The location was great,breakfast was plentiful, air conditioning was excellent 👌, some staff were helpful others could do with some better manners 🤷‍♂️

Paid for garage parking (motorbike) when I drove up to the door it wouldn't open. Asked at reception about how I get in ......the girl said it reads the number plate......I don't have 1 at the front of the bike .....that's when it got stupid. They then said we don't have control of the garage it's run independently.....so I would need to phone them. So I did and the guy was a twat ......said they would come when they have someone to open the door.....roughly 20 minutes at the earliest. 3 times I phoned nothing and no-one turned up. Eventually at reception they allowed me to park in the staff carpark using my room key. It only took an hour and a half in 30° heat 🥵 raging 😡 😤

The breakfast was very very nice with a lot of options - both salty and sweet- and had also gluten and lactose free options. We visited the gym that was quite small with only a few machines and weights, but satisfactory for a brief workout while on a trip. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people (standard double room). The location is a bit far from the city (you probably need a car or a train), but we did not care about living in the city center at the time. The staff was very friendly and smiling.

Apparently if someone wants to park in the hotel's garage they need to book a place, something we didn't know. It would have been nice if it was more clearly mentioned in the booking page or in the confirmation email.

They have an option to ask breakfast very (very) early during the morning, which is just amazing when you need to check out early. This is a cold buffet, not exactly the same as their usual breakfast. The usual breakfast is served in the Arena, which is very cool and gives a nice atmosphere and a twist to your breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean.

The variety of food in the Arena breakfast was not particularly exciting. It was enough, but not that much more. For example, there was no other coffee than the usual Scandinavian filter coffee.

The hotel is a new, modern building with clean and pleasant interiors. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the train station to Copenhagen city and airport. We loved the family room that has two single beds plus two as a bunk bed. Breakfast was excellent, it was rich, nutritious and tasty, with various options for vegetarians. The price was also reasonable and fair. Very good hotel overall !

The only sad thing is that we could not see the ice hockey arena from the breakfast dining room, as the curtains were closed. It would not cost them anything to open one curtain, just a meter or two, to enable visitors to have a peak and see that beautiful space (at least when it's empty, there's no game or people inside).

The location was great being near the train station made getting around easy. The on-site laundry was for us especially after coming from a water day!

The lobby area can get a bit loud when there are a lot of guests trying to check in and only 2 people at the reception.

Breakfast was very good with many good options for the whole family. The location was excellent for our purposes and the area around the hotel is very clean. Staff was excellent and the room was great with good views and very comfortable beds. Would book again.

Everything was great but the only downside is that the hotel Skybar closed at 23:00 :)

The breakfast is excellent. The location is excellent just on the route from Holland to Stockholm. The bar on the top floor is family friendly and has a magnificent view The environment is funny. A very large shopping center and a lots of modern housing construction

We had to pay extra for parking The less expensive rooms are a bit claustrophobic Large hotel with additional impersonal atmosphere

i like that the hotel lets us check in before 3. the room was nice and clean. It was the same as the restroom. The breakfast was amazing and everything was organized.

I'm not sure. but the room we had doesn't have any proper closet. it would be nice to have a closet. other than that it was an amazing experience.

The room was very cosy, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The view was so spectacular since we stayed at the 14th floor and our room was headed towards Denmark. Also the breakfast had many options (many Swedish ones too) and i would say that it was above average in terms of variety. At last, there is a mall center right across the street, so you can find coffee, food, a pharmacy and whatever you can imagine in a 5 minute distance walk from the hotel. Wish we had stayed there more days!

Everything was perfect!

The location was amazing as we could access the train and bus network within 500-700 meters from the hotel. Public transport was great and not so expensive, really suggest taking days pass to enjoy moving around the city without any limitations. Breakfast was very delicious and a great choice for non and veggies. The staff (front desk) was very helpful in finding the right information about the facilities and movement within the area. The room was very good, we are 4 and got a full room with twin beds and an attached small corridor that had bunk beds. The toilet was with all essentials and clean. Bed linen and towels were all white and very clean. We recommend a family stay as the location has lots of attractive places for the little ones.
