Location! Right next to Central Station. Perfect sized breakfast options in a good sized room. Sometimes it's so stressful having a extremely large area to get around and see too much to choose from you don't really enjoy it in the end. Now I could sit down and actually relax in the quiet room next to the library. Also breakfast all morning until check out is a huge help when you have kids. The bed was very comfy too with the lovely hotel sheets you dream of. Didn't hear a sound either from our location in the hotel. (Level 5)

Some cracks and paint falling of on the wall/window. Easy fix for it to look what you paid for. Also the roof lights didn't really work either, but had other lamps in the 2 rooms we had so it was fine at night. Didn't need it in the morning of course so not a huge deal but still something that could be annoying. Kind of surprised it was passed from cleaning staff manager. (Know from working in a less expensive hotel that stuff would never passed the managers check up after cleaning the room and something you had to let them know too.)

Pro: great views of Acropolis as promised. Got a lots windows/views 2. very spacious. Working TV and ACs 3. Front desk person email respond quickly, able to find a way to left luggage somewhat securely. 4. Clean. I wouldn't call it 5 stars, but 3-4 stars may be.

Con: 1. very noise street 24/7. Soundproof isn't enough, especially the street drum performer 2. almost no real person front desk on site. all thru email contacts. 3. lack of sufficient cloth hangers 4. no instruction or place to take out the trash 5. not enough window curtain to block out the sound and light 6. shower head/holder are broken, had to shower with just one hand. 7. the shower glass door got gap, water will leak thru easily cause large area of wet bathroom floor 8. not enough coffee/tea bag (only provide for 1 day while we stay longer) 9. the way enter into the building/apt is a bit complex and scary at first. For only the 5th floor where apt at is nicely remodel/decorated.

This hotel is the perfect location, across the road from the train station and a few minutes walk from the main area with various shops and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful inside with quirky decor. Our room was average size and comfy with tea making facilities and a fridge. We especially loved the large bathroom with the heated floor, so cosy. The breakfast was huge and plenty of options for us to eat, including vegetarian options. Would recommend this hotel to others.

The doors for the lift were a bit heavy to open, but there was probably a reason for that.

It is a lovely hotel in a great location, right in the centre of Malmö and just opposite the main train station. The single room I had was a good size - the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice and there was tea and a kettle available too. It was nice to have a table and chair, and also a desk and TV. This room perfect for a solo traveller! The breakfast was tasty and there was a good selection of food and drink. The hotel restaurant offered some good food at good prices. The hotel itself is a beautiful, old style building. It is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in.

Lovely Hotel just opposite the main station in Malmo, and just a few minutes walk away from the main square and shopping area. The staff were exceptional, friendly and professional in every way. I stayed here during Eurovision 2024 and it was a haven of calm amidst the crowds and excitement of the competition. My room was enormous with the bathtub I had specifically requested. The wifi was fast, the TV had all channels you could need, breakfast was superb and everything was spotlessly clean. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect. No complaints.

Good sized room and ensuite with the facilities we had sought - kettle, safe, fridge. Location excellent, facing waterfront, on edge of old town and two minutes from train station. Excellent breakfast with a very wide choice. Bishop's Arms pub was integral to hotel and a useful bolthole for an affordable evening meal, though somewhat limited choice. Staff were very professional.

We had been advised that renovation work might still be taking place, but it was disappointing to find that much of our window was obscured and construction work started early on two mornings.

Room was larger than expected, booked a deluxe double and I think we were given a juniour suite. Lovely bathroom, HUGE bathtub which was great for relaxing after a long day

Having to take one elevator up to floor 3, and then another to floor 4 was a little difficult And on one occasion, too many strangers tried to fit in the elevator ignoring the limit written inside, with myself and partner and almost broke it

The location is excellent! Right in front of the central train station and 5 minutes from the city center. The bus from/to the airport has a stop in front of the hotel. The breakfast is excellent even for the most refined tastes. The room was very clean. I recommend rooms 315/313. The hotel it’s an icon of the city.

At the moment, the facade of the building is under renovation until the summer of 2025, so we could not enjoy the view from the window.

Great stay in the center of the City. Quiet, clean, great privacy, a piece of peace in a crowedy place. Smiling and friendly Staff. Truly tasty breakfast with great choice of dishes. We recommend it.

Old furnitures, shabby chair, the lether on armchair was cracked, bathroom door with no paint somewhere. I understand that the hotel is old, but apologies it does not mean that furnitures inside rooms should be used out.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was straightforward and effortless. We only stayed for one night because we were passing by, and wish we could have stayed longer. The breakfast is super complete and delicious. They didn’t have explicitly vegan offers, or vegan bakery but they had many things that are naturally vegan. The rooms were clean, simple and very comfortable. The shower pressure was supreme. Toiletry was all vegan! It’s conveniently located and we can only recommend it!
