Fantastic hotel. Very modern and all you need on site. Room was big, bed was comfy, towels were soft, shower was powerful, WiFi good.....all the major boxes ticked. Breakfast was above average too with plenty hot and cold choices to fill you up for a days exploring Tips for those coming If you getting train from Copenhagen, get off at Triaglen station as easier walk with less cobbles for suitcases Head to 'Mollen' area for food and drinks if you want away from the city.......little Thai restaurant had amazing food and plenty bars in the square for drinks afterwards

I loved the staff, interior design of the hotel and room in general, the amenities, the silence and the breakfast. The staff in particular were willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. This is much appreciated. I give this hotel a positive rating and look forward to visiting next time with my family!

I found it odd that there are no wardrobes in the room and that one needs to request to have a kettle in the room. There is also no room service but I am quickly learning that this is not a thing here in Sweden. Overall, nothing too bad, I will be back!

The included breakfast was excellent. So many choices, I would have liked to eat much more than I was able to. Staff was kind and helpful throughout. Room was nice, small if you wanted to stay in it for a longer time, but I just needed a bed for the night, and for that purpose it was nice, comfy and quiet.

I needed some standard painkillers, that I've forgotten. I asked the reception, they didn't have any to give out or sell. Not really a problem, there could actually be reasons not to supply those. Chemistry available in 15 minutes walking distance.

The location is very close to everything in the city. The staff is very polite and everyone speaks english very well. The breakfast contains everything you would like for breakfast, extremely varied.

I didn't like that I couldn't set the temperature in the room as desired, is not a choice because it's the same temperature everywhere. Also, the TV has only 15 channels, 14 in swedish and one in english, I think more channels would improve this. The restaurant hotel (excluding breakfast) it's really expensive and doesn't have many options.

For such a big hotel, it felt pretty cozy and relaxed. The room I had was big, clean, comfortable and really quiet. The beds were fine. The hotel is situated pretty close to the center of town (strolling distance). Breakfast was varied and fresh.

The outside of the hotel is not pretty (personal opinion, of course) but an unexpected advantage: you can easily spot the building, because it's massive,

Fairly standard business hotel room, in a good way. Clean, spacious enough, very very comfy bed. Breakfast selection was absolutely superb! Very helpful staff. And super location, I walked my legs off exploring the city.

It could be clearer that the parking is owned and run by the city - I had an issue with the machine accepting my debit card, but to deal with this, and potential overpayment, I’ll have to contact the city administration…. from the UK.

Breakfast was the best about it. Really rich selection and good quality!!! The room was clean and modern.

The standard room is quite small. It appears different than on the photos. Alao there was no space for luggage and clothes (no cupboard). That was a disadvantage. Worst thing was that you could not open the window for safety reasons. Not eben a bit. Air wasn't really good. It was October amd luckily not hot. But it was annoying me. Probably one reason why I would not book again even if breakfast was fantastic.

Perfect location, very dog-friendly (only 300 Sek for the dog/stay, you also get some treats, bowls and a bed and you can bring the dog to a certain area for breakfast). Nice staff. Nice room with great view (dogs stay in the 11th floor). Great breakfast!

The parking. Garage is not owned or operated by the hotel, you have to prepay and there are several signs that you shouldn’t leave anything in the car.

Location was great, it was walking distance to a lot of places that we wanted to go see. There were also many restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was excellent, there were so many different kinds of food, a lot of gluten free options. There were many Swedish breakfast foods that we were able to try out.

The room did not have enough shelf space to put our stuff.

Perfectly located for the music festival we were attending. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an amazing buffet with great variety and choice. Bar staff were superb . Room was lovely , plenty of towels and beds comfortable.

Licensing hours meaning no alcohol can be drunk after 11, but that is the licensing laws and not the hotels fault.
