I was very worried when I read the comments but it wasn't like the comments. First of all, there were no bedbugs. The family suite we stayed in, the bathroom, and the kitchen were clean. The beds, linens, and towels were also clean. Free tea and coffee was a nice move. The room was warm. The location of the hotel was also nice.

The walls are thin, if there is noise in the common area, it is heard from the room. It would be useful for the hotel to set a rule not to make noise late at night. There was an induction cooker in the suite we stayed in. I didn't find it very useful because I wasn't used to it. The internet was sometimes very good but it was often cut off. TV was not working, there was no channel information.

I was going to be able to spend very little time in the room, and for me it was really great value to my other options — less than half of most others. I read some of reviews that complained about the level of cleanliness, but my room was fine. It wasn't luxurious but well in line with my expectations given the prices.

I was concerned about the distance to the city’s main sites but it was more than fine. Metro station is so close and everything could be reached in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is great. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. Everything is so expensive in Copenhagen, it was nice to find a bargain. Check in was easy.

Absence of a fridge. Wifi didn't work almost at all. Occasionally it did and then it was perfect, but that could be only something like 5% of time...

Bed is seriously seriously average… read some reviews concerning bed bugs which did we did not have thankfully, but still the bed/bedding situation was a shocker!

The Tv had a casting option, but it didn’t work and there was no troubleshoot guide provided. There was free tea and coffee in the shared kitchen but the coffee machine kept saying it needed urgent descaling. I made a coffee anyway and it tasted bad (because machine needed descaling!) In the morning the shared kitchen had a rotten pizza box and cans and bottles just thrown around. might be done by a guest or somebody cleaning a room, but it remained there all morning and was very gross and off putting.

Very responsive to gain access. Need to leave a clear sign at the door though. Also, need to put up signage to notify guests they can use the kitchen.

The wooden stairs - very narrow and steep. The shower head in Rm 14 also falls down, so needs replacing. It would be good to have a small fridge in the room.

Property is nice and very close to metro and busses. They had the option for us to do laundry which was amazing.

The beds was slanted towards the head end which made it very weird to sleep the first night but that was fixed by us just sleeping with our heads in the foot end.

Perfect location in Norrebro district, close to all bars and restaurants and shopping, yet located at the end of a small quiet street. The place itself looks like a house and is pretty. It had everything one could need, including a common kitchen. The room was very comfortable, with even a second bed on a second floor. Finally, the entrance process was very simple and straightforward. I'm surprised this place has a 6+ rating actually.

Walls were a little thin, and there were some stains here and there around the room but overall a really nice solo stay.
