The staff was nice, but there was little interaction. The location was okayish if you plan to use the trains around Denmark. The complementary teas and such were a nice addition - they were not the usual cheapest thing you can find, but they tasted nice. The room was really clean and great value for money.

The 5th floor was the 5th + half floor to the attic. The room was cold, which was okay, but I expect it gets unbelievably hot in the summer. The bathroom was a bit small. The view was supposed to be a city view, but it was only a view of another building on the opposite and the rooftops of other similar buildings.

My wife liked the space, this is a large apartment, the weather was poor outside but the apartment was well heated and furnished particularly in the kitchen department. the area is very good, quiet, close to a park and the British embassy, close to the railway and metro stations and buses run through the road at regular intervals. We mostly walked into the town centre which took about 20 minutes. The little mermaid is a short walking distance away. There are many local shops and supermarkets within a few hundred metres of the apartment.

There was nothing we did not like (apart from the weather, it rained! ), but the chairs were not the most comfortable, although durable.

Lovely spacious and clean two bedded apartment on the ground floor. Good size bedrooms, especially the main one, large comfortable living room incorporating a dining table. Kitchen has all the expected appliances and is very well equipped. Bathroom a good size, nice shower. Close to bus routes and metro and the centre of the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent again if returning to Copenhagen.

Being on the ground floor with big windows onto the street, felt exposed. However, there are blinds on all the windows and windows are well sound proofed.

Great location, cozy and peaceful neighbourhood. Walking distance to nice parks. There were a few bakeries and a grocery store just across the street. Nice sized rooms and a small kitchenette were just what we needed for a short stay. Beds were really nice. Rooms had a lot of light. The location was easy to find and the instructions for the access were great.

No elevator, good to notice if traveling with a lot of luggage. Our apartment was on second floor, but the intructions said it ciuld even be the 5th. Parking was quite expensive around the area, and that was the only option offered. The apartment was in need of a deep clean, althougt it was quite OK on the surface level. The bathroom was really small, and had a bit of a smell.

the living/bedroom was very cozy and the bedding super comfortable and the location had a great connection to public traffic also the check in system was very easy and comfortable

you gotta get a little used to the bathroom and if you dont like steps…well there is no lift but I personally didnt mind taking the steps also the kitchen was closed

Convenient location for my needs. Staff was great at check in. Room was clean and stocked with the essentials. It’s nice to have more space than an average hotel room. I will definitely be back.

I had mentioned in my comments when booking the room that I would rather not be at street level. but still ended up in a street level room. Not a huge deal, but it would be helpful if perhaps there was a button or preference during booking for guests who’d like a higher floor.

Very bright room. Small but totally fine for two people. Cozy little window with views around the area to enjoy the last glass of wine of the day. Located a bit outside of the tourist area in a lovely neighborhood with good working or biking distance to the water and city centre. We loved it there

We stayed in the 5th floor and I was concerned regarding some bad reviews but it really is a clean and lovely little place. You have to walk up to the 5th floor but it is a big stairwell. Really nothing bad to say

Convenient location, very easy check-in/check-out. Simple stay, had everything we needed. Love that there was a kitchen with plates, bowls, utensils, and fridge (also pots and pans to cook with, though we did not use them).

Our studio was on the ground floor so we could hear some street noises, but it was not a big deal. (The neighborhood is very peaceful / quiet, so the stay was overall quiet and definitely within expectations.)

Spacious ground floor apartment with bedroom, kitchen/dining area, and bathroom. Great location easily accessible to the city centre, especially by bike. Quiet, overlooking the leafy central courtyard on one side, and a quiet street on the other. Excellent coffee and pastries from the bakery just across the road.

The entrance to the ground floor apartments, which are across the road from the hotel reception, was through a totally unmarked door, which wasn't mentioned, even on the details provided by the hotel reception. I had to go back and get someone to come and show me where to get in. The door is the second one on the right, after one which does have the hotel's name on it, but which is actually a cupboard.

This is very close to downtown Copenhagen with an easy walk. There is also a train station very close by. The street is very quiet and you feel as though you are living as a local if that is what you are after. The staff are very accommodating although they are not always immediately available as the office is closed. However, when necessary staff is always a phone call away to assist if required. The free laundry service was great and much appreciated. The courtyard is lovely and really makes you feel like you are a resident rather than a tourist. The studios are well equipped for what you need to make simple meals.

Nothing really. It's a basic, clean, place to stay with pretty much what you need as long as you are not expecting luxury.
