The breakfast selection was excellent and plentiful; lots of choices for everyone, The hotel is located in the centre of Malmo so it is a great base for exploring the city, especially all the beautiful and tranquil parks. All of the hotel staff we encountered were very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Special praise and thanks to Mamata in the breakfast service - extremely polite and friendly, and she made an effort to speak to many guests to ensure they were happy and had everything they required. Also, thanks to Amira and Lenne (not sure of spellings), on the Reception desk who answered all our questions and made our stay more enjoyable 😊. The hotel is very clean throughout, with staff regularly ensuring all areas are tidy. The Housekeeping staff were also very helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed. This was much appreciated on the days that we did not require our rooms fully serviced - “going green”.

Complimentary bottles of water would have been appreciated in our rooms. We did not want to pay for the water in the mini bar.

The location is right in the heart of the city, and less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. The rooms were of a good size and were clean and comfortable. There was a food variety of food available from the breakfast buffet. The staff were all friendly and welcoming at all times and very helpful when required for assistance.

The rooms were quite dark, even with every light on inside. The restaurant is attached physically to the hotel but is completely seperate otherwise as we soon discovered. Also, the Sunday morning breakfast scene is nothing short of chaotic. There are signs in the hotel lifts asking for guests to arrive at the "quiet" times but this in turn led to everybody arriving at the quiet times, and with very limited seating in the restaurant, was not really good advice. Had there been no signs, people would have made their own minds when to come. Also, on Monday morning the buffet was being taken away at 09:35 as we arrived, and two other couples arrived after us. Having travelled around the world, 09:30 finish time for breakfast is absurd

The room was modern, keeping in touch with the Scandinavian vibe. It was the first hotel where we found shampoo AND conditioner. My hair is still thanking this after 10 days of shampoo/bodywash/conditioner combo. The room and bathroom were roomy, comfortable and clean. The details, like a personalized tv screen and a letter from the manager welcoming us, also made a difference. It was by far the nicest hotel we stayed at on our trip. The breakfast buffet was very good. The location was fantastic: close to the train station AND the nicest places to have dinner.

Not a thing to mention here. We found the experience amazing.

An excellent hotel in every respect. We were especially impressed with two aspects: 1) The quietness of the rooms; in an era when many hotels do not concern themselves that much with the quietness and of the rooms and quality of sleep of their guests, we found the rooms to be quiet, roomy and comfortable. 2) The quality of service from all those who work in the hotel, particularly in the reception area and dining area; we were especially well looked after for breakfast by the excellent team of waiters and waitresses, above all by a lady called Mamata who was welcoming, chatty and highly professional. We very much look forward to our next visit to this excellent hotel in the beautiful city of Malmo.

Very nice hotel located in the interesting part of Malmö, the old town with Lilla Torget. A few minute walk from the train station, Malmö Central. Large room and bathroom, and excellent bed. Truly great breakfast. And I loved a hotel where the (quite large) flatscreen actually had casting capabilities. I could stream linear TV and programs from my iPhone, connected to the hotel's excellent broadband. A first time, for me, anywhere.

Reception was a bit understaffed when I arrived, there was some queuing, But that's a minor complaint. Queues do happen everywhere.

Location, location, location. This hotel is in the right location in Malmö next to Lilla Torg. The facilities are getting a bit of age, but still work great. The in-house Asian oriented restaurant with fusion food is just fabolous and worth a visite.

Bathtubs is not what we want to have in our hotelrooms today. A proper shower with a mounted shower head above your head. This is what we prefer and that will happen next time they upgrade this hotel.

Location is perfect. Easy access. In the center, walking distance to all mayor attractions. Super close to restaurants and clubs, and train station. Really comfortable bed. Slept like a princess. Breakfast exceptional, especially the pancakes!!

Room was clean, but curtains were full of dust. And i know, i know... they cannot clean it after each and every guest, but these ones werent washed for quite some time.. was sneezing like crazy

We arrived from Copenhagen via train across the Oresund Bridge. The hotel was a charming short walk from Malmo Central Station. The hotel was located just steps from Lilla Torg. We were able to check-in early at time of arrival. The room and bathroom were clean. Plenty of toiletries including separate shampoo and conditioner. Large wardrobe closet. Electric kettle

Our hotel room was on the 2nd floor but very far from the elevators. Got lost through the hallways every time we headed back to the room. A view of A/C units and other equipment outside the windows. No bathrobe and slippers as shown in the hotel photos. I wished there was a walk-in shower as opposed to the deep slippery tub that was difficult and dangerous for a 5-foot woman to get into. Breakfast wasn’t worthy of the hype. Coffee tasted awful. Eggs were undercooked. Some people prefer hard scrambled eggs.

Central location of the hotel. Modern hotel and rooms. The staff tried to help. A pleasant surprise was a gift for a child. The room is spacious and beautiful. The beds were found to be comfortable, despite negative reviews from other guests. Baby bad was provided for free.

There was a little noise from the street. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. It was very dark in the room both for tomorrow and for dinner, it was very uncomfortable. Only filter coffee for breakfast, which is a shame for a 4 star hotel. Need to reserve a specific time for breakfast. You cannot take drinks into your room from the hotel bar.

The breakfast is good but by no means outstanding. Different kinds of bread, bake-off croissants, ham, salami, yoghurt, and cheese exist. There is a nice restaurant around the block called Siesta. The name Quan comes from a Jerry Maguire film and means "Love Respect and Money."

The hard-boiled egg was cold, the scrambled eggs were made from powder, and the orange juice was basic.
