Great value. I stayed here because Copenhagen was far to expensive. The kitchen was functional and came with all the basic cookware needed. The walk from Malmo Central station was long-ish, but not terrible. I appreciated being able to check in with just a key code.

It has air conditioning but it is not strong. The bathroom is poorly designed and you inevitably get water just everywhere while showering. Bring earplugs. Its an old building and while none of my neighbors were loud, there's plenty of bumps.

- location! Walking distance to shops (ICA Maxi, Lidl, Coop); central station, restaurants (highly recommend meatballs at Clemens Kött & Husman 10/10) - cleanliness - well equipment kitchen - comfortable bed - friendly staff - great WiFi - easy check in/out process

- open shower; impossible to take shower without flooding the bathroom - we were happy how clean studio was in general but I got slightly surprised when I realise how dirty (lots of suspicious stains) mattress and duvet were on the last day when I was removing bedding (I always do that) - there was a brush in the sink but I think kitchen sponge would be a better choice! (Personal preference)

The room we were moved to on the second day of our stay was very nice and all was well (clean, lots of light, nicely furnished).

When we first arrived we were given a room in the semi basement floor, not the one described on booking. It was smelly, dusty, with spiders and not as described. After a firm request for the room in the booking, they moved us on day 2 and even upgraded to a larger room (because the one described was not available) . Signage in the building needs a complete overhaul. It is awkward and confusing. And they do have a lot of rules, more than any other similar accommodation we have been to before (including taking the trash out or receiving a fine).

Very good location, close to the train station and 10 mins away from the old town. Very clean and quiet, nice looking room, having a dishwasher was a plus. Using a door code makes it easier as you don't have to worry about forgetting your key card.

I wish there was someone from the staff at the front desk to go to in case of need instead of having to call a phone number. The bathroom door was a bit squeaky and the only power spot from the kitchen area was broken and I had to move the coffee machine every day in order to use it, which was a bit annoying.

Everything you need for a short or long stay is available. The kitchen is well-equipped with basic cooking essentials. Beautiful view of the yard, quiet surroundings, excellent location just a few minutes from the city center. The room was clean, as was the rest of the hotel, and the staff were very kind and willing to answer any questions.

The only complaint is that the pillows were extremely soft. So soft and thin that when you lie down, it feels like you're not even using a pillow, just lying directly on the mattress. This caused me some discomfort, as I would wake up with neck pain.

Good location, easy to find. Very close to the train station, I got the door/room code well in advance (when the plane was taxi-ing). I had the second floor, not the biggest room in the world but that is to be expected. For the paid price, it was more than enough for me and one friend. We had a great time, and we are 100% planning on coming back.

The beds were a bit hard for my personal taste, but as said, that's personal taste. The friend I was with actually preffered the bed, I'm used to just sinking into my mattress back home. The only very odd thing that I wouldn't want again: the bathroom door had a window in it. As in, when using the facilities like the toilet and shower, my roommate could straight up see me. That's definitely not ideal, and a very odd choice for a bathroom door.

The Aparthotel provided with us with all we needed to make out stay comfortable. The entirety of Malmö was within walking distance and the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were well-designed, clean and modern. The added kitchen provided us with a place to store drinks and sometimes cook 'at home' if there was no mood to eat outdoors, especially since there was a large supermarket within walking distance.

Extra toilet paper and clean towels are only provided upon request; though while this information wasn't apparent at first, a quick trip down to the lobby to ask the on-site staff immediately remedied that.

Very clean; spacious; fully stocked with kitchen stuff such as fridge/freezer; microwave; cutlery; easy check-in/out process with code; clean towels; shower gel, shampoo; very quiet and private with no need to interact with reception nor neighboring rooms; location very close to Central Station and downtown (about 12 minutes walk); ICA Maxi Supermarket and Subway restaurant few minutes walk; easy Amazon delivery to box 5 minutes away; best to use Copenhagen Airport (less than than 30 minutes by train to from airport premises directly to Central station). Just practice how to use the staircase to and from the bed area!

The garbage room was not very easy to locate.

The location is ok, we had no problem entering the building and our rooms. The rooms are generous, the bathrooms are large. There is a small kitchen, but there was nothing there (for example, it was a coffe machine, but there were no paper filters for it). The beds were comfortable, the sheets and the towels were clean, but there was only a little soap, no shower gel or shampoo. The price was a bit high.

The entire building is in need of a bit of a restoration. The rooms were large, but the large windows, for example, were very dirty. The carpets on the corridors were dirty and worn-out.

The place was huge and very clean. It is near the train station and it was nice to not have to go through a checkout process when heading to the train.

It was super difficult to check in because of technical problems regardless of the device or browser I used, which kind of defeated the purpose of using a booking website. It ended up taking 45 minutes and a phone call and countless attempts and by then I wished I had chosen a different place, especially since the check in time was hours later than the others nearby. Once I got there, though, it hugely exceeded my expectations.
