Wonderful location, beautiful design of the hotel in general - the common spaces were absolutely a pleasure to look at, especially if the northern aesthetic is pleasing to you. Definitely worth it.

I got a phishing message from the hotel via Booking due to which I essentially ended up paying for it twice. I even got a second such message a couple of weeks later but by then I was thankfully wiser. Sadly noone seemed to care between the hotel and Booking so not even a genuine apology was given for allowing this security breach. But be very careful as this seems to be a thing for this hotel.

Great location as we needed the nearby area for dinner and shopping. Big thank for the early check in as we had arrived on an overnight flight. Cosy lounge seating area next to the reception.

Very limited space for putting away clothes. Hairdryer very slow. A sliding door would have been ideal to avoid water on the floor after taking a shower. Air conditioning was a bit unreliable. First night we had the room nice and cold to our liking, while the next night it was too warm and made it uncomfortable to sleep. Reception informed and it was somehow rectified. Cooler the remaining nights but could have been better.

Wonderful team from reception through to cleaning staff! Genuine smiles, friendly and very accommodating. The room is far too small for the high price but impeccably clean and modern. Amazing, quiet location especially if you like walking or cycling and one of the best car parking garages in Europe! The surrounding landscape (water views and streets) is gorgeous both architecturally and green - perfect for your dog! Hop, skip and a jump to all the best restaurants, coffee, cocktails, royal palace and other highlights.

The price! Like the rest of Copenhagen…ouch! (Haha!). On a sidenote: Nyhavn is best experienced from a distance!

Very friendly and helpful staff, easy check-in/out, excellent dining and lounge facilities, superb quiet location just steps from Nyhavn, Kongens Nytorv (where the shopping mall starts), Ofelia Plads, Amalienborg, and much more. We arrived at the airport, boarded the metro to Kongens Nytorv, and easily walked to this hotel.

We booked a "Large Deluxe Double Room" which was really barely larger than a cabin on a cruise ship and uncomfortably small: there was hardly enough space to open luggage, much less unpack. The bathroom was tiny with no shelf space for toiletries and few places to hang towels and grooming kits. Yet the bed was excellent and the room was quiet, so quite restful otherwise, which is the most important expectation. Still, for slightly more than $500/night, we expected a little more bit space for two people to turn around in and put things, and we're not even Vikings.

The hotel is situated an easy five minute walk from the Metro. The reception team are fabulous - professional, friendly & extremely helpful! The six floors are accessible by lift - your room card allowing access. Our medium room, which was pleasant, clean with a lovely en-suite with large walk in shower & quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash & body moisturiser are all provided. The room comes equiped with kettle, mugs, ironing board, iron & hairdryer. There are sockets either side of the bed as well as over the little desk. Our room overlooked the restaurant couryard, which could get a little noisy, but was easily blockable with ear plugs. The beds are comfortable with a single duvet each to avoid bed hogging & cloud soft pillows. There is also a mini fridge in the room, but you pay for any items used from here, but you could store a small bottle of water/milk should you wish to. The room is quickly heated/cooled by the air condioning unit with easy to operate controls & temperature setting. Reserving a table for breakfast is advised, though as we were there before 8 every day, there wasn't really a need. There are two bean to cup coffee machines servings latte, cappucino, americano, etc as well as filter coffee. Hot milk & oat milk are also available for coffees. There are health shots, fresh juice (apple, orange & beetroot or cranberry) along with a large selection of fruit, cooked meat, smoked salmon & cheese; cereal, porridge & yogurt with varous nuts & grains. Cooked bacon, mini hot dog style sausage, scrambled egg & "Christmas pankcakes" as well as pastries & most varieties of bread for you to slice - all of which were delicious & you could fill up as many times as you wanted. There is a lovely lounge area where you can sit & relax or have a drink and bite to eat too as well as a bar area near the reception & rooftop bar.

The only (Very) minor point was the speed of the lifts. Other than that - the hotel is clean; staff are amazing & the local central but away from the main hustle & bustle

Location! I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant location. The hotel is located on a beautiful street overlooking a park that leads down to the harbor. Despite its proximity to Copenhagen's bustling shops, restaurants, museums, etc., Hotel Skt. Annæ's retains an elegant & quiet neighborhood vibe just around the corner from the Royal Amalienborg Palace and several Embassies. I walked everywhere! I loved my room on the 5th floor overlooking the park with expansive views of the city. Bedding and towels were plush. Entrance to hotel made a great 1st impression and features an outdoor dining area on one side and a relaxing outdoor lounging area on the other. Inside I was warmly greeted by reception staff (who continued to provide insightful information throughout my stay). There is a cozy lunch and wine bar just off reception which was a welcome spot after my train ride from Stockholm. The hotel also offers a more formal dining room that serves breakfast and dinner. Lots of amenities including a game room, several relaxing rooms (one featuring a fireplace) to lounge and a lovely rooftop garden ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine after a day of exploring the city. The hotel is well maintained and the decor is eclectic, charming and relaxing. First visit to Copenhagen but definitely not my last.

There was't anything I didn't like (and I'm particular). I fell in love with Copenhagen and plan to return next September and will definitely stay at Hotel Skt. Annæ.

The room was small but very well appointed and clean. It had everything you could need and the bed was comfortable. The staff were responsive and friendly! There is a mini bar, restaurant and bar on site! Also, Nyhavn is 2 blocks away! It is a short distance walk to all major sites! This is an excellent place to stay right across the street from the Swedish embassy!

The room was quite small. It was totally fine for 1 person but I would not want to share it with another person. Also, it could be a bit hot. However, the staff noticed and immediately assisted me in turning it off! I really have no important complaints and would definitely stay here if I am ever in Copenhagen again!

We had a lovely time staying at Skt Annae. It’s clean, homey and very close to the City Centre. A special mention goes to the front desk staff, Alexandra/Aleksandra (hope one of the spelling is right :)). She was so lovely, helpful and patient. We are a family of four and unfortunately the family room was not available, so when we first arrived she showed us a different option for us, two rooms with the a third main door for the rooms or our original booking of two separate rooms, and she left it for us to decide when we got to our original booking. Really appreciate the care and attention!

The house keepers left the cup uncleaned and did not refill the coffee or tea for 4 nights during our stay.

The hotel is very well-located, clean and has good common areas.

The rooms are very small, we booked a large room but it was still pokey - think New York hotel rooms with no space for suitcases. We were on the top floor where the sloping roof meant you couldn’t stand up out of bed without hitting your head. There are also some weird aspects like a lack of lighting (the room is dark, and the bathroom mirror is darkened / tinted, making shaving completely impossible).

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Generally good facilities.

Only problem was the hot water in shower seemed to be set so that you could not make it hotter if you required. Mid warm but not hot as we wanted. Do not appreciate the hotel deciding how hot we can have our showers! Difficult to find room to store 2 suitcases in room. Would be better if there was room under bed to store suitcases like cruise liners do. Need more coat hangers which is a real irritant!
