Excellent location - right next to Metro stop and many buses so it was easy to get around the city Friendly, helpful staff Complimentary beverage in late afternoon

Room was too warm and adjusting the thermostat did not cool off the room significantly Hot breakfast items on our first morning were cold, somewhat better on subsequent days Didn't have basic amenities in the room (e.g., tissues, glasses, etc.) No access to coffee/tea except at breakfast

So friendly, clean, welcoming and breakfast was delicious.

Location was excellent, as the steps down to the metro were right outside the hotel's front entrance. We also liked the bar on the top floor, with happy hour at 4pm. Would have been nice to be able to order snack/food with the wine we were drinking; however, the server said food was not available until 5pm. Like the sliding shade to control the amount of light in the window -- was surprised when it went down automatically at 3pm. Breakfast was lovely -- lots of variety of foods.

The room size was adequate but a little small for a top-tier hotel. Also, the combination bathtub/shower was difficult to step into without slipping. I asked management if they had a rubber non-slip mat that I could use, and they said they didn't but suggested we place a towel down inside the shower to prevent slipping. There was a small, thin shelf to place items -- would have been nice to have more room for items. No tissues. It would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room.

Lovely welcoming staff. Clean and comfy room - its small but expected for a city destination. Breakfast was fantastic. Location fantastic - opposite the metro, next to a lovely food market and a really nice Vietnamese restaurant I would recommend, lakes are a 2 min walk away and then you can walk along them for 25 mins to Tivoli gardens. I would recommend also doing the canal tour on the first day so you can decide where you want to visit. Icecream shop under the hotel was a treat for the kids too! Bar was great - lovely cocktails and roof top terrace with great views to enjoy with a glass of wine! Definitely would return!

Room was very warm and no way of adjusting the temp or putting on the air con so we needed to open the window which meant it was noisy due to the location - I took ear plugs which helped me get a good night sleep (maybe the hotel could provide this?). I would also have liked some hooks by the door for coats. Also be aware that on a Friday and Saturday the bar has a dj and gets somewhat busier and open to the public (still space to sit) but unless its warm enough to sit on the terrace it is very loud (which might be your thing - our kids were old enough to watch a movie in their room but you wouldnt want that for younger kids)

Room was perfect! They have chromecast so you can stream Netflix and more from your phone which is super convenient. They have happy hour with free wine/beer/juice each day! The breakfast was buffet style with everything you could want. The location is perfect and about a 10min walk to the round tower and next to most transport routes. The staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. It’s a must stay

As it’s in a convenient location the views aren’t the best but that’s nothing that can be helped. Just go up to the rooftop bar and it makes up for it

This hotel exceeded all my expectations, a welcome gift for my son on arrival as this was a special trip for him. Lovely friendly staff, a social bar for guests between 4-5pm each day with free drinks, free coats to wear on the roof terrace given the time of year. Breakfast was fantastic! Location perfect opposite norreport metro station. Wouldn't stay anywhere else if we return to Copenhagen!

One tiny niggle is we were on level 5, bar is on level 6 so on the music on the Friday evening was quite loud in the bar and could be heard from our room but it is a city centre hotel so wasn't expecting total silence, it didn't bother us, a lower level floor would be quieter.

Great location, lovely room, friendly staff, good breakfast. Fantastic happy hour for free wine and beer at 4pm everyday.

My only gripe about the hotel was lack of toaster for non-gluten-free guests. There was a toaster for gluten-free guests which we could not use. This I fully understand, however, there was no toaster for other guests to use. We stayed for 3 nights and I asked every day to be told we are working on it, however no toaster arrived. Not good enough. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a hotel and not had a toaster at breakfast! Bathroom flooded quite badly every time shower was used as water did not drain away quickly enough, which left you paddling through the bathroom.

The hotel is perfectly located: just outside the metro station with direct connection to the airport, within walking distance of the city center, key sightseeing points and shopping destinations. Many shops and supermarkets around, a very nice part of the city. Rooms are well-equipped, and there is a bar on the top floor with very nice views and (!) free drinks between 4 and 5 pm.

(1) the reception is also at the top floor which is not convenient if you have heavy luggage. Maybe installing a quick check-out box at the exit area is a good idea (since the credit card data is recorded anyway this shouldn't be a problem) (2) the breakfast is a bit of disappointment as it's the same every day with no rotation; and frankly, given quite a small choice it gets a bit dull. Also, the breakfast time reservation system doesn't work and there are crowds regardless of whether you'd reserved a slot for yourself or not.

The breakfast and location were exceptional. The metro station to and from the airport was literally outside the door. The staff were warm and wonderful. Upgrades in bathroom and a clean room. Breakfast and happy hour every day on the terrace with views! Window couch in some rooms that you could sit and people watch, I include a picture from my window. A memorable stay!

The no refund policy with the Booking price. My flights were cancelled from Toronto due to severe weather so I lost a night in Copenhagen. Despite my documentation of flight cancelation and paying for an entire week at the hotel in advance, I lost $200 for a night I did not stay, even with informing them in advance so they could give my room away. I asked at least for a voucher to stay there again, but not even that.

Location & location. Just 10 steps across the street from metro and few steps more from train station. Super convenient to travel around Copenhagen and to and from other cities. Also very good breakfast, hot and cold. Room’s windows are sound proof so it’s quiet although our room faced the busy streets.

No air conditioning. They have temperature control system but it is not user controllable. It was 15 C outside at night but we felt hot and not able to have good sleep. We could open windows to get cold air but it was too noisy outside. I can’t imagine how could anyone stay here during summer.
