I loved the location of this hotel. Very central and right next to a metro line. The rooms are small, but as a solo traveler not much space is needed. I can see how it would be a bit cramped for people traveling with more people. The breakfast spread is also pretty good. As someone who is a bit of a picky eater, it was nice to have some items that were very familiar and I didn't feel like I was too out of my comfort zone (especially that first breakfast). Also, the staff here is super kind and helpful.

I wish there would have been a gym on site. But at the same time I was out walking around so much that a gym would have been slightly redundant.

it was my second time here because i loved it so much! the location is perfect, staff are so friendly and the breakfast is great. i feel really safe and comfortable here. i will always try and stay here when in CPH

the only downside this time for me was the room view. last time i was asked what i’d prefer, but didn’t get the option this time. i presume because it was busier. unfortunately the rooms facing inward are really dark on the lower levels, so it doesn’t really seem right to pay extra for windows in that situation (there were also lights outside my window so it was light at night, curtains didn’t cover it). the rooms with a street view are amazing. i see from other reviews i could have requested a room change so i should have done that! but thought worth mentioning if people are debating whether to pay for windows.

We went to Copenhagen for a music festival and also to celebrate our anniversary. The staff was kind enough to decorate the room and provided sweets and a hand-written card for us :) It was a really thoughtful gesture and we really appreciated it :) The location of the hotel was very strategic. It's literally 1 minute away from Norreport Station. Since it is also very central, it is walkable distance to a lot of places. We stayed on the 5th floor but it was not loud. The view from the 6th floor was quite scenic. The staff has been very helpful and nice :)

The room is nicely furnished! The bathroom is modern and has a really nice shower, which is always a bonus after a long day of exploring. The beds are super comfortable. Overall, a solid stay. Great for a short city break, but if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage, consider practicing your Tetris skills beforehand - the rooms are rather small! The breakfast buffet has a great selection and everything was tasty. Just be warned: it gets pretty crowded, and apparently you need to book your spot. We missed this detail at check-in, so there was a bit of a confusion – would’ve been nice to get a heads-up.

while there’s an iron in the room, there’s no obvious place to hang your freshly ironed clothes.

Location - central to so many good restaurants, easy access to trams/metro, parks and attractions. The food market across the street is not-to-miss. And if you're there on a weekend you might catch the open-air flea market behind it. Breakfast - one of the best I've ever had at a hotel or B&B Staff - always had courteous and friendly exchanges. Check-in and check-out very smooth, although you do have to do it on the 6th floor instead of ground floor like most places (just FYI) Cleanliness - top notch. Property is well kept.

Would be nice if rooms had USB charge ports for us foreigners, specifically USB-C. I had a power adapter that worked, but for the price they charge it is an amenity I feel should be standard in this day and age.

Location was excellent, as the steps down to the metro were right outside the hotel's front entrance. We also liked the bar on the top floor, with happy hour at 4pm. Would have been nice to be able to order snack/food with the wine we were drinking; however, the server said food was not available until 5pm. Like the sliding shade to control the amount of light in the window -- was surprised when it went down automatically at 3pm. Breakfast was lovely -- lots of variety of foods.

The room size was adequate but a little small for a top-tier hotel. Also, the combination bathtub/shower was difficult to step into without slipping. I asked management if they had a rubber non-slip mat that I could use, and they said they didn't but suggested we place a towel down inside the shower to prevent slipping. There was a small, thin shelf to place items -- would have been nice to have more room for items. No tissues. It would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room.

Lovely welcoming staff. Clean and comfy room - its small but expected for a city destination. Breakfast was fantastic. Location fantastic - opposite the metro, next to a lovely food market and a really nice Vietnamese restaurant I would recommend, lakes are a 2 min walk away and then you can walk along them for 25 mins to Tivoli gardens. I would recommend also doing the canal tour on the first day so you can decide where you want to visit. Icecream shop under the hotel was a treat for the kids too! Bar was great - lovely cocktails and roof top terrace with great views to enjoy with a glass of wine! Definitely would return!

Room was very warm and no way of adjusting the temp or putting on the air con so we needed to open the window which meant it was noisy due to the location - I took ear plugs which helped me get a good night sleep (maybe the hotel could provide this?). I would also have liked some hooks by the door for coats. Also be aware that on a Friday and Saturday the bar has a dj and gets somewhat busier and open to the public (still space to sit) but unless its warm enough to sit on the terrace it is very loud (which might be your thing - our kids were old enough to watch a movie in their room but you wouldnt want that for younger kids)

Room was perfect! They have chromecast so you can stream Netflix and more from your phone which is super convenient. They have happy hour with free wine/beer/juice each day! The breakfast was buffet style with everything you could want. The location is perfect and about a 10min walk to the round tower and next to most transport routes. The staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. It’s a must stay

As it’s in a convenient location the views aren’t the best but that’s nothing that can be helped. Just go up to the rooftop bar and it makes up for it
