If you are a first timer to Copenhagen. The location is everything. You are situated basically in the center, and easy to walk to all the main attractions, restaurant, and shopping. The staff is so lovely and helpful. The vibe of the hotel is very cozy and chill. The breakfast is 5 stars. Fresh ingredients and lots of options.

The bathroom. We don't mind the small space as we've been to hotels in Japan where bathrooms were even smaller. But this one was just not as functional as we preferred.

Staff were light-hearted, fun, and knowledgeable. Good systems in place. Luggage room to store luggage upon early arrival. Check in at 3pm. Large cafe / bar area downstairs to relax in with a toilet available.Social hour from 5 - 6 pm, including one free glass of wine.Direct route from Airport to nearest metro station, no changes required. Lots of restaurants and a laundrette within walking distance of hotel.

Rooms were on the small side, though they did have tea and coffee making facilities. No baggage racks to leave you bags on in your room.

Easily accessible, super friendly and helpful staff, decent room for the value (especially for Copenhagen). Everything is walking distance and the restaurants nearby are more affordable than in the city centre (except the ones associated with the hotel)

We knew the bed would be small but 1.40 meters is too small if you like a little personal space. Upgrade to a bigger room if you’re not planning on cuddling your travel partner. It was comfortable but you can feel every move of the other person in the bed (not a problem for a solo traveller of course. Shower grout seemed dark in some spots (dirty or moldy??)

The staff was excellent: warm, personable, helpful, knowledgeable. The breakfast was outstanding-without a doubt the best breakfast that I have ever had at a hotel. The location was an excellent place from which to explore Copenhagen. The room was clean and fairly comfortable considering its size (we booked a "small" room for two). Comfy hour was also a great bonus.

The bathroom really is quite small. Although it was fairly functional (despite or perhaps given its size), the sink very difficult to use for shaving because it is very small. In order to get my face close enough to the bowl of the sink, I had to stick my face under the shelf above the sink and still ended up splashing water all over the floor (which was already wet from the shower).

The Ibsens worked out very well for us for a four day stay in Copenhagen. The location was excellent - just a few blocks from one of the metros that are so easy to use and run very frequently. We could walk to a lot of things, also, like the Rosenberg Palace, Botanical Gardens ( so lovely to walk through for free). The staff were very helpful. We had a large room for three of us and it was great - no one was crowded. The breakfast is just wonderful with a wide range of delicious options. It was exceptionally good and the wait staff was particularly pleasant.

The position was perfect. 30 mins walking distance from every attraction or neighborhood. And very good typical nordic breakfast.

We arrived at the hotel for our 3 night room only stay around noon and the receptionist explained that our rooms weren't available till 3pm which we had been made were aware of before our arrival. We asked could we check in now, store our luggage and go off for something to eat and collect our keys later? This wasn't a problem. Our room was bigger than we expected and spotless clean. The bed and bed linen was lovely and the bathroom had everything we needed. The area around the hotel was felt safe. All the staff we had the pleasure of speaking to were so helpful and couldn't have been anymore helpful and friendly.

There was nothing to dislike.

The room is fairly clean. The staff are very nice and helpful. There is a free happy hour every day offering free beverages and drinks. The location is pretty convenient as you can walk to the metro and train station in 5 minutes and many tourist attractions in around 20 minutes. The neighbourhood is also safe at night. It is a good choice for solo travellers looking for a budget trip.

The corridor can be very noisy in the early morning. The bathroom is very tiny and the toilet and shower are very close together so the whole room would get wet after showering. However, everything is clean and functional.

Great location, hotel and facilities were exceptionally maintained with the added benefit of an outdoor courtyard for drinks and indoor restaurant. Additionally, the room was chic.

The elevator stopped working multiple times which is not ideal for those travelling with luggage. As the hotel only has one elevator, expect long delays in between floor changes. I assume if the hotel is at max capacity, the elevator would be the biggest disadvantage to guests.
