Super location and super view from the room, and a nice room with space + good lighting. Staff was very helpful and nice, especially the receptionist from Argentina. We could stay in the room longer than until 12:00, which was comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious, a big choice and tasty juices.

I expected to have some drinks in the cooler, some coca or vine. I did not like that the bathroom and toilet were separate but it is an old house, it's understandable. The bathroom side was cold. Toilet lighting was terrible, the lamps in the mirror were too strong and ladies could not do make-up, because it was blinding. Probably the designer was a man! The sink is too small, according to the bathroom size. And it would be nice to have a mobile charger beside the bed. There was 0 charging place beside the bed or night table.

The location was perfect, close to the train station, Tivoli and bars and restaurants in walking distance. The beds were extremely comfortable and breakfast was excellent

Guests need to organise room servicing, clean towels etc, via an app. Assumes everyone has a smartphone. The app for luggage storage didn’t work so the manager stepped in to resolve the situation quickly and effectively, only for us to be told off by a member of staff for not using the app when we returned to retrieve our luggage! There is no bar to relax in with a drink after a day sightseeing. The restaurants and bar are managed by a different organisation And the worst, glass doors to the bathroom which do not actually close completely!

That being said, it's located in the middle of everything significant with walking distance to all you need for a good weekend in CPH. Its location is ideal—walkable to plenty of great restaurants and attractions. The building itself has a cool historic charm while being updated with a modern, clean aesthetic that still preserves its character. The unique room layouts worked well for us as parents traveling with little kids. The staff was both accommodating and efficient, making our stay smooth and enjoyable.

There is a regular sound from the nearby clock tower in the City Hall. It didn't bother me, but maybe you have a different taste.When it comes to the price level, I do consider what I paid to be in the high end. But all in all I enjoyed a nice couple of days here.

The room was very comfortable and had good soundproofing between the rooms which made for a restful stay. The church bells could be heard through the window, but they didn’t disturb sleep at night. The mattress was medium-firm, and the room was well-equipped with everything I needed, including an iron and ironing board. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were also kind and helpful. The location is unbeatable.

While the room was generally clean, the bathroom could use a deep cleaning, especially in the shower area where limescale has built up on some surfaces. Someone had removed the light bulbs from the hallway lamps near the mirror, which was a bit inconvenient.

Excellent location in the heart of Copenhagen and just a stone throw from the main railway station which is excellently linked to the airport. We also appreciated the friendly, helpful staff and the great breakfast full of every conceivable option. We found it great value for money and were very happy overall. We also had no issue at all with noise as the hotel is so well sound proofed. Also wonderfully heated, we were there in very cold weather.

I thought the room a bit small for a superior twin with only a tiny space between beds. Our room was on the first floor so perhaps there are bigger twin rooms available. I didn't like the cleaning system, the fact that you had to request cleaning every day. One day we might have been late with our request as the room was inadequately cleaned that day. I feel that a daily clean should be default in every hotel, as has been my experience in the many hotels I've frequented worldwide. But these were only only minor niggles in an overall positive hotel experience.

The hotel's location couldn't be more ideal for exploring the city, with an underground station just steps away.We stayed with our families, occupying a total of eight rooms, and everyone was thoroughly happy with the hotel.The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, meeting all of our needs or requests.The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options.Before our stay, I read some comments about the breakfast reservation process being inconvenient.However, we found it to be an easy way to avoid long waits for a table.While it's not mandatory to book a slot, doing so can help you avoid potential queues during peak breakfast times.

We were a little disappointed with the size of our room (only with ours).The receptionist go to know that we were about to get married, so he kindly offered us a very nice room, however turned out that practically all our families had nicer, larger and more spacious rooms than we had.Anyways, this was a minor detail that didn't significantly impact our overall stay or great experience in the hotel, only a truly nice room would have been a nice touch to celebrate our special occasion.

I LOVED the location, the breakfast was to die for, plenty and excellent choice. Staff was lovely, friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds.

Their eco.cleanjng policy. It is not the fault of staff, but the room, especially the bathroom, was dirty because of their eco cleaning policy that clearly state cleaners won't clean the bathroom or vacuum cleaning the room during your stay. You have to book cleaning in advance, and im OK with this, but even if you do it due to the policy cleaning, it is substandard.
