House keeping not up to standard you would expect for this rated hotel. Some staff didn’t seem friendly. Other staff went out their way to help. I asked for some special requests for my son’s 16th birthday but they didn’t accommodate my request.

-This hotel has been decorated with a brand new Scandinavian style. I had a few days in another Radisson Blue hotel in Stockholm. The rooms were exactly the same. Everything was perfect. -Location is pretty good, metro from CPH airport to there. If you want to go to the city, just 2 stops. Metro station is 5 min walking from the hotel. -I particularly like the window inside the room. Fresh breeze from outside is super refreshing.

Just right near to the city center. Easy access by public transport and by walking. Wide range of options for breakfast.

Cleaning should be more through (under bed, etc.)

The room was super clean and the hotel itself inside was super nice with nice lounge. The hotel is not central located, the metro is 7 minutes on foot.

We had a room next to elevators and we could hear them all the time. For 4 stars hotel the bar should provide the drinks in a nicer way than just a glass of water. Super expensive

The hotel is quite beautiful

Nobody noticed my birthday. I didn’t expect to much but would be nice if someone from reception mansion it.

Our room was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view of the canal and the skyline, all as promised. Our bathroom was also wonderful. The housekeeping staff looked after us brilliantly and we really appreciated it. The breakfasts every day were outstanding and we looked forward to them. All the staff we encountered in the lounge, at breakfast, via housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect and the centre is easily accessible, especially using the bikes which could be rented from the car park.

A very minor gripe is that there was only one member of staff covering the check-in when we arrived and although we went to use the online check-in, we still had to queue for our room keys. This is just a suggestion for improvement.

✈️ Airport- Excellent location around 15 min to airport. 🏨 very clean and comfortable hotel with calming 😌 atmosphere 👫 staffs are very supportive and friendly and smiling 😃 😊 🏬 a mini market with food and basic shopping 🛍 is 1 minutes walk from hotel. 🌇 multiple restaurants, casino and bar within the place ☕️ coffee machine 😋 with good coffee capsules from Lavaza are provided. Overall amazing 👏 experience not bad prices and worth it though. Big thanks to Olivia, Carlos, Imme front disk staff you are doing amazing job 👏 🙌 ❤️

My 14th floor room was spacious with a lovely view over the lake to the Christianshavn area (a nice walk along the lake & across the pedestrian bridge). The flat path takes you to town (approx. 2km & be wary of bikes) or use the bus from the stop on the main road at the rear of the hotel. There is no air con although the window can be opened slightly. I found the room a little stuffy at times (I visited in August). There was a mini fridge however it did not work (I forgot to advise the hotel about this). The room had basic bulk bottled toiletries, iron & ironing board, tea & instant coffee making with a kettle, however no milk, so I obtained this as needed from the bar. The breakfast was great with a good variety & the light meals eaten at the bar area were delicious.

Please provide milk for tea/coffee making (long life would suffice).

The room itself, the staff and services were great and we were even upgraded to get an amazing city view. The location, though not really central, is close to public transport, both bus and metro. Overall, great value for money.

Staff is simply fantastic, lovely, obliging and welcoming you with a smile everytime. Everyone, from check in to check out, from breaksfast to Radisson Club, hit the mark and exceeded our expectations. The view from the room is lovely, room is good size, pillows are to die for! Breakfast is very good and complete and well organized. Super close to Islands Brygge Metro station. In spite of the improvement points, we would definitely choose this hotel again - hands down.

Airco is very difficult to regulate (you can only choose temperature up or down and not fan level) and we didn't ever notice any differencr or even hear it so it might have not been working at all. It was very warm at night. Individual beds are frankly small... Carpets in the aisle somewhat filthy, elevators sometimes smell to food... but we recognize it's a huge hotel so probably not easy to control what thousands of guests do. You hear bangs and clacks and thuds from the room, not sure if the hotel is to blame for or the fact that it is indeed very big.
