Clear directions (with photos) and smooth remote check-in. Quite spacious (apart from bathroom). Well appointed, incl. washing machine, drying rack, dining table, stove, fridge, kettle and microwave. Comfortable bed and good shower and wifi. Good heating - we had rain and cold. Good support from remote support staff. Washing up detergent and cloths provided. Close to supermarkets and S-Tog and metro. Some nice neighbourhoods nearby, away from the main thoroughfares. Only 10-15 minutes to city centre by train and ferry terminal. Able to buy late check-out online which was convenient. I'd rate it 8-8.5, balancing the facilities and the convenience of self-catering against the time and cost of travelling to and from the city .

The location is a bit odd but easy to find once you know how and it seemed safe. You walk straight into the flat from the street, a cul de sac, which can be annoying when it's raining hard. Some distant road noise but not too bad. Biggest drawback is the bathroom: neat and functional but small and water from the shower tends to wet the whole floor because curtain is short and the shower tray is shallow. Smart TV was not programmed and difficult to use online. No sofa. While only a short train ride to the sights of the city and elsewhere, you need to factor in the high cost of transport in Copenhagen: ~3€ each way.

The property was easy to find and in a good location near to Ryparken S-Train station, which is easy to navigate to access wider transport services. There is a metro station about 15/20 min walk from the property. The property has excellent facilities with everything you need for your stay. I thought the extra little touches like a bottle of wine and some danish sweets were lovely. There were plenty of cutlery and crockery and all was clean. Kitchen facilities were brilliant and there’s even a washing machine. In the cupboards there was extra bedding and towels. The wet room was lovely and clean, and shower products / shampoo and conditioner were nice products to use. The contact from the accommodation was brilliant, it was easy to check in and out. All the details were provided in advance to access the property. We really liked that it was key code entry to the property and we didn’t need to worry about keys.

The property was excellent and had everything we needed however the wet room floor did get slippy and it would have been helpful to have something (a mop, or floor squeegee) to wipe over the floor to prevent this.

The apartment was basic, but very comfortable and the kitchen had all the basics required for self catering. Staff were very responsive to queries. It is very close to the Ryparken station so convenient if you do not have your own transport.

The bathroom was quite small, but still functional. It's not the prettiest location, but practical and well priced for Copenhagen. If you are travelling as a tourist, it is a little way from the main sights, but the train takes you to the centre easily.

Cosy and comfortable apartment exactly as described, with everything we need to cook a nice dinner. The apartment was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and proactive. Good location, near the train station with a supermarket in the corner.

Another little shelf in the bathroom, near the lavatory, could be helpful. A Mop, or similar, would help to clean the excess of water from the shower.

Great location near the train and Aldi, small but it had everything we needed, including spaces to unpack our suitcases.

The shower needs a longer curtain- the whole bathroom floor floods. It may not completely fix the problem, but it would help.

There was no breakfast, (I do not remember if it is available as a paid option) though we made a nice breakfast in the kitchen. The kitchen is very nice and functional. One can make all kinds of food for the whole day. It is perfect for traveling with small children. The apartment is on the ground level; carrying your stuff from a car inside and back is easy.

The floors could be washed. Our kid spilled water on the floor, and we used paper towels to clean it; the paper was grey. The parking instructions could be improved. The parking lot recommended by the hotel costs a king's ransom. The city parking is a little more affordable, starting at €36 a day. However, the city parking outside the paid zone, just a 5 min walk, is free, which must be mentioned. The apartments are reachable by car, but you can not park there. It is a great advantage that was not mentioned.

We understand the bathroom is to allow the use for disabled guests but the plastic curtains in the shower could be just a bit longer to touch the floor and not spill water all over the bathroom.

The location was great, very near to the Ryparken train station and grocery stores. The apartment was comfortable and also had a fan which was quite thoughtful since we visited during the summer. The staff were in constant touch through messages on the Booking App and WhatsApp.

Nothing to dislike really though having a dishwasher would have been awesome.

Great location near the S Train. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen area. Storage is also decent. Nice simple design. Easy to reach staff. Heated floor in bathroom.

The code lock on the door stopped working a couple of times but was attended to very quickly by maintenance. Could have done with bigger / more pillows on the bed. Would be nice if housekeeping was included in the price

The clean modern facilities. Kitchenette. Washing machine, hob and combi microwave all good. Nice bathroom with a good shower and lovely warm floor

Lack of shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. Need towel hooks near basin. No instructions for washing machine - these should be on your tablet, along with more details of TV functions. The bed could be more comfortable, we didn't sleep very well. The location is rather isolated and felt a little unsafe at night.
