Good location, easy to find. Very close to the train station, I got the door/room code well in advance (when the plane was taxi-ing). I had the second floor, not the biggest room in the world but that is to be expected. For the paid price, it was more than enough for me and one friend. We had a great time, and we are 100% planning on coming back.

The beds were a bit hard for my personal taste, but as said, that's personal taste. The friend I was with actually preffered the bed, I'm used to just sinking into my mattress back home. The only very odd thing that I wouldn't want again: the bathroom door had a window in it. As in, when using the facilities like the toilet and shower, my roommate could straight up see me. That's definitely not ideal, and a very odd choice for a bathroom door.

The Aparthotel provided with us with all we needed to make out stay comfortable. The entirety of Malmö was within walking distance and the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were well-designed, clean and modern. The added kitchen provided us with a place to store drinks and sometimes cook 'at home' if there was no mood to eat outdoors, especially since there was a large supermarket within walking distance.

Extra toilet paper and clean towels are only provided upon request; though while this information wasn't apparent at first, a quick trip down to the lobby to ask the on-site staff immediately remedied that.

The City.

I had to come to a person. Lady who I sent 1331 euros. To host me. We had this plan. Along a year ago.( That is not related this this hotel) As she.told.me to come. I booked my flight. She took my money and left me at the air port alone. I ended up alone for Christmas. Alone in New year. And I spend a lot of time walking around. So I don't freeze to death. The first 5 nights. Wasn't easy. As I arrived in sweden on the 24th. And that everyone outside. Doesn't smile. More like you don't exist on the outside. Walking. Huh... however. There was nice kind Swedish man. Who spoke nicely an directed me to the right direction. Where I needed to go. Lucky I found this Forenom hotel. It was comfortable to my needs. thanks for the hotel. Thanks again....

Short walk from the station which for me was a significant reason for choosing the place. Easy to find and simple instructions on how to get in once there - no keys and uses a PIN code which is good. Compact, neat room and comfortable. We had 2 rooms and one had a ladder to a loft bed which was fine and we were aware it would have that. Nice outlook from the rooms into the courtyard. Good size bathroom with shower. Was fine for the 2 nights we were staying. Has kitchen facilities which we didn't use but seemed well appointed, including a microwave. Ideal for short stays.

Location is the old maritime area and so there are new developments happening around you and you have to walk a bit to get to anywhere, to restaurants, etc - but it's not that far. There is a common area with a pool table but the cues were in poor condition. Rooms are compact so might be a bit cramped for a longer stay.

The place was huge and very clean. It is near the train station and it was nice to not have to go through a checkout process when heading to the train.

It was super difficult to check in because of technical problems regardless of the device or browser I used, which kind of defeated the purpose of using a booking website. It ended up taking 45 minutes and a phone call and countless attempts and by then I wished I had chosen a different place, especially since the check in time was hours later than the others nearby. Once I got there, though, it hugely exceeded my expectations.

I've stayed here before since I like the location and being able to have an apartment to myself when I'm in Malmö for a longer time. The Apartment I stayed in was on the first floor towards the street. Even for that location it was rather quiet. Since I'd stayed there before I knew what to expect... that the staff is only reachable online/text and the cleaners aren't really people to ask anything too. I was happy to see a front desk person (There wasn't this position there the last time, in 2022) - All around I can recommend this place the value is worth the money.

It wasn't clean enough for me. The bathroom floor was chalky white in spots - (couldn't tell if that was permanent calcium deposit or just a bad moping job?). - I thought they offer a squeegee for the floor but none was there. - which might have helped. The railing to the loft was gross, maybe wiped down on the top but the underside was so gross sticky so that you had to wash your hands every time afterwards. And the windows to the street haven't been washed in a very long time. They were milky clear and full of cobwebs. So you felt your apartment was in a forgotten cellar somewhere. - The view would have been nicer with cleaner windows.

That was my second time with Forenom, the room was spacious and well equipped. I was able to make my own breakfast and then just put it in the dishwasher. There is Chromecast on TV, so I could spend my evenings watching the latest season of Emily in Paris. There is a city bike station in front of Forenom, a bus stop and a huge supermarket within a few minutes walk, making it a very convenient location. You get the code and you are checked in, basically - another point for convenience.

The only negative thing was the fact that there were stains on the carpet, sofa and my duvet cover. I understand that there are loads of people using the hotel but maybe just a small suggestion of doing something about the stains. Oh, and it was cold in the room, the windows are letting the wind inside and I wasn't able to turn the heating on.

building and room was easily accessable with PIN code, communication before and during the stay with customer service was great and staff in the building is very friendly and helpful. The size of the room is adequat, cleaning was great, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed is comfortable and it is possible to connect own mobile devices via chromecast with the tv which position can be adjusted flexibly. The location of the aparthotel is great, bus station close by, next supermarkets 10 minutes walking, and city centre 15 minutes walking or 5 minutes via bus to the main station.

The shower would be better with a door to close so the bathroom doesn't get all wet after a shower. The description to the garbage room is a bit misleading. Also additional garbage bags would have been great. We faced a water problem with the dishwasher which could be solved quickly. However, we suggest to add a note regarding the tap to the info booklet to avoid the problem in the future.
