are very attractive but would at least add ribbed flooring for better footing

Hotel is super well located to the station and plenty of restaurants and bars. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The staff were friendly and the hotel itself has a nice vibe with the restaurant and bar being places you would visit even if you weren’t a guest

The hotel rooms are around the courtyard and my room had no window to the outside just the hotel courtyard so it meant my room was a bit stuffy. It would be nice if you could get room service too

Nice clean rooms quiet and comfy. The breakfast was excellent except for the selection of coffee ( under not good) The atmosphere in the breakfast area is exceptional so make sure to spend time for a long breakfast

Everything with the hotel is great its a boutique hotel and its nice but when you pay 250€ for a night stay including breakfast, and they charge you 7€ extra for a cappuccino that is not included in the breakfast I think that’s a bit stingy

Location, large room, friendly staff (sometimes a bit green), excellent breakfast, the products in the room, calm street and cute terrace.

Bit too expensive for what you actually get, not clear to us that you have to let the reception know upon check-in that you want cleaning so we missed out on one, not the best drinks in the bar even if high prices.

Perfectly located near the centre of Malmo. Excellent breakfast options. We had a large room at the front which had fantastic sound proofing, providing peace and quiet when needed.

The shower sprayed on to the floor a bit, getting the shower mat wet. The WiFi fluctuated a lot, which was inconvenient when working.

The hotel was fabulous. All the staff were polite and helpful, our room was perfect and the hotel had a lovely quirky feel.

The noise in the very early part of the morning. Every morning there were numerous recycling/bin lorries, outside our window. We found it very difficult to sleep after about 5:30 am.

The staff are just amazing, and love the rooms, the decor and the overall property. The location is also perfect! Will definitely stay in the hotel every time I visit Malmo and recommend to everyone else :)

Few small notes that would make a big difference - no kettle/coffee in rooms, no telephone to call reception for international travellers and shower was too small, couldnt move in it.
