The hotel is located in the city center. The room was clean, but modest. You have access to a lot of shared facilities, like kitchen and dining room and also a terrace. We arrived very late and the check-in process was very smooth through JustIn Mobile app and we used our phone to get into the room. We arrived by train from Copenhagen Airport and the station was at a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The breakfast was also okay, decent Nordic breakfast.

Good location (about 20 minute walk from Central Station) but close to the old town once there. The room was really big for three people. Plenty of toilets and showers, so never having to wait which was my concern prior to going. The communal kitchen is extremely big (two of everything, ovens, microwaves, cutlery, even 3 fridges) so can cook if the prices of Gothenburg gets too much. Great location for a day trip to Copenhagen or go to the beach area of Malmo Reception printed 6 sheets we needed for our next trip after the dates changed, free of charge which was much appreciated

It was a great choice for accommodation. The rooms are spacious enough and the beds were comfortable. It was our first time staying in a hostel. There are plenty of toilets and showers on each floor so this is not gonna be a problem. We used the shared kitchen, please be aware that food can be thrown out on certain days, it is stated on each fridge. We also enjoyed our time on the terrace. We checked in late through the app which was very smooth. Note: We had a room which was near the street and there can be a lot of noise during the night but we always carry earplugs so it was not a problem for us but might be for someone else. Overall a great experience.

Location can't be better, 5 min walk to the city center or to Trianglen (borrow Malmö bikes) There is a kitchen to cook your own food and a few fridges. The check-in and out was smooth. Just show your ID at check-in and hand-in your key card at check-out. Rooms and toilets were clean. My 2 bed room is spacious, has a desk and plenty of elektricity sockets. Free wifi.

Toilet and shower is shared per group of rooms. So you have to get out of your room to use, this is mostly an inconvenience. Beds are on the narrow side. My room didn't have airco or a heater. Weather was great so this is just a luxury complaint.

We did not stay in the Hostel part of the Hotel, so I can not speak on that part. The hotel was however amazing. I did not expect a lot from a hostel hotel combination, but the hotel was great. We had a surprisingly big room, although most of it was good for suitcase space. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows very sturdy. The bathroom was very big. The breakfast wasn't too big, but it still had a lot of different options. The Hotel itself was pretty close to the city, a 20 minute walk to the station and less to the centrum.

The rooms were a little warm, and with the windows open you had a lot of noise coming inside.

The staff was very nice and answered all the questions we had. The staff even let my friend who arrived before me do the check-in (I contacted the hostel and told them about the situation the day before) despite the fact that the booking was in my name. The rooms were big, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms were ok. The location is perfekt, very close to the city center, the bus station and the train and bus station Trianglen (for taking the airport bus or the train to Kopenhagen). You can also leave your luggage in the hoste for free after you checkout. The breakfast was great and had a lot of options and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall good experience and great value for the price.

You can see that the hostel is a bit old. The Wi-Fi in the room we had the first night was really bad, it wouldn't work at all. Also check-in is only available until 9.30 (so if your transport is delayed or you arrive late you might have issues).

Location is excellent, only few minutes walk from the centre of the city, and few minutes walk from the bus station that connects city with the airport. Breakfast was ok, very good for few days beeing there, but maybe after 3, 4 days needs some changes. They have luggage room and we used it on our arrival and departure - very useful ! The common kitchen is very useful for the people wanting to prepare meals for themselves, with lots of dishes, fridge, and space inside and outside. Sound isolation is very solid so we didn't hear anything from another rooms. Windows are big so enough light and air.

Breakfast could have some different things each day, which is good for people staying more than one or two days there.

It is called "Hotel N Hostel", but it is very luxurious for a hostel. There was never a wait for the bathroom, the rooms were big, and the kitchen/dining area was so super clean and cozy, with everything you need! It was all very organized.

When I am in Sweden I always have to remember that good customer service is not high on the list of things that are valued. While most of the staff at this business were friendly and helpful enough, there is always some aspect of welcoming that is missing--and this place was no exception. One front desk staff member was downright surly--but not in a charming way. They did their jobs, but like many Swedish customer service people, they could use some training on how most people from the rest of the world (especially from Thailand, or the Middle East or North America) expect to be treated in the hospitality industry.

The hotel is well organized, as well as the use of a shared kitchen that has everything you need to prepare food. There are 3 large refrigerators in the kitchen, so there is enough space to store food. Each refrigerator is emptied on certain days. Leftovers can be left in designated boxes for anyone to use later. We had breakfast in the room, which is quite basic and the same every day, but all the food is delicious. Around the corner there is a supermarket open every day until 10 pm. Hosel is 5 minutes from the train station and is a very easy connection to go to Copenhagen. As we had a late flight we were able to leave our things in a separate room and after leaving our room and use the kitchen which really helped us.Thank you!
