The hotel was as it’s supposed to be. The staff at the breakfast was very nice. Good breakfast. great location

I didn’t appreciate the remarks at the desk. I was travelling with my daughter and got displaced remarks after I confirm I wanted a twin room as initially booked. This is probably the least professional behaviour I have ever seen.

Great location, close to the central train station, supermarkets and restaurants near by. It's 40 minutes away by bus from the airport (the station is close to the central train station) and from there another 12 minutes to the hotel. I find it to be a great place to stay especially if you're planning on visting Malmo/Copenhaga. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty much the same every day but there are plenty of choices for a salty/sweet breakfast (there's even chia pudding, two waffle makers).

The hotel is a bit outdated, the room entrance/bathroom doors are noisy, the walls are thin and you can hear everything from the hallway (since the room doors are very close to each other) but the noise did not disturb that much our sleep.

I have really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, the staff is very nice and helpful, the room was nice and clean, the breakfast was very nice, quite many options and the best of all is truly the central location, you can walk around the city to the historic center, everything is close, there is even a bus stop right in front of the hotel so the location is excellent.

At first glance the view, since it was into a courtyard and roof, on the other hand, since there are restaurants in the front side of the hotel, I considered that it could be louder over the weekend there, so for sleeping it was probably actually better side, if you are looking for the view you should ask for rooms in the front side of the hotel. The furniture and bathroom were quite basic, but clean and for a short stay in my opinion sufficient.

. The price for the dog was 350 SEK, what is way overpriced, and then not having anything small as a greeting like a bowl to use or a towel for bad weather or something like that. . The idea of booking this hotel was,that it has its own restaurant, but it's closed on Sundays. No mentioning of this online . Wifi was weak, couldn't use it. . The coffee/cappuccino machine was already broken when we arrived and not fixed for the breakfast. So only filter coffee was available. .no mentioning of sauna or how to book it when we arrived . Room was hot as no a/c in the room.

The hotel is in a central location with lots to see and do nearby. Lots of bars and restaurants with easy walking distance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Check in was easy with friendly staff. Breakfast has a great selection to choose from. The hotel has an interesting vibe round the bar / restaurant area.

I failed to spot that I needed to book a parking space in their car park. Seemingly it’s pre-bookable. The nearby garage is pricy. The shower in my room is spacious but the water is very lukewarm at best and it sounds like a wind tunnel from the fan. Which might explain the earplugs they supply.

I recently stayed here for a work trip and was overall impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was clean, well-designed, and exceptionally quiet—perfect for getting some rest and work done. It had a cosy, home-like feel, which I really appreciated. One of the highlights for me was the breakfast, which was top-notch. I loved the variety of options and being able to make fresh waffles was a fun touch that added to the experience.

The only downside was that the room was a bit colder than I would have liked. While it was manageable, a little more warmth would have made it perfect.

I think this is the first perfect review I have ever given...I genuinely can't fault our stay here. Great location, fabulous breakfast options, comfortable room and great facilities. Friendly staff too, and a cosy bar area. Numerous restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and easy access to the sights such as the castle and King's Park. We would also definitely recommend taking a 15 minute train ride to the town of Lund, with its glorious Cathedral and University.

Nothing, we liked it all! If I was being really really picky, it's that one of the pillows was too soft for my liking, bit that's on me, not the hotel!

Excellent breakfast buffet, constantly being restocked no matter what time you visited. Great hot and cold selection; fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and cereals, nuts and seeds, cheeses, meats, salad, pastries, full English items (scrambled egg, boiled egg, baked beans, bacon, sausage), waffle machine, plus much more! The bread selection was great, and the orange juice was delicious. It was nice that there was lots of local produce available too. I saw there was also a separate section that had gluten free, dairy free etc. The dining room was also very spacious, so plenty of seats even at busy times. Complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and sweets were available in reception 24/7. In the afternoon there were also complimentary fika treats at the bar in reception :) Excellent shower with great water pressure and temperature. Great location for exploring Malmö, the hotel is positioned on a quiet street. There's a little supermarket just at the end of the road which was handy.

My room was opposite the lift and it was quite noisy when people were returning to the hotel late one night, but this isn't the hotel's fault.

An accommodation that exceeded my expectations. Starting with the easy and smooth check-in and the very friendly staff. The room was spacious and very clean. There was a minibar and a kettle for coffee and tea. The TV was big and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also big enough and very clean. The breakfast fulfilled all my wishes and coffee/tea is available free of charge in the hotel around the clock. I had to leave the last day early before breakfast time and they prepared for me a "doggy bag" to take away. The individual areas in the lobby are very clever and beautiful designed and there is even a cinema room for children. The hotel also has a restaurant/bar, but I didn't use it because I was always outside and returning it was closed. The location is excellent, just a few meters from the central squares and 500 m from the train station. A wonderful starting point for excursions on foot or by bike. I also found the price/performance ratio okay and thus on my next stay in Malmö, I will book here again.

The room faced to the backyard, but that was no problem for me, as that way it was quiter. What maybe bother people who wake up easily: the doors of the rooms or to the stairway close fast and with a noice.

Good location at town centre, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, train and bus station, the port, etc The car park is at the basements of the same building and is exclusive for the hotel guests, with direct access to all floors. I was in a "Deluxe Queen Room - Top Floor". It was large enough. Maybe the wardrobe too small for two people, but I was travelling alone. Furniture and decoration were still from the XX century. Nothing broken, all in working conditions. Stayed four days and slept perfectly all nights, despite having regular issues with beds I am not used to.

The car park is too small, dark and there was some kind of fine gravel in certain areas of the floor. Several of the spaces to park are too narrow and in between columns, requiring lot of skill and manoeuvres to fit the car in there... assuming you have a small car. All the hotel has a feeling of out dated (not old fashioned).
