Location and vibe of this place is brilliant. The layout is well thought through and the furnishings and fit out are top notch. There is a whole range of shops and restaurants within a block or two, and three supermarkets to choose from. The showers were hot and no lack of water. The beds were super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need to self cater. Walking anywhere in Copenhagen is easy, and this place is very accessible. The metro is also close by if your feet have had enough. The neighbourhood is quiet, and it was entertaining for us to watch the ferries, windmills and Malmo from the expansive windows. We would happily recommend to family and friends, and would stay again if we go back to wonderful Copenhagen!

Let me say that the following minor points had no negative impact on our stay, but were unexpected. The finer attention to cleanliness and maintenance lacked a tad. The clothes drier wasn't working, so we cleaned the filter, which was seriously clogged. We fixed the washing machine soap dispenser, which wasn't sitting properly, and the water calcification was noticed on kitchen tap and the iron. (The rangehood filter needs cleaning too, but I wasn't cleaning that on my holiday). Not things most guests probably notice but we make use of these facilities so we do. I provided reception with this feedback, so hopefully the relevant folk will keep an eye on these for future guests.

Stay Seaport is located in the port area of Nordhavn, the old port area has been revamped and reimagined with some amazing architecture, there is even a playground on top of the multi storey carpark. The whole area is very clean and felt very safe, even at night. Property was easy to access by Metro direct from the airport and (approx 15 mins from Central Copenhagen) and easy to find even in the dark (we had a late flight). Details of key access were emailed to me and the key retrieval was straightforward. The apartment was clean, very spacious, warm and cosy. Beds were large, clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and had an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milk which was very welcome. For those who enjoy self-catering there is a choice of supermarkets approx two minutes walk. Netto and Lidl were reasonably priced for basics and wine and a little further on there is a 'Meny' with a large choice of fresh, quality products, check out the cakes here! There is also a local cinema (some films in English) and plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. From our room on the 3rd Floor there was a view of the Naergenbrugsstation (Recycling Centre) located at the bottom of the car park, even this is architecturally amazing. Locals come by and drop off household items they no longer need and others come by to see if there is anything useful to take. What a fantastic concept!

I can honestly say that there wasn't anything that we didn't like or were unhappy with.

We had a big condo on 2 floors for a couple + another adult. The rooms are well equiped although the one on the ground floor on the small side. 2 complete bathrooms, a nice kitchen although without microwave. Super well located in a young area. It's an expansive area though for eating. We enjoyed the spacious rental and the nice breeze and view from the sea. There is construction around but inactive on the weekend. Well soundproof so not overly noisy and I'm sensitive to noise so not to worry about it.

The floors are super dirty, they haven't been washed in months. People walk with their shoes everywhere including the bedrooms so we had to do the same. There are stains, you see it isn't washed. The dining room chairs are also stained and would benefit from being cleaned with a wet cloth. Solution : bring flip flops to walk indoor, socks will come out flithy. It lacks a couch on the ground floor. A few deco on the wall would reduce the echo in the place.

The view was amazing, we had a sea-view apartment which was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the location which was a short train ride away from the tourist attractions or an hour's walk. We loved staying where locals lived, there were supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

We had requested twin beds in one room for our teenage children and were told on arrival that they didn't have bed linen available to make the beds twin beds so were given a few extra sheets to arrange the beds ourselves. We had also requested a rollaway bed for the stay but the rollaway was broken and they only had one so we slept on a mattress on the floor.

The living room is spacious. The kitchen has all we could need. I fell under the weather and had all I needed to fix myself a proper home meal. The main bathroom is large and comfortable. The view of the apartment is stunning. The sofa is comfortable, and so is the dining table, with enough chairs for the five of us. The beds are good even though pillows were'nt. The washing machine and dryer are great. The location of the Stay Seaport is perfect. The area is quite yet inhabited. It is a pretty area with multiple café choices and restaurants. The metro is very close to the building, and three supermarkets are just minutes away. A pharmacy is also a 5-minute walk from us. I would stay again and again in Stay seaport. I honestly had the best expeience in Copenhagen and part of that is because of where I stayed. Don't hesitate and book your stay.

1. A microwave would have been nice. 2. A mirror in actual size would be helpful. There were only two mirrors in the two bathrooms, so if one bathroom is being used, no one could fix his or her hair, do makeup, or anything else. 3. The walls of the apartment are too thin, so the drop of a spoon could interrupt your sleep. 4. A counter, table, or any kind of stool in the bedrooms would be nice for putting makeup or hair products on. 5. Trash cans in the bedrooms would be helpful. 6. Better pillows are needed. The ones provided are too thin and not comfortable.

Location slightly outside centre at seaport of Nordhaven. Actually preferred this as better value for money and metro station 4 mins walk away. Plus the area is very sophisticated yuppy with the view of the sea, Travelling round Copenhagen is sooo easy with fast clean metro very cheap. 4 stops to the main centre about 15 mins. The area is a bit quieter. Here are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The apartment is modern clean and comfortable with good decor. Kitchenette available and spacious. I would recommend and stay in this area and this hotel again

No complaints other than the TV was tricky to use.

The apartment was modern and airy, with all white goods you can imagine. Location was good and staff friendly.View exceptional from room and the balcony a bonus. I would certainly come again

The host sent me a message on how to collect the keys via Booking and not email, and sent it late, so I didn't see it and had to wait in the cold and dark for a while before finding a number to call and someone cycled from I think their home to sort out the key. I had let them know I'd be late and they said no problem; they should have said that after 10 Reception was shut and given me the alternative key collection method.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and had incredible views of the sea. There were two supermarkets across the street, and the metro station was an easy 5-10 minute walk. The apartment came with basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner) and all the equipment / cutlery required to cook in the kitchen. We were also provided with a few dishwasher tablets and extra trash bags. The reception is open everyday from 07:00 - 22:00, and the staff were always very friendly and happy to help. We were allowed to check in early as the apartment was ready, and also received an upgrade from a 2-bedroom apartment to a penthouse with a rooftop terrace! Overall, an amazing stay.

The cleaning schedule could have been communicated better. We were initially told we would not have cleaning as we were staying for less than a week, but someone came round on the fifth day of our stay to clean and tidy up.

We had a unit facing the water with nice views. The rain showers in the bathrooms were very nice. The unit had separate washer and dryer (not an all-in-one machine.)

There is an apt project under construction nearby which generated lots of noise M-F from 7am onward. Per the receptionist, construction is expected to last 1-2 years.
