A freindly staff, they are available for helping and answering. Thanks to Kerstin, Fredrick and their colleagues for their warm welcoming. We booked 2 rooms, when we arrived the rooms were not adjacent so we asked to change one of the rooms if possible and they just did change the room smoothly to be close to each other. The bathrooms were clean and bathing was comfortable, even though we were in February there was no problem with hot water .We liked the breakfast. Coffee and tea available for free We stayed for 5 days, we felt like in home. . sure we may book at this hotel again.

A cozy room, a good breakfast, a bath to relax after a day on your feet, what could be better? This hotel provides it all.

The loading/unloading area of ​​the local store under the room's windows woke me up every day with cheerful and happy noise, starting at about 6:30 a.m. You need to plan your sleep so that you wake up by this time by yourself, otherwise you will be tired and angry for at least the first half of the day (joke).

The staff who ensures to refill food regularly & make sure to be available around for any assistance we need (When the toaster didn’t work, the staff toasted my bread to perfection and had it served at my table) 3. The patient & kind gentleman at the reception in the night, who makes sure to unlock the main door for you despite exiting and entering in the late hours. I didn’t really have anything that I didn’t like about the property.

Very nice room, with the window to inner yard, so it was calm and cozy, big comfortable bed, always clean rooms. Very nice breakfast, available long time and if You have to leave earlier, they can prepare a take away breakfast. The interior in the hotel is old fashioned, though. But it is very authentic Malmö style of 70's - 80‘s. And lovely atmosphere with real artists paintings in the whole hotel. Always great stuff!

Teaterhotellet is a very nice and small hotel quite central in Malmö. It offers clean standard rooms to a very reasonable price. and is therefore a very decent and good alternative to the more luxurious and more pricey alternatives in town.

The bed was quite soft, could be a bit harder. Everything else is very convenient and nice.

The staff was attentive, and the room was clean and just right. The breakfast was lovely

In order to have fresh air, I needed to have the window open. I had been hoping to sleep in a little bit, but every morning at 7am or so, there were extremely loud trucks that sounded like they were right outside my room. It would be helpful to know which rooms have that kind of noise in the morning (or which ones are quieter) in order to choose the quieter room.

I liked the room very much, felt really cozy. The staff was very friendly The location to the station was also great. Just a short walk away.

Breakfast was a tad basic. But that's a matter of preference as well. The coffee could need an upgrade and maybe some Danish rolls for breakfast, because they are such an example for Scandinavia.

Location is great - easily reachable from Malme airport (as long as the shuttles to, the schedules are weird and has 2-3 hour gaps) Staff was great with no nonsence (aka fill in multiple forms before checking in)

Bed matress is unstable and tends to slide to the side. Breakfast was.... weak. Two sided doors make a bang sound when closing (and I'm a light sleeper). No kettle in the room, I've have loved making some coffee (that I brought with me). Coffee downstairs was barely warm in the evening.

Everything. The staff is very friendly, the room is super cozy and nice, the bed is very comfortable and everything is clean. The location is perfect and it's peaceful here. Great value for money.

I would prefer a shower instead of a bathtub, but it's not a big deal.

Late and easy check-in and hot drinks at late night hour on arrival. Rich breakfast. The furnishings in the hotel feel old-fashioned and sometimes surprising; a mix of classic, retro style with a few modern touches ... otherwise in excellent condition, comfortable and clean.

Morning wake-up from 6:45 am in the form of banging doors on adjacent rooms of guests who were apparently leaving or arriving from breakfast (?).
