The value for the price is amazing, it is so cheap for being a hostel in the city center and in the expensive city as well. It was so clean, the bed linens were sparkly white and the bed was comfortable. The heating works great and you can adjust it. The check-in system is so easy and fast. You get codes for the main entrance, hallway, and your door and you can open them all with your phone too.

They don’t respond to messages EVER. It was really frustrating for me. I understand that they made a completely automated system without a need for people but still, it is unacceptable. I tried writing to them on 3 options, at different time periods but still no luck. 2 days before a trip you get an automated message with a new site where you input your booking data and when you get into the hostel, you check in on their tablet. On that site it says- leave a message, we will respond as soon as possible - what an irony. After about 7 messages, 2 hours before I got there, I finally got a response back. If you put that aside it could easily be rated as 10 out of 10. Everything else was great.

Really good location to visit the city. The room had lockers (bring your own lock) and the bed was ok, I slept well. Shared bathrooms and toilets were clean. If you are not a party person, fyi rooms are in the building just near. So you can have your own life. You can rent a locker before check in or after check out (not free)

I was on the first floor and you could hear the music until really late at night, so take earplugs !

The friendly vibe in the reception area. It was really chilled and cosy during breakfast and during the day. The check in was easy and uncomplicated and the location fantastic. There were lockers, charged by the hour so I could leave my stuff there after I checked out.

The communal kitchen was very very basic having just a microwave and fridge. I kept having to ask the bar for boiling water to make my own tea and coffee and I couldn’t cook beyond the microwave. Not a huge deal as I ate out most days, but I’ve stayed in hostels where they’ve had full working kitchens where I could cook.

We were surprised by how awesome this hostel was! My girlfriend and I felt safe the whole time, which is really a plus. The capsule that we slept in was clean and more than enough for two people, and the air ventillation helped us when, at night it became a little hot. But the main thing that we loved was the vibes at the bar downstairs. It was a Thursday night so we had the chance to listen to some live music, and we had a blast! There were a bunch of happy and respectful people down there, with whom we had such a great time. We would honestly recommend this place to everyone visiting Copenhagen!

Location is perfect, everything is just at a walk distance. There is a good bar next to hostel door, with live music sometimes and good prices. If you are young or solo traveller and like to meet new people, it is a perfect place to stay. By quality it is a good hostel with all needed to stay for a trip.

It is noisy from the bar and street, all around the week. Definitely not good stay for families with kids or people who like to sleep at night. The shower in the room was a joke, it is a toilet room where there is a shower on the roof. But in this case floor common showers were ok to use.

The location is the highlight, you can go everywhere by foot. The breakfast is cheap and good, tasty and with good options. The place vibe is amazing, very young and hyped, there are many things to do and the bar is great to spend the night. Toilets were always clean, it was a really nice place.

But it was not a nice sleep, we stayed in a cabin and there was literally no ventilation. Even now in autumn it got too hot and on our side, to have the outside fan working, the light had to be on. So the only way to have some air is opening the cabin and having the light on all the time, which really bothered my sleep. I think check in/check out hours could also be better.

There is a lot to like about this hostel. The staff members are extremely friendly, the beds are comfortable, the facilities are quality, and the hostel is in a superb location! This hostel is definitely worth it especially for the price! I would highly recommend! :-)

The online check-in process was a little bit complicated and as my room was located on the top floor, there were a lot of stairs to climb in order to make it to my room. There was an elevator but I could not figure out how to work it.

Perfect location. Rooms are comfortable (room with private bathroom) however bathroom is very small - finally I used shared showers, which are very comfortable with place to put your belongings and clothes. Self check-in is a bit problematic and I noticed everybody had some issues. I paid for my stay but it asked me to pay again - the lady at the "reception" resolved all the issues and everything was fine. I love key-app. Easy way to open all the doors :). The only problem is when you have room in front of the pub which is on the next side of the street. During the weekend is very laud almost all night. On Friday I wasnt able to sleep until 4:00 am. Next evening I just purchased noise stoppers and it was quite fine to sleep however all the rooms with pub view should be much cheaper. I stayed 2 nights so simply just ignored that fact but when staying a bit longer - it could be really hard to get rest when audult people outside are screaming - yes, mostly screaming not just laudly talking. However - overall experience is great and I recommend this place :).
