Into this place provided a detailed information app about the property, surrounding areas with an interactive map. Extremely professional and useful to new visitors to Copenhagen. Bedrooms were on the small side but perfect for oir needs. Especially since we were oit for most of the time. Kitchen again small but ideal for our needs which were simple breakfasts and lunches The size of the living room was perfect for oir needs, allowing us a space to relax in after the children had gone to bed.

I can't really fault the place. At a push, you can tell that there is a hugh volume of visitors as the couch and carpet had signs of wear and tear. A small hoover would be a great addition.

Location was great, it was cozy. We had some issues with the bathroom towels, which were not placed for all people, but all in all a good place to stay.

Would be nice to know upfront exactly which pictures corelate which apartment, because we somehow expected s bit different apartment, as pictures are all mixed up. The bathroom was a bit too small.

The apartment was in a great location, minutes from the little mermaid and a hop on hop off bus stop. Also very close to a number of my lovely cafes, bars and restaurants. Sofa and beds/pillows were all very comfortable. The shower was hot and powerful too. Access was easy following the email/digital guest book instructions. Staff were very responsive via email, no face to face contact was had (or needed).

Some hanging hooks in the larger bedroom would have been great. As would an extra set of drawers for use by guests in the smaller bedroom. A mat for the shower room floor would be nice too. A blind on the glazed door of the second bedroom would help, especially as the lounge curtains were very thin (not a problem at all in the lounge).

Great location. Well maintained . Good level of cleanliness . Enough crockery etc for our group of 5. Shower was powerful and hot .

Sofa bed was very hard. We used a mattress topper from one of the other beds to make the sofa bed more comfortable.

Use of locked box allowed fuss-free collection of keys. Good location, mins walk to key attractions; Lil Mermaid, Nyhavn, Royal Palace etc. Apartment was spacious and true to pictures.

Mattresses were overly soft which affected our sleep quality. Noise insulation needs to be improved upon. As the apartment is a street-facing ground floor unit, we could at times clearly hear conversations of passer-bys walking past the apartment.

A nicely styled small apartment in the city center, with two separate bedrooms and a large window to the courtyard. For overnight car parking in Copenhagen, I’d recommend the parking garage of the Fields Shopping Center, in particular if you continue your journey to the South of Denmark.

Location on the ground floor and no options to open a window, apart from the entrance door to the courtyard.

the location was great, a short walk to the centre, shorter walk to the nearest metro station, and 2 minutes from the little mermaid, shops, restaurants and bars nearby. We spent most of our time out of the apartment seeing Copenhagen. Beds were comfortable, living area was spacious enough for our small group. Apartment was clean and well presented. keys were easy to get and there were two sets available which was handy.

The fire alarm went of twice while we were there, fortunately late afternoon both times not middle of the night or early morning. We contacted the emergency number on the contact card, but were told they could not help we had to email the booking company. We did this several times with no response. Luckily the alarm stopped after about 10 minutes each time, but it was frustrating that we could not contact the hosts by phone and emails went unanswered. Without the alarm issue we would probably have given the flat higher scores.

Everything was great! It was exactly like in the pictures. Comfortable and close to the center. We really liked the apartment and the communication with the host was good and the response was quick.

In a good part of town as a base for tourism, nice feeling and well equipped rooms. Internal layout is slightly quirky but worked for us.

There was some noise from neighbours in the same block (but it died down at a reasonable hour).
