Excellent central location for easy access to lots of city attractions

Breakfast seemed expensive so did not take this option as we were a family of 5

Friendly and caring staff and our room was very clean.

We encountered significant wait times for the elevators, which can only hold a maximum of four people at a time. When we have suitcases, that reduces the capacity to just two or three individuals. Although there are three elevators in total, one of them was not operational.

Location was central and easy to find from train station

The room was too hot despite turning down the thermostat to lowest and too noisy to open window

The hotel was air conditioned. We arrived in a heat wave and cancelled our reservation in a non air conditioned hotel and switched to the Imperial. Thanks to that, we slept in comfort in a very large, pleasant room.

Nothing

We had a quadruple room which was very spacious and had a truly spacious bathroom. The beds were very comfy, even the foldable double-bed, which really came as a positive surprise. The stuff was very nice and friendly all the time. Breakfasts, along with the dining area, fully met our expectations. Location of the hotel is spot on, close to everything you need and the small train station right in front came in handy few times. You can literally get to the magnificent Frederiksborg castle by walking out of the hotel, hoping on a train that arrives every few minutes and traveling for little more than half-an-hour.

As it has been pointed out by others, there were only two lifts in operation which could lead to little-bit of waiting. Not a delabreaker though, esp. if you are happy to take the stairs.

It was my husband's 40th birthday weekend and I worked with the hotel to organize decorations for the room, I had our party of 25 people stay there and anything I needed assistance with, they were there to help! I even needed to know where to find a cake and they recommended an excellent patisserie where I found the most gorgeous cake. The room was large, beautiful and perfect for what we wanted. Excellent venue! In Particular, Oliver I believe his name was- helped me with everything- from freezing the cake to taking it out at a specific time any and all questions he was overtly helpful and I never felt like I was bothering him or anyone with anything. It was an excellent experience- Im so grateful for them! Thank you Imperial!!!

Location near centre and near railway station was perfect.

The bed was a bit too soft. Lifts were slow, cramped and annoying.

Location is great, just 2 blocks away from the Central Station. Hotel is very cozy, warm at all times and has more rooms than it seems from the outside. They spoke Spanish at reception which is something not so common at least for me. Room was lovely and very well distributed, overall very fresh. There is a 7Eleven just across the street which is pretty convenient. Lastly, I loved I got a room with a street view

Not a bad thing but there are 3 elevators at the Lobby which get crowded. When I check-in there was a large group of 20 people waiting to go up as well and took some time.

The location of the hotel was so ideal for travelling around Copenhagen. Just a short walk from a main train station and across the road from a metro. The staff were all lovely and super helpful as well. Breakfast was delicious as well.

I had a great stay and loved my time here. The only slight flaw was the lifts and especially first thing in the morning. We were on the top floor and although the lift was full it stopped at every floor going down when someone had pressed the button. This also meant 2 days we waited 10+ minutes on a lift getting to the top floor. This is only a minor flaw as all the other great things in the hotel and location makes up for this.

I liked the room, the bed and Hotel was close to the Train station and everything was near.

My room door lock was something different. When i locked it inside and tried to open it, i still could. Even when it was locked, little pit later, it wasnt anymore. Even though noone can come in (hopefully) it is still good to feel safe and have the door locked, what i think wasnt working that good or in a strange way or it wasnt suppose to work at all?!) The other thing what i actually missed, was the quiet place at the Bar, where you could have a Glass of Wine with peace. Since there is a restaurant and Bar together, it was very loud and it did not give me the feeling, that i would sit there again. A nice, relaxed, quiet Bar feeling was missed and not there.
