Spectacularly cool designed restaurant, excellent cocktails from the small bar, tasty breakfast and dinner, super-friendly restaurant manager at night. Luxurious bathroom. Staff in general very friendly. No noise from the street with closed windows. All sights within walking distance.

With its dark blue walls, the room was bit unwelcoming (not really "hyggelig"), a different choice of colour would make it more cozy. The wardrobe is too small (even for one person). No space to store travel bags. Room was still not done after lunchtime - something I would expect from a hotel of this category.

Room was smaller than expected having booked a loft - it looked larger in the pictures online. That said, it was very comfortable, lovely bathroom and overall hotel was great. Expensive though at nearly $700 AU a night.

The property is A+….and the Suite type room is very spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. The morning breakfast service is extremely nice!

Honestly I have no complaints. The staff and condition of the property are top notch. The leather ottoman at the foot of our bed had some stains (probably red wine) but otherwise the suite was lovely.

The room was terrific and the staff were very nice . The restaurant was excellent, we had great breakfasts there and a really wonderful dinner which was great.

The facilities, the spa and sauna were out of action when we arrived which was disappointing as this was one of the main reasons that we had booked the Hotel was for these great facilities.

The hotel was perfectly beautiful. Scandinavian design as expected, clean, elegant yet comfortable and cozy. The staff was absolutely fantastic. So friendly and made me feel very welcome and at home. they helped with everything and made me feel very well taken care of.

I would’ve preferred to be even more central

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The beds were wonderful--I wanted to bring one home. The location couldn't have been better, and we were able to enjoy a good view of the city and to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast got us off to a good start each day, and we had a nice dinner in the restaurant one night.

The location is excellent. Very walkable to all the major areas, though make sure you can handle 15-20 minutes of walking if you needed to. Bikes were available to rent, though we did not try this time. Though next to a major street, even the rooms on the ground floor facing them were quiet. Despite the traffic, it is away from some of the major tourist areas, which we preferred. We were very close to everything we needed. We could not extend our original reservation. Therefore, we had to move to a different set of rooms, which was fine. The rooms on the third floor were very nice. The slanted ceilings take a bit away from the usable space. The rooms on the ground floor seemed larger. All of the staff were very professional, courteous, and responsive. We had a few routine issues, such a slow drain, phone that was broken, and an electrical issue that turned out to be our fault with the cheap converters we were using. All were handled quickly and professionally. The breakfasts had good variety, though the selection doesn't change, at least when we were there. If you stayed more than 4 days, it may get a little repetitive. The workout room is small but had a few equipment and weights. The dry sauna was nice. Nice areas to lounge if you needed to get out of your room. All in all, it was a great stay at a great hotel. We highly recommend it!

Other than wanting some more variety in the breakfast selection after a few days, I can't think of anything! It's not a perfect hotel (what is), but it's a very, very good one.

Lovely hotel - clean, stylish, welcoming; sleek and modern but with a touch of history. Good location - some attractions (Glyptotek, Tivoli) are right by your doorstep; others within a reasonable 15-25 min walk, or a 10 min taxi ride. Luxurious Byredo toiletries were a pleasant surprise!

Would be nice to have complimentary bottled water in the rooms.
