The standard room was very spacious, and it has many amenities included - even the shoe cleaning sponge, hand creme and several types of hot beverage such as coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Moreover, the room has a large TV, several armchairs, coffee table, mini fridge and working desk which located nicely in the room and kinda seperated from working and relaxing areas in the room. Although I stayed there as a solo traveller, I think this hotel is perfect not only for solo guest or couples, but also for families judging from the room size. The whole environment in the hotel is very cozy and it's very nice for both relaxing the guestroom and enjoying a meal or drink in the lobby bar or restaurant. Breakfast was also great as you get a broad variety of choice for a quite reasonable price.

Front desk staff were friendly and we had a smooth check-in process. The room was very big. Location wise it’s perfect - close to the Central Station and city centre, also have an ICA just next door so very convenient.

Room smell dusty (probably because the window cannot be opened?). The air-conditioner wasn’t good - it worked but was positioned in a corner (and blowing upward), also not powerful enough. So it couldn’t cool down the whole room and the room was pretty warm. No central cooling system either. Room was pretty clean. But the cleaning staff didn’t clean our room in the penultimate day of our stay (so the day before our check-out day). Minibar was empty, no coffee or tea (not sure if this is the same for the other rooms, maybe it’s the standard?).

Location is very nice, walking distance to the central railway station and to old town, but on quiet and clean neigborouhood. There is ICA and Lidl very close by if you want to buy food, snacks etc. Hotel is nice and quiet. The best two things are staff in reception (very friendly, helpfull, they have tips on what to do in the city etc) and air condition (it was very hot when we visited but the AC helped so much). Room was large. Bathroom was also large and it had a lot of counter space to store cosmetics. Little fridge in the room was also great to keep the drinks and snacks cold. The bed and pillows were nice. Over all I would recommend! Fits the price range and the Radisson chain.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance from the center. The breakfast had very good choices. Parking on the street could be easily found. They accept dogs, however give you a special room. In our case it was a accessible room which looked a bit dated.

You need to book a slot for breakfast via a QR code. The breakfast room is very small for the capacity. We went quite early on Saturday so it was ok, but later we saw people queuing to be seated. If you travel with a dog, they change you to a worse room, no matter that your dog is better behaved and cleaner than most people. This is however quite typical in Sweden- not a dog friendly country.

The hotel rooms are huge, which is one of the reasons why we chose it (mother and son travelling together, each needs some privacy) and the size of the room did not disappoint. The location of the hotel is also amazing, in a quiet are, and still only a 5 minute walk to the main square and shopping street, as well as the train station. The beautiful new harbor district is also in walking distance for most tourists (20 minutes or so), with buses running very often in the area, for those who do not wish to walk. The bed was very comfy. And the staff super nice, especially the young trainee girl on checkout. Two supermarkets (discount and regular) are next to the hotel. So a great base to tour Malmö, a city which is just being discovered, and which has many both new and old stunning sites. Train from Copenhagen airport runs every 15 minutes, takes about 25, so 30 minutes from terminal to hotel.

While the AC did it’s job it’s a bit of a shame the windows don’t open at all. A third building that looks the same, in the back, connected with the two occupied by the hotel is residential, and in it, all windows open, so the hotel obviously blocked that option. Not something to influence my rating, but fresh air is always nice.

Location of the hotel is great. The room was huge, bathroom equipped with all toiletries. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows little bit thick. We didn't have a breakfast, but a minibar and a kettle was enough for us. The room was quiet, looking at the courtyard. The historic house is perfectly incorporated into the hotel. Cleaning lady was great.

1. The lamps in the room are not able to light up the room properly. 2. We had a problem with Wi-Fi, one phone couldn't connect. 3. There was only one nightstand.

Stayed there for 4 nights in december. Great location. Our room was quite spacious with work desk, mini fridge and water heater. They provided an extra bed for the child. We had a view of the inner courtyard. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was spacious and clean as well. Liked their towel reuse policy. There is an underground parking lot in the vicinity, which is also connected to the hotel with a secured entrance accessed only with the hotel key card.

Didn't get fresh cups and glasses when the room was cleaned. It was a bit strange. I'm sure they would've changed if we asked. The matress of the extra bed was not quite comfortable, it was quite hard!

It's a great hotel in terms of value for money. The room size is huge, which is amazing, and the location is a short walk from the city center of Malme as well as a short walk from the main train station. Next to the hotel, there's a small shopping area/mall as well. The room is well equipped with all the necessary amenities needed for a short stay, and the breakfast is quite good. The staff was amazing and helpful!

Good hotel not far from Central Station and the main shopping area good facilities in a superior room which was very big comfortable bed nice breakfast .

Room was only serviced once in 4 days and only the bins emptied, tea and coffee not topped up etc the chair at the desk not very stable as it kept tipping forward, I had a couple of evening meals which were expensive and one was undercooked and the next was overcooked which was a bit dissapointing, especially as the restaurant was not busy.

Easy location for Malmo but also for transport across to Copenhagen. Large rooms, great breakfast options and reception staff

Restaurant in the evening was not great at all food was very plain (tasteless) and the wait staff were terrible. If you have to remind the waiter what food he has forgotten then starts off bad then have to chase around the restaurant to find someone to pay is another bad point. BTW there were only 6 people including us in the restaurant that probably could seat 100+.
