House keeping not up to standard you would expect for this rated hotel. Some staff didn’t seem friendly. Other staff went out their way to help. I asked for some special requests for my son’s 16th birthday but they didn’t accommodate my request.

-This hotel has been decorated with a brand new Scandinavian style. I had a few days in another Radisson Blue hotel in Stockholm. The rooms were exactly the same. Everything was perfect. -Location is pretty good, metro from CPH airport to there. If you want to go to the city, just 2 stops. Metro station is 5 min walking from the hotel. -I particularly like the window inside the room. Fresh breeze from outside is super refreshing.

Just right near to the city center. Easy access by public transport and by walking. Wide range of options for breakfast.

Cleaning should be more through (under bed, etc.)

The room was super clean and the hotel itself inside was super nice with nice lounge. The hotel is not central located, the metro is 7 minutes on foot.

We had a room next to elevators and we could hear them all the time. For 4 stars hotel the bar should provide the drinks in a nicer way than just a glass of water. Super expensive

Returning customer, so I knew what to expect and I was not disappointed: I came back for the breathtaking views to Christianshavn and the Vor Frelsers church. The room is not overfilled with luxury, but it is spacious and very clean and confortable and recently renovated- or so it seems. Breakfast is extremely rich and varied, I thought I would never eat again during my 4-day stay in Copenhagen.

Room service could improve, it is really very rudimentary. Also some of the staff at the reception are too young, they seem to understand communication as an exchange of ready-made phrases and are not comfortable with handling real-life situations. All this in a very polite manner of course, no complaints. Some generational mix would not hurt. But maybe it's just me being a grumpy old man.

The hotel is good, breakfast is what I would expect: nothing more- nothing less. Overall a nice stay, despite initial check-in.

The check-in. Most painful and slow process I've ever seen, it took 45 minutes to book us, with just one couple in front of us. The auto system didn't work, while in the queue waiting, several people walked past and moved in front of us and in the end we got a different bed type from what we had booked. The staff promised to get the correct one in the morning, since the hotel is fully booked, but when we checked in the morning nothing was arranged for a change. Overall we decided to stay in the current room and enjoy our Holiday, but will have doubts to choose that hotel again.

The hotel is quite beautiful

Nobody noticed my birthday. I didn’t expect to much but would be nice if someone from reception mansion it.

Our room was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view of the canal and the skyline, all as promised. Our bathroom was also wonderful. The housekeeping staff looked after us brilliantly and we really appreciated it. The breakfasts every day were outstanding and we looked forward to them. All the staff we encountered in the lounge, at breakfast, via housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect and the centre is easily accessible, especially using the bikes which could be rented from the car park.

A very minor gripe is that there was only one member of staff covering the check-in when we arrived and although we went to use the online check-in, we still had to queue for our room keys. This is just a suggestion for improvement.

The view from the 25th floor was amazing—definitely worth the money. The bed was comfortable and suited my taste. It comes with a Nespresso machine, which was a nice touch. There are plenty of great places nearby for both breakfast and dinner.

Casting to the Samsung TV was frustrating—it never worked properly. The soap dispenser was empty when I arrived, and there was only a tiny amount of toilet paper. The Nespresso machine wasn’t clean enough for my taste. It would be helpful if someone could clearly explain how the parking works, so you don’t waste time stressing over whether it will cost nothing or over 100 EUR.

✈️ Airport- Excellent location around 15 min to airport. 🏨 very clean and comfortable hotel with calming 😌 atmosphere 👫 staffs are very supportive and friendly and smiling 😃 😊 🏬 a mini market with food and basic shopping 🛍 is 1 minutes walk from hotel. 🌇 multiple restaurants, casino and bar within the place ☕️ coffee machine 😋 with good coffee capsules from Lavaza are provided. Overall amazing 👏 experience not bad prices and worth it though. Big thanks to Olivia, Carlos, Imme front disk staff you are doing amazing job 👏 🙌 ❤️
