The hotel was in a quiet street less than 10 minutes walk to the nearest Metro station and ideally situated to reach many of the local places of interest. The staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable although there were no drawers for putting items of clothing into. Breakfast was good with a variety of options.

The shower head wasn't very user friendly, long and tube like which made the spray difficult to control. The shower screen was also quite narrow so had to be very careful not to cause puddle sof water on the bathroom floor.

Location was excellent. Clean and nicely decorated room. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Ritual bathroom products were a nice little luxury.

Really tiny bathroom. No exhaust fan, so bathroom steamed up leaving everything dripping. No door on shower. We knew there was no air conditioning, but there was also no minibar fridge to keep water cool. No water supplied in room. When I asked about getting some it was going to be 25 DKK for a bottle. Was told to get it from bathroom tap which was very difficult to fill water bottles as the sink was so tiny. No hair conditioner and no facecloths.

It's a lovely modern well presented small hotel very central to everything.

We had to upgrade as the first room was tiny - like bed width you would have to climb over each other - but I blame booking.com for not knowing that the hotel warned us on arrival of the room we'd booked but the photos presented by booking.com didn't show that clearly. And room rates much better direct!

Amazing location, nice, clean, comfortable and stylish room and very friendly receptionists. The hotel has a great style and is closed to many, many sightseeing activities, restaurants, coffees, bakeries and shops. It is very easy to reach from the train station or from the airport.

The hotel is very expensive, for this price cleaning should be automatically included and not only upon special request (I accept not every day but at least once per stay). Also, we missed not only to get a bike rental but also umbrella rental when this was needed (as neither enough bikes, nor enough umbrellas are available). I understand there is no more place for the bikes but I recommend to store more umbrellas for rent for guests.

Two of the rooms were exceptionally quiet. Liked the clean and simple design and the bath room had all we needed and enjoyed the ritual products. Staff friendly and efficient. Great location close to centre yet quiet. Elegant and understated decor which we liked. We would stay here again.

Nowhere to hang wet clothes. A heated rail for example in the bathroom would have really helped. We asked for a heater at reception but all were in use and the laundry closed. Duvets were too thick for May and the pillows and bed were acceptable, but could have been more comfortable. Rooms at back were very dark during the day but we did appreciate them being quiet and I imagine cooker in summer.

The central location was perfect for exploring and close to the metro. The room was nice and clean and the toiletries provided were lovely.

For the price, I feel that breakfast should have been included. Not keen on the 2 single duvets on the double bed.

The location of the hotel in the city center. Good breakfast - would appreciate wider selection of egg prep types (only scrambled available), but there were many other possibilities to choose from, including salmon or pancakes. Cleanliness everywhere, free wifi, free safebox. Coffee/tea making facilities in the room, no fridge. The hotel provides parking for 300 DKK/24 hours in an underground garage about 500 meters away and the nearest small supermarket is also about this distance from the hotel. The bed was comfy and the overall feeling of the room was very pleasant.

Parking price - since April the parking price increased and free parking during weekends was canceled! I would advise to calculate what is better for you - if you are gone all day and parking only during nights, could be better to park on the street (the night hourly tarif is much lower than daily tarif). In the garage, you pay the complete 24 hours from the time of arrival. You can come and go freely, just need to register at the hotel first to get a better price. There are ongoing construction works on a neighbor building and they start early in the morning. It can be annoying if some drilling noise wakes you up at around 7:30 AM. The shower is small and open, so you can easily flood the whole bathroom

All the staff were really friendly and professional. I emailed a couple of times before our visit; they replied promptly and were able to accommodate my requests. Our room was spacious (business room) and everything worked properly (the standard of cleanliness was very high). The designer touches and Rituals toiletries made it feel very special. The foyer area is lovely and calm and the receptionist looked after us well while we waited for our return to the airport. Its location was perfect for us - an easy metro ride and short walk to/from the airport - plus we could walk to all the attractions that we wanted to visit. Hart and Buka bakeries are a must and these are within easy walking distance.

I rate this hotel and all the staff very highly, however, we didn't know in advance about the scheduled building work, some of which may even have been in the property next door. I was woken at 7.30am by a hammer drill in the adjacent room, which was a bit of a shock! There was a notice in the lift about it but work was supposed to be between 8 & 4. This was only on our last day (I don't think weekends are affected) so not too much disruption for us and it certainly did not affect our overall excellent impression of the hotel.

We stayed on the 5th floor , our room included a minibar and complimentary water. The breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel’s location is good, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

the shower lacked pressure,no water flowed at all, making it difficult to freshen up. When we contacted the night shift reception requested complimentary water, she didn’t want to bring and suggested using tap water. Given our existing water issues, this was not a feasible solution. This lack of support from the staff was disappointing and detracted from our stay.

Very central location, Bus and Metro stop very close by, everything within reach by foot, on bike or with public transport. Bicycles for rent from the hotel. Rooms had a comfortable size, modern and stylish. Very quiet. Varied breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.

Warm water sometimes had very low water pressure. Seems to be a common issue in the old town. Bed sadly had two mattresses instead of one large. Breakfast could be improved with porridge and vegan options (soy milk/yoghurt, vegan spreads) and nougat from a large jar instead of small plastic packages. Also, peppermint tea missing.
