The hotel is located in the city center. The room was clean, but modest. You have access to a lot of shared facilities, like kitchen and dining room and also a terrace. We arrived very late and the check-in process was very smooth through JustIn Mobile app and we used our phone to get into the room. We arrived by train from Copenhagen Airport and the station was at a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The breakfast was also okay, decent Nordic breakfast.

The staff was very nice and answered all the questions we had. The staff even let my friend who arrived before me do the check-in (I contacted the hostel and told them about the situation the day before) despite the fact that the booking was in my name. The rooms were big, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms were ok. The location is perfekt, very close to the city center, the bus station and the train and bus station Trianglen (for taking the airport bus or the train to Kopenhagen). You can also leave your luggage in the hoste for free after you checkout. The breakfast was great and had a lot of options and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall good experience and great value for the price.

You can see that the hostel is a bit old. The Wi-Fi in the room we had the first night was really bad, it wouldn't work at all. Also check-in is only available until 9.30 (so if your transport is delayed or you arrive late you might have issues).

Location is excellent, only few minutes walk from the centre of the city, and few minutes walk from the bus station that connects city with the airport. Breakfast was ok, very good for few days beeing there, but maybe after 3, 4 days needs some changes. They have luggage room and we used it on our arrival and departure - very useful ! The common kitchen is very useful for the people wanting to prepare meals for themselves, with lots of dishes, fridge, and space inside and outside. Sound isolation is very solid so we didn't hear anything from another rooms. Windows are big so enough light and air.

Breakfast could have some different things each day, which is good for people staying more than one or two days there.

It is called "Hotel N Hostel", but it is very luxurious for a hostel. There was never a wait for the bathroom, the rooms were big, and the kitchen/dining area was so super clean and cozy, with everything you need! It was all very organized.

When I am in Sweden I always have to remember that good customer service is not high on the list of things that are valued. While most of the staff at this business were friendly and helpful enough, there is always some aspect of welcoming that is missing--and this place was no exception. One front desk staff member was downright surly--but not in a charming way. They did their jobs, but like many Swedish customer service people, they could use some training on how most people from the rest of the world (especially from Thailand, or the Middle East or North America) expect to be treated in the hospitality industry.

The hotel is well organized, as well as the use of a shared kitchen that has everything you need to prepare food. There are 3 large refrigerators in the kitchen, so there is enough space to store food. Each refrigerator is emptied on certain days. Leftovers can be left in designated boxes for anyone to use later. We had breakfast in the room, which is quite basic and the same every day, but all the food is delicious. Around the corner there is a supermarket open every day until 10 pm. Hosel is 5 minutes from the train station and is a very easy connection to go to Copenhagen. As we had a late flight we were able to leave our things in a separate room and after leaving our room and use the kitchen which really helped us.Thank you!

Everything was great. It was the best hostel I stayed in. The staff was super nice and very helpful. Everything was so clean. It wasn't loud so you could have a peaceful sleep. There is like 10 bathrooms on the floor with reception and 8 showers (maybe there are more but we didn't look for another since they were free when we were there and the hostel was fully booked). Also there is a kitchen with pans which you can use and a big living room for hang out. It is close to city center (like 10 to 15min walk) and to metro station (7 min walk). I would recommend this accommodation to everyone who is visiting Malmo.

- Easy check in & check out and friendly receptionist/s - Room with all comforts, tv included - Room was super clean - I especially appreciated the little details that always make the difference, such as: little carpet/towel to use when exiting the shower (for the feet), soap & body soap & shampoo available, 2 glasses, hairdryer , curtains that was covering ALL the windows, 2 soft pillows for each person, super comfy bed, electric socket close to each side of the bed & little lamps with warm light as well. - We also had breakfast included...amazing! Continental breakfast with everything: eggs, bread, yougrt, nutella, jam, ham, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, watermelon, orange juice and a lot more! - We did not use the common kitchen but we saw it and it's super clean, big and with everything that could be needed to cook!

We got to the hotel by Uber and the driver said, wow you are right in the city center, great location. We did the check in and the person at the front desk was very nice, he gave us some info to walk around parks and get near the water to watch the sunset. He explained everything about the property, including accessing after hours. Very friendly staff, kitchen is very spacious and very clean too. Our room was great and very spacious too. There are many showers and bathrooms so there is no waiting time to use them at any point. Very safe property. Also the supermarket is right next door. There are many bars and restaurants nearby, just a perfect location.

There was a bathroom that was not very clean during the night but the rest of them were perfect, so I guess it was the one bathroom that people used first.

I liked the experience as a whole as it was easy and functional to access. The booking was easy and I approved of the fact that you could opt to pay on the arrival, which gave me some security about having a room but at the same time a lot of freedom in planning my trip. Friendly personal, clean rooms, calm atmosphere, close to the city center.

Unfortunately my room was facing the street, therefore I noticed the background noise at night. Also, right above my room, I figure there must have been the shower rooms for the floor above, so I got to hear rather funny sounds through the ceiling. But that's alright, I guess I was pretty late with booking, so I'm happy I still got a room in the hostel!
