Loved the location and aesthetic. When you first walk in the colours and atmosphere are very welcoming and you are met with very friendly staff at reception. The rooms are always clean and the bathrooms are very attractive with their smart shower and underground heating. The pool area is also very clean and kept to a great standard alongside the steam room and sauna. They also had coffee stations on each floor with an honesty policy. Approximately 5 minutes from the metro and the staff recommended some great local cafes to us. As much as we loved the property, the staff made our stay just as enjoyable, they were great and always met you with a smile! I ordered a drink one night and they went out of their way to find it in the back, very helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast that was included with our stay. The food was healthy as well as tasty. The location of the hotel was excellent. It was close enough to the city that we were able to walk to the sites we wanted to see, yet far enough from downtown to get away from the crowds.

Our room was in the back and looked over the courtyard. The only thing we did not appreciate was the music that was playing every night in that area. It was loud enough that we had to close the windows in order to sleep, and with no air conditioning, it made the room hot and uncomfortable.

We loved how friendly the staff were at the property. The room had the most thoughtful touches - beautiful dressing gowns to wear and lots of extras should we have forgotten anything. The tea and coffee station was much appreciated and we loved the seating area next to it. Eco touches were really appreciated. Brilliant location super close to metro but we really enjoyed our walks in to the city.

We weren’t expecting to pay extra for the pool, sauna and steam room and the pool, despite being heated, was too cold for us to swim in so the extra money was a waste.

The location of the hotel is very handy, not right in the centre so you avoid some of the chaos, but close enough to everything that you don't NEED to take public transport. There is a metro station pretty close by if you choose to though! The staff were kind, and very helpful. The rooms are super stylish and the products, shampoo etc are exceptional! The body oil is to die for. Really nice touch to have the kiosk on each floor with drinks, snacks and extra slippers if needed. The common areas are all pretty nice and again, with a really nice style and feeling.

It feels JUST off luxury. With just a few little steps this would be a really exceptional place to stay. For example, our bathmat went missing after the first day... I didn't notice immediately and so took a shower without one. The bathroom set up is definitely better suited for couples, as it is all a bit close quarters for friends (or in our case sisters). The spa pool area is very lovely, but again... just that extra detail. No hangers by the shower, which you are (correctly) requested to use before jumping in, so you have no place to put a robe or towel...

This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the Metro so very easy to get to and from the centre, if you wanted to walk its about 25 minutes. The staff are very helpful and breakfast was very nice although our cocktails seem to lack continuity so perhaps more effort in this area is needed. The pool is very nice although we ended up sunbathing as we couldn't get near with children having fun but this wasn't a problem for us. Our bedroom was a lovely size although not enough room around the sink area for the ladies. Bedroom with the lights on was very dark, but we had the best nights sleep for the six nights we were there.

Nothing it was a very pleasant hotel to stay in with areas to chill out.

Delicious and rich breakfast - one of the best I've had. Hats off to the person designing the interior of the hotel - it really looks amazing, there is a strong emphasys on plants and comfortable seats, many colours etc. Location is also great for people who travel with pet or need a break from urban landscape - the park that sits right next to the hotel makes you think you traveled to the countryside somewhere far beyond city center. On top of that is really well communicated with the rest of the town, and close to the airport.

First of all: no dedicated parking. With the prices in Copenhagen being high overall, leaving your car next to the hotel costs around 600DKK/day, which is a lot, especially if you stay for a longer time. Even leaving the car outside of the Parking Areas will cost you fine, as you cannot stay there for more that 24hrs. Best to leave the car outside the city if you plan a longer stay - lesson learned. Secondly: I have a mixed feelings about the one sink to support sanitary and daily tasks in the room. Looks fancy, but it's actually pretty annoying

This hotel has a resort vibe, located in a quint neighbourhood walkable distance to the city centre and a few metro stops away. Some local restaurants and shops in the area so it's quite convenience and not too busy. My partner enjoyed the pool and gym facility while I was at my conference. Staff were very friendly and we particularly liked the kiosk/pantry area where there was free flow beverages and treats. The hotel tried very hard to be eco friendly and we respect that.

It's interesting that even though it was windy and chilly outside, it's always very warm in the hotel, so we kept the fan on all night to keep the temperature down (not a major problem though). We would've loved more shelf and table space in the room and bathroom. The draws and bathroom doors are not the easiest to open and close, but maybe it's all part of the Bali vibe the hotel is going for.

Great location, in calm beautiful district, great design, very cosy and comfortable room and bed, tasty breakfast (great choice, still you can feel and experience sustainably mindful way of serving it), we loved the swimming pool and sauna area (what an experience to enjoy an outside pool in this industrial city surroundings), staff was very helpful and friendly. Truly great experience to stay with you - thank you!

One little thing to consider (which did not change our experience at all!) - would be great to have a free access to towels in the swimming pool and sauna area, as you either need to use the bath towels from the room or ask at the reception. I'm sure you'd be able successful in influencing guests not to overuse them, to keep the sustainability actions in place, still that would change the comfort;

Fun and quirky hotel - quiet, almost residential neighbourhood. The restaurant was lovely, had a wonderful dinner one evening, enjoyed delicious drinks from the bar another night. The pool area was fantastic as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unique hotel.

I am a middle aged, post menopausal woman - so the lack of air conditioing did become an issue when we visited as Copenhagen was experiencing a "heat wave" of 24-26C temperatures. The high ceiling and fan in the room helped to cool the room somewhat, but the temperature was still much higher than I am used to and hence I did not sleep well all 3 nights that I stayed here.

I love the friendly casual atmosphere and the fabulous decor, very comfortable beds, and drinks and snack bar on every floor. Lovely bathroom products, especially the body oil and very homely feeling in the rooms. I've stayed here many times and always look forward to arriving, it feels like a wonderful sanctuary.

This time l had a room on the top floor in the eaves, so less space than usual. Although the shower was great, there was no hot water in the basin, and there was nowhere at all to hang towls, which I've noticed before. The bedside lights are quite awkward to switch on and off. Unfortunately my bed cover had some spilt food dried on it, which l noticed on the first morning. I left it to be seen and changed by housekeeping, but it was not changed so l put it aside and it was untouched for the rest of my stay.
