The room is small, but expected and ok for one night, specially alone or as a couple. The bathroom was a plus for me as it was bigger than the average "cheap" hotel in Copenhagen. The location is great right by a busy train and metro stations, so good for transport. Most people complained about the noise as the room is basically in the train tracks, but I don't usually get bothered by noise while I sleep, so for me it did not bother me at all.

The staff was new I think or something, so he wasn't very trained and couldn't answer me simple questions like "Where is the ironing room?" or "What time is breakfast?". That was a bit bothersome for me. Be aware that the room is indeed small.

The location of this hotel is very convenient from the airport you can be there in 30mins and the hotel is located across the street from the station. As for walkability you can walk just about anywhere you would want to go as a tourist in about 20mins. Also across the street is a large supermarket to pick up food, drinks, or personal products if needed.

The location is on the train tracks, and the hotel does provide earplugs. However, if you are a light sleeper you may want to ask to sleep on the side away from the tracks. After 4 nights I got used to it. If there had been airconditioning maybe the noise would not be as noticeable because the windows could have be shut.

The location is great: Osterport station right across the road with metro, s tog and regional trains (including direct Oresund link trains to the airport and Sweden). 10 mins walk to plenty of pubs, eating places and the yellow water taxi. Black Swan was a great pub and Zio and Nonna a really nice family run Italian restaurant. The hotel are also fine with you ordering takeaways for delivery and there is a good supermarket across the road The staff were universally friendly and helpful and it was a superb place to stay, especially considering the cost of hotels in Copenhagen. My window was a full length one, which swung open (with a chain for security) which meant fresh air was not a problem. I will certainly stay here again on any future visits to Copenhagen

For me, nothing. Just be aware that the hotel is long and thin so that "railway rooms" are, literally, next door to the tracks, the opposite rooms face onto a walkway. If you are in a railway room the hotel provide ear plugs but I was perfectly happy without them and slept well.

We found the Go Hotel Osterport absolutely fantastic, the staff were polite and very helpful. The location of the hotel was just perfect, as people who don't mind walking we found that being around 25 minutes walk from most attractions absolutely brilliant. I have seen people mention the noise of the trains, but this did not bother us in the slightest, our room was rail track side and we slept with our window open every night, without the use of the provided earplugs and we slept like babies each night. We will definitely be coming back to Copenhagen as although we see plenty, there were things we still missed, and we will most certainly be returning to this hotel.

There was nothing to not like about this hotel. If I had to be really picky though and say anything negative, maybe it would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room. But again, this would not stop me from returning to the hotel.

The location was great and the room was as we expected. The staff were so willing to accommodate our late check In and storing our luggage etc

The staff was really pleasant. Our room was very clean and it was good in size, we had everything we needed. The breakfast was great, with a lot of choices. Location of the hotel was good because every attraction is nearby and it's really walkable. Also it's close to all kinds of transport (metro, train, bus).

The hotel is close to the rails and train station, so it can be noisy when the trains pass by (but it's not really loud, it can be tolerated). Also you need to pay for the luggage room, if you want to leave your luggage to explore the city before your flight (our experience is that it's always free).

The location is excellent—it's close to beautiful spots for evening walks in nature. There's a direct train connection to and from the airport, making travel super convenient. A grocery store right across the street was also a big plus. I also appreciated the on-site bicycle rental, which was affordable and a great way to explore the city. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We stayed in Room 245, which was quite dark throughout the day due to its location. The lighting inside the room was also quite poor, which made it feel a bit gloomy. A few improvements in that area would really make a difference.

Clean and convenient near the train station, and easy walking distance to the city and restaurants. Comfortable beds. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was not included but there was a supermarket, Espresso House and 7-11 opposite, so we bought cheap and decent breakfast there. Despite the noise from the trains. we would stay there again.

Noise from the trains. Windows need replacing as they open and shut not securely and the noise filters in. 45kr for locker storage. Recommend staying on the 3rd floor in an odd numbered room. A small fridge inside the room would be handy.

The strongest point of this hotel is its very central location - you have nice access to the public transportation system, as well as you are in a walking distance to all major attractions of the city. The hotel is also close to the Parken Stadium area, which is a huge plus. The amenities are all ok, the hotel is spotless clean and the whole peronnel is super, super nice. Breakfast is great, as is wi-fi. If you book a room from the side of the bicycle lane, it is going to be very quiet, otherwise you might be disturbed by the trains.

I think it is a great hotel all around and did not find any major inconveniences. One small drawback - the room is a bit dark, there is only one small window and only small lights. But otherwise it's a very recommendable place.

Lovely walk away from old town centre so couldn't imagine better area to stay. Beautiful neighbourhood, parks and cafes around the corner and pretty train station opposite so it's extremely convenient to travel anywhere. Breakfast can be good and its full of healthy options. Great atmosphere at the reception bar overlooking city life.

Bathroom and ceiling panels probably need renovation, there was no place to put anything in my bathroom. No cups/glasses/spoons in the room and no milk for tea, just kettle and 2 paper cups with couple of tea bags. Express trains are very frequent and noisy like hurricane and can wake you up multiple times but if you enjoy trains it can be manageable to rest :)
