the property surely exceeded my expectations! the owner s a very charming, customer-oriented professional. the tooms was spacious, the view was spectacular and you are literally on the water. breakfast was simple - but you have everything you need for a quick breakfast, the type i prefer. the vending machine wth drinks and snacks available 24/7, and coffee/tea are free of charge throghout your stay. location is central. the owner will let you check in early if your room is ready and you can keep your luggage after checking out - no problem! i have discovered a place to stay for my next trip to CPH! thank you!!!

We loved CPH Living. It is a very unique place and we enjoyed beautiful views from our window every day. The room was lovely, functional, and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome there. Breakfast was great, very good selection of different types of fresh bread, pastries, cheese, teas, yoghurt, and having bteakfast at the top deck every morning was an extra treat. The area around the hotel is lovely, and close to Harts bakery if you want more coffee and pastries:) walking distance from the old town, so convenient. Staying here made our visit extra special

This is not the fault of the hotel, but there is some noise at night. Due to the bridge being nearby you hear police cars driving by and such. Occasional very short party somewhere near, but they always finished quite early :) the staff provides free earplugs, they are in the breakfast room, so just take them if you are a light sleeper. I found that closing the window for the night sorted the noise issue for me.

An amazing stay after 2 Airbnb cancellations, we came out top finding this place. A few of our party were conscious of being on a boat with movement, but it’s sat on the calm waters inland, super smooth. The rooms are big and bright with huge windows, yes there are blinds which I was doubtful of from the pictures. Considered interior design keeps it basic and functional with very comfortable beds and heating if needed. The top deck is a bonus for eating breakfast or you can sit inside. Breakfast was continental and simple with coffee and juice, ample for the start of the day. This is no land based hotel with large kitchen facilities, it’s all brought to the boat and prepped by hand. A manager or owner is always nearby for assistance or information. Henrik - Hendrik - sorry, one of the owners was on hand this long weekend looking after guests, he was friendly and great for information. I would definitely stay here again over a land based hotel if visiting/when we visit next time. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Not much at all, minimal road noise by a bridge, but you get vehicle noise in most hotels when near a road, the reception does have earplugs; or you could just drink the amazing local beers, out like a light for me.

Room and facilities were good but room could do with a refresh. The view of canal live out of the window was excellent as was the option to use the sundeck and look out tower for breakfast and an evening beer.

Breakfast lacked a protein, typical bread, yoghurt, jam cheese and sausage Hotel is moored next to a busy bridge and traffic runs 24/7. Better soundproofing needed or take the offered earplugs.

Great location and a bit of a novelty. 10 min walk from metro and Tivoli Gardens. Friendly staff and basic breakfast which was breads, cheeses and cake. Free tea and coffee 24/7. Good size rooms, wry clean and comfy beds.

Quite noises but earplugs provided, definitely not a put off. Personally I think the room is very light and could do with being much darker. Property needs to provide a porthole cover for the front door and something to block the window in the bathroom that shows directly on your face in bed. Very intimate toilet situation as well which I found abusing but the wife didn’t.

We had a bottom room floor and it was so cool being right on the water, I loved it!! There is a door you can open out on to the water (gated of course) so you can get a nice breeze in on the warm days or stick your head out and check out the view of the river on each side. The room does warm up a lot in the sun but also easy cool down. Really Loved the roof top area too. There's also a nice simple breakfast spread :)

The bed was comfortable enough (I'm a fussy bed person) but I probably wouldn't want to stay more than a few nights.

l absolutely loved this hotel - Quirky - as it is a hotel boat floating on the water and moored by a bridge on the harbour. It has a perfect location - right in the centre of the city. It has the most amazing top deck which is just a sun deck with tables and chairs. Perfect for sitting with breakfast and coffee watching the world go by on the water. Also you can buy your own food - a fridge is available - and eat it up there or just go up and sit with a drink and watch the sun go down. There is a 'honesty bar' with beer, wine and crisps; water, chocolate and sweets. Breakfast is a light buffet - cheese, ham, fruit, yoghurt, delicious breads and pastries. perfect - and there is plenty of it! Coffee and tea are available all day free- just help yourself! The staff are fantastic - so friendly and helpful. This is not a traditional hotel but it is really a fun place to stay.

As there is no dining area - other than the sun deck and a few bar stools at a counter in the breakfast area - if the weather is bad you would have to take your breakfast to your room - but that would be no hardship as the rooms are plenty big enough with desk and chair.

very nice room with a glass wall overlooking the canal, we loved it. Location is good ~ 20 min walk from city center. good bakery (Andersen) within 4 min walking. Bus station within few minutes walk. Goboat is steps from the hotel. Very nice roof - we had breakfast on the roof! breakfast is very nice but we preferred staff from the bakery. Free coffee / tea corner for guest use :) Very friendly staff.

No real isolation between the bathroom / toilet to the room. door does not really sealed any & from bad you can see the sower / & back. for a couple or single is it still highly recommended but maybe not a good solution for friends / family We stayed at first floor, second floor - stairs looks challenging for the luggage.

Great location walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Rose was a great host always greeted with a smile at breakfast.

It can be a little noisy as it’s close to a busy road bridge, the spiral staircase to the upper deck rooms from the breakfast area/reception is not easy to negotiate with suitcases(there is a straight staircase at the other end)

Everything was perfect. Location, hospitality, breakfast, equipment... When in Copenhagen, I am booking this place again - it was a mere coincidence I found it and it made our trip fabulous. Secret tip: rent a bike via Donkey Republic app and explore Copenhagen and its nearby beaches as the locals do (we rented and returned the bikes just nearby the housboat).
