We liked our stay at this hotel. The rooms are wonderfully spacious; bigger than the average hotel room and they even come with a handy kitchenette, which is perfect for preparing your own meals. While the hotel doesn’t have its own garage, there are three nearby parking garages within 200 meters, so parking was easy to manage. Just make sure to download a parking app like EasyPark to make things even smoother. Breakfast was delicious and versatile with plenty of fresh fruits and other delicious options. Just a helpful tip: be sure to book your 45-minute breakfast time slot the day before by scanning the QR code at reception. It’s a quick and easy. We arrived outside the reception working hours so we followed the super simple online registration instructions to get our room keys (card system) with no trouble at all. We even called the emergency number and were helped promptly and kindly by a hotel staff member, which really reassured us. The location of the hotel is fantastic, and the staff was very kind. Would recommend and would visit them again.

When making our reservation, we requested two separate single beds. The hotel kindly informed us in advance that their rooms are equipped with either a double bed or two single beds that can be pushed apart, but this setup is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed ahead of time. While we were hopeful that our request might be accommodated, it wasn’t possible during our stay. This was just a very minor inconvenience for us and didn’t take away from an otherwise lovely experience.

It's very conveniently located just a short stroll from the railway station (bus service in place as well) with stores just round the corner. There's a beach nearby as well. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness levels of the room and common areas, as well as the friendliness of staff. Breakfast was served in quite crowded area (the lobby), but there was a great selection of food with vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. The breakfast team were working hard to replenish the bowls, so everything was super fresh. We enjoyed the sauna sessions every day, which was an extra perk to other amenities. We asked for a quiet room, and we got one facing the inner yard, which was great. Overall, very pleased with our stay and a general user experience the hotel provided. It had all we needed for a few days stay,even a bikes rack. We already recommended it to a few friends. Would definitely stay again. Well done to The More Team😊

I would suggest to install some sort of smart entering system to the sauna area. Currently, someone may enter while you're getting changed.

We felt right at home at the hotel! Our room was a fully equipped studio with kitchen and spacious bathroom. Room was large and clean, we were allowed to store our bicycles at the bike parking in the inner yard. Delightful breakfast was served which we were allowed to have in our rooms when breakfast area downstairs was crowded. Staff are amazing - very kind and helpful, they assisted with parking instructions and tips for the city. Special thanks to staff member Melly (hope I remembered her name properly!) for the warm welcome and for lending us capsules for the washing machines!

Nothing to dislike in particular. Our room was a bit warm but a powerful fan was part of the room equipment so it was totally fine even without A/C.

Its a good Surrounding & Neighborhood, very close to the Turning Torso, Park & Beach. There are 3 Big Supermarkets close by & nice restaurants just a short walk. Breakfast is Good 👍

Reception & Breakfast Room is in the same area; so its kind of too packed for everybody in fhe morning. Also It’s so difficult to check in when there’s nobody at the Reception. They just told you to do self check in by the Computer & badly the computer already error before we arrive. So we need to make a call to the Reception just to check in & get the key. It took too long time just to check in.. Really not effective time!! Heater inside the Room, Not Working. Also to park our car to unload the luggages, cannot find a space to park the car in front of the hotel. At the weekend, there are young people driving their cars in front of the hotel and racing each other cars. So so annoying !!!

I booked this place last minute because another airbnb fell through. The staff was friendly and the check-in was easy. The place was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. I was on the ground floor facing the street and thought I would get a lot of street noise but I didn't at all. I liked that the booking came with breakfast but I didn't get to check it out. The location is great - walking distance & close approximate to the beach and the city centre, castles etc (about 30min walk). I like to walk so anything under 1hr is walking distance for me which may not be for others. It was also helpful to have lidl near by so I ate mostly at the hotel.

Travelling alone and being ground floor I kept the curtains closed. Its nice to have kitchenette but I wish they provided basic stuff like olive oil, salt and pepper like other places that have a kitchen. But this is a personal preference and may not affect others who choose to eat out all the time.

To get to the hotel outside of reception ours you need to call, which is fine, but they could of explain it in the booking email, also once we did the check in we didn’t have the booking number, so we had to call the number again. If all this information about the check -in and getting to the hotel was provided in the confirmation email, would be great. Also there was a disabled parking spot in the hotel but there were not information provided on how to book it or if it is available

Second time staying at this apartment hotel in Malmö, and it lives up to enjoyable experience every time. Great location in Västra Hamnen, close to the beach and 15 min walk to Malmö central train station with easy connections to go north or head south or across the bridge to Denmark. Area around hotel also has grocery stores cafes, playground and a big supermarket 10 min walk away, with pharmacy, atm cash machine and more parking. Breakfast is nice and fresh, a mix of pastry, charcuterie, porridge, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee and tea, everything one would expect from a Nordic breakfast offering. Check-in was also easy and staff were helpful when we lost one of the cards to our room, replaced it the next day. Room was good size for two adults with two toddlers.

Understand that hotel has policy to not clean rooms daily for environmental reasons, but when travellng with two toddlers a room can get messy pretty quickly and it would be good to have some flexibility on this for families staying for a few nights. Staying out all day and come back to a slightly messy room doesn't immediately evoke a feeling of relaxation in the room, but we got there in the end.

A wonderful place to stay for a couple of days while visiting Malmo and the surrounding areas. The neighborhood is safe, calm, and just a bus ride away from the main station. The staff was wonderful, allowing us an early check in as soon as the room was ready. The breakfast was also fantastic, having a varied spread. I'd definitely stay here again on my future visits.

I did not mind it at all, so it is not a complaint, but the room we booked was split level and had stairs to get to the bed, which may be limiting to others. However, I'm sure the staff would be accommodating for those that need something more accessible. Just let them know in advance!

We arrived on Monday, August 19, and were warmly greeted by a friendly lady who handed us our room key. The room was immaculate, so clean you could eat off the floor! However, a high window was open, which wasn't ideal on a busy street. After reporting it, we received a complimentary upgrade, and the cleaning staff were quick and courteous, even removing their shoes while cleaning. Throughout our stay, the staff consistently greeted us with a smile and promptly addressed any issues. When our TV malfunctioned, the receptionist swiftly came to assist. I rate this hotel a 10+ for its exceptional cleanliness and friendly service—highly recommended for anyone visiting Sweden, even with a dog! We will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family.

Upon check-in, there was a problem with parking but the lady at reception did solve it. We accepted a room at ground level which was convenient and quiet. Breakfast was good. Wifi worked stable. Public transport to go to the city centre is available but we walked (approx. 15min).

The parking problem resp. the fact that parking is expensive. One needs to park on the pavement to unload the baggage = no parking available. It is a business district area = no real restaurants available in the vicinity.
