I really liked the location, the fact that it was clean, and the very friendly staff. The breakfast was also very good.

The way the room was decorated—with that industrial grey—felt almost depressing. I don’t think this style suits such a small space, like a hotel room. And then there was that column right in the middle of the room. It made it difficult for us to move around comfortably. There was also no air conditioning, and on some nights it got quite warm. The lighting was very dim, and the blackout curtains didn’t block out the light completely.There was also no fridge in the room.

The location, definitelly the staff, also the bar in the lobby. We aporeciated the wine hour tasting.

If the towels were not replaced with clean ones, it was pointless to fold them. We didn't know which towel was which. Also, the room was not reslly cleaned..so it was not necessary the vleaning lady would even step in the room a clean it. It think it was just wasting of time and money. Also, the breakfast on Sarurday morning was terrible - overcrowded, the staff was not prepared that the food would be dissappering sobfast and they were not able to refill the food, especially scrambled eggs and pastery).

Our stay was superb. Great staff, great location, amazing breakfast and the room was good. The location is central and located almost next to the main shopping street. The breakfast had everything you could ask for and to top it off they had a barista serving fresh coffee. On our last day one of us got sick and the hotel staff allowed us to rest in the conference room which was well appreciated.

Small issues that didn't annoy us that much was that the room was located on the top floor and the ceiling was tilted so when you had to go to the bathroom you had to crouch a little.

Great hotel with an excellent relaxed atmosphere Breakfast is superb with plenty of choice with mini scrambled eggs and sausage for us brits washed down with an excellent Cappuccino or maybe two Some reviews say the hotel could do with an update but honestly that’s just paintwork where cases have knocked into walls and mainly along the corridors. We stayed in a large window room, size was fine and the shower and bed were excellent…. yes lighting is a little trendy dim but we were only in the room to sleep….so it was fine The reception bar is modern and relaxed and the free wine o’clock is a great touch We had a late flight and was able to leave our luggage in a special locked room all day…..thanks for that We used the train from the airport and the Metro to the airport……Metro is better and faster But you can’t fault either both clean, quiet and quick. We didn’t use public transport over the weekend just walked everywhere Would recommend going on the canal tour the first day as it gives you a great overview and where to investigate more

Breakfast was great, everything is stored in Weck jars which probably helps in portion control. I didn't find it annoying at all and it was great start to the day. Rooms are tidy and house all the things you would expect for the price you pay. Location is great, just a short walk to most things you'd want to go to in the city center. My initial reason to stay here was to experience a B-Corp hotel, and whether there would be noticeable sacrifices to be more sustainable; I did not experience any significant shortcomings at all. I recommend this stay and would stay here again.

The hotel is in the city centre and with that come some parking issues, though at no fault of SP34. In the street there was broken glass on the street from at least 2-3 car windows, it is recommended to clear out your car after parking. There are also some parking garages nearby, such as a modern Q-Park, but I have not tried this.

Great breakfast and lovely add ons like wine hour (free glass of wine between 5-6pm) and nightcap hour. We rented bikes through the hotel which got us smoothly around the city and we really liked the overall vibe. Friendly staff too. The overall approach to the guest experience was different, fresh and inviting. The downstairs areas were also really lovely.

Our room was a bit noisy late at night on the Friday and Saturday but earplugs worked a treat. If you're a light sleeper it'd be best to request a quieter room up front.

Family nearby so location good. Lobby has a nice vibe, rooms comfortable. Appreciate hanging space and ample bathroom counters. Great breakfast's and enjoyable wine hour.

Noise-loud voices from restaurants until midnight or 1am, then voices on the street at 5:30am (assume workers arriving), dumpsters begin crashing repeated at 6am followed by construction noise at about 8am. Makes for a very short night of sleep in a "premium" Room.

- Very central location inbetween the vibrant Indreby and cool Norrebro. - Comfortable beds and spacy bathroom - Complimentary wine hour was cool as it created some vibe in the hotel

- The heating seemed to be centrally organized - our bathroom was extremely hot (luckily we could shut it from the bedroom, but it also was quite warm in our room) - We had breakfast once in the hotel - it was ok, but not great. Bit of a chaotic experience and we had much better breakfast elsewhere.

This is a fantastic hotel with a young fun vibe! The room was smallish but comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. The happy hour is great fun with a foyer full of guest enjoying a free happy hour by the fireplace. We never made it to the later session for a nightcap but it would have been fun also! Great area for exploring Copenhagen, lots of cafes and easy walking to explore the sights.

We originally booked a room with a large window but the street is noisy at night so we were moved to an even better room at the back of the hotel - that was much cheaper!

The staff really do go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay here. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The beds, duvets, and pillows are very comfortable, so we slept very well, and the hotel is in a great location, so you can easily walk to all the main attractions. We didn't have breakfast this time around, but from previous stays, there is lots of choice, and the coffee is good. Wine hour (5pm-6pm) and nightcap hour (10pm-11pm) are a lovely complimentary touch for guests to enjoy the downstairs spaces.

Not a dislike, but the rooms that face the street could do with having the windows soundproofed if this is structurally possible. If you are a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs or request a room that doesn't face the street. It didn't bother us as I always carry earplugs when travelling, and my partner is a heavy sleeper.
