We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - everything about Brochner SP34 was exceptional. We arrived just before 11pm and found ourselves in time for one of the three daily hospitality hours where guests could enjoy complimentary drinks which was naturally a great start. The staff we met were all extremely friendly and made check in/out smooth and easy. Any queries we had were dealt with and solved right away. We had asked for a quiet apartment with a bay window and were super-happy to find ourselves in one of the best, on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the nearby park and urban landscape which were endlessly interesting. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The building is very well located to enjoy the attractions of Copenhagen and all transport links such as the open top tourist buses and the train to Malmo which was a great day out. We very much appreciated the huge variety of local bars, some with live music, which were all within easy walking distance. If we ever find ourselves in Copenhagen again, it will only be if we can book in here - thanks for a great stay and we will be recommending SP34 to everyone.

Nothing, everything about the stay was brilliant.

Absolutely loved our stay at the apartments as a couple with a toddler. The apartment was quite large, modern and had everything we needed. Great location, close to the main train station, Tivoli etc. The staff are all lovely and welcoming, and the included breakfast was super tasty! It was also a great price compared to everywhere else we found in town. Would definitely recommend to everyone and would stay again! Ignore the reviews saying it’s hard to find the place/ check-in, you literally just have to go to the hotel’s reception desk and the apartments are accessed through the hotel as they’re joined by a courtyard.

The tap water in the kitchen was quite eggy smelling so we didn’t want to drink it. Just bought a couple large bottles of water to use instead which wasn’t a problem as we had a large fridge to use! Wouldn’t put us off staying again though.

I had an excellent stay in this apartment! The check-in was done at the hotel next door, which owns the apartments—a great advantage since the hotel has a 24/7 reception. The welcome was warm and professional, making my arrival very smooth. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and well-furnished. Comfort was definitely a highlight, especially the incredibly comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. The place was also well-equipped, with everything I needed for a convenient and enjoyable stay. Having the hotel’s services available at any time was a real plus. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this apartment!

Very limited space to hang or store clothing, somewhat surprising for an apartment It was a bit noisy at night on Friday and Saturday as our apartment was right above a bar-cum-restaurant downstairs. Thankfully the noise didn’t carry on too late I kept banging my hip into the ledge under the window, which jutted out at a strange angle as I was heading to my side of the bed, leaving a large bruise which took several days to heal

The room was modern, and quite spacious. Location was excellent, could walk to everywhere, including the metro/ train station. Bar and restaurants attached to the hotel were very good. Happy hour with complimentary wine each day was fantastic.

Arrival was confusing as the address we gave the taxi driver had us dropped off outside our apartment but not the hotel reception which was a different building around the corner. Although we were given specific instructions by email beforehand, we didn’t really understand them being the first time we had visited Copenhagen. Another couple we met had the same dilemma. Also, the lounge/ dining area was quite small and the seating uncomfortable for lounging.

The hotel itself is gorgeous and in a great location. Happy hour was such a nice touch to be able to relax with a complimentary glass of wine after a busy day of sightseeing. We stayed on the 5th floor. Room 551

80euro charge for a travel cot was excessive. We had the apartment for 4 days and I assumed that as it was within a hotel the room would be cleaned at least once and fresh towels. Recycling bins were available however they were so small that we then had an overflow of rubbish as we traveled with our baby and chose to eat in most nights.

Spacious and ideal for a small family like ours (2 adults & 1 child), with a kitchen and living room. Centrally located, within walking distance of key attractions yet in a quiet area. Great local cafes and eateries nearby, perfect for skipping typical hotel breakfasts and saving a bit. The staff was exceptionally friendly and genuinely welcoming.

We stayed for four nights, but the room was only cleaned on the last day, as informed during check-in (hotel rooms get cleaned daily). Daily basic cleaning would have been ideal, even just light tidying, as dust and dirt can accumulate. The TV had a streaming feature, but we couldn’t connect our phone, and only a few local channels were available.

Amazing location, in the heart of Copenhagen just a stone's throw away from all the shops, cafes and restaurants. The highlight of our stay was the wine hour (on the house) from the hotel between 5-6pm in the evenings. We were blown away by the quality of the wine and the generous offer! The apartment itself was lovely and brand new - great facilities, a kitchen stocked with everything you need and a good size room where you have space to work if you're a business person.

Not a negative but you should be aware that the apartment we had looked out onto a busy road which you can't hear if the windows are shut but if you like to have the windows open at night, be prepared for a bit of noise.

Staff were really lovely. Big room (I went self catering) with really good kitchen equipment. Free wine for an hour each evening, and a selection of free spirits from 10 to 11 each night was very welcome. Lots of restaurants nearby, and very walkable to the centre. Direct bus to/from the airport. Incredibly good value - I think I paid about £110 per night including a great breakfast.

The electronic doors between the main hotel reception and the self catering rooms broke on our last morning, and the only way through for me and my elderly mother was to go down into the basement and find our way through and back up. It meant we couldn't just pop back to our room when we wanted, as we needed staff to unlock the basement door. Given that the main door off the main street was also broken, I wonder if this happens often. Other than that, the nicest, best value hotel I've stayed in.

The hotel is a vibe, and in an excellent location. Our room was modern and tasteful and had everything we needed for our two night stay.

We got an excellent rate on the hotel. I think had I paid full price I might have expected a little more luxury. Danes are obviously much taller than us Brits, so I had trouble reaching things in the kitchenette and seeing into the bathroom mirror. A stool would have solved this, and/or a light over the hallway mirror. I also never understand why hotels offer such small towels. Bath sheets would have added a little extra. Lastly, the light switches in our apartment utterly baffled us, as did the lack of temperature control. Our room was very hot, almost uncomfortably so. In fairness to the hotel, we didn't raise either of these with them, as our priority was spending time seeing the city.
