Excellent staff, beautiful location of the block,right by the water, in a cool district of Copenhagen. Quick walk to metro, good restaurants bakery and swimming nearby. Spacious apartment, very well equipped and comfortable. Kitchen had enough equipment to self cater easily! It looked very cool.

We were given an apartment round the side/back so our view out was entirely of the building site which was basically a large 8 story tall plastic covering. We had expected a bit of noise as that was mentioned in the description . The noise actually didn't bother us at all, it was a very considerate. But disappointed not to have a harbour view, as pictures all showed that. The apartment was also quite dark because of this. So we weren't thrilled about that. There was a weird light fitting that looks great but blocked view of TV! We did also have an internal balcony looking at the greenery and other flats in complex. Sad that the sauna was undergoing renovation when we were there.

In all, the facility is very good; Apartments are nicely sized, comfortable and slightly minimalistic - in a good way. In Copenhagen terms it is very good value for money. Location is a bit out of the way, but only 4 Metro stops from central Copenhagen.

Reception was a mixed bag - some of the team were very nice and helpful while others were less helpful and rigid. We gott the room with an ashtry full to the brim with cigarette stubs on the balcony. A week later, it was still there. Apartments are supposed to be cleaned once in 4 days - we stayed for 5 days and asked to have the cleaning done after 3 days - did not happen. One of the apartments was not cleaned at all.

the apartment was really clean, comfortable and big enough for two couples. It is close to metro station (few minutes of walk away) and to Lidl, Neto, Meny. It has gorgeous big windows and it's decorated in the nordic style, minimalist, but it includes anything that you might need. really comfortable beds If you're on a trip in Copenhagen, I'd really recommend this place!

though we were there for almost a week, the cleaning was made only once, literally one day before we checked out. I didn't really see the point in changing the bed sheets for only one night, it felt like a waste of resources. It would have been more useful for this to happen sometime mid-week. around the building there are some constructions, but we visited during Christmas and we didn't have loud noises. the heating system - we didn't quite understood how it works, but it wasn't too cold inside.

I can literally not say anything bad, my stay here was amazing! Starting off with the location, it's right next to the sea at a very cozy and quiet area with amazing vibes and the city centre can be reached within 15mins by metro. The building itself looks amazing and has great vibes with a cozy feel to it. We booked an apartment for 4 people & got one with 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds, each with their own balcony. The bathroom, kitchen and living room are all well-equipped. The floor heating is amazing, I easily get cold in the winter but never had any problems here. And the staff is great too, they helped us get our room even though we arrived after midnight and we could store our luggage there too after checking out. And all this for a very good price (I think we were lucky to get discount too). I can only recommend STAY Nordhavn!

Loved everything, really.

Central location very near two metro stations (Orientkaj, Nordhavn). Everything you could possibly want in an apartment stay - fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, flat screen TV with satellite channels, doors opening onto balconies for air conditioning (note it doesn’t have air con but does have underfloor heating, super handy for the seasons which need it but can be controlled and turned down or off at the control panels for summer rentals). We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was was very quiet and comfortable - no loud noise or loud neighbours, gorgeous views over NORDHAVN at night from the balcony on our third floor (July, lovely weather for people watching in the evening). Close to both the Meny and the Lidl for grocery shopping ( shoutout to the Meny for the best chocolate bars ever, Marabou and also iced Chais). Close to a lot of really nice take aways also. We used this as a base to see all of Copenhagen and it was perfect. A walk away from Østerbro and easily accessible from other boroughs also - definitely consider it as a good base for your stay. If walking, cycling or the Metro is not your vibe there is also a water taxi which leaves just moments away from the apartments which you can use to get to Reffen, the rest of the harbour and other areas. Convenient and easy and our city pass covered it (bought at the airport when we arrived, we got the 120 hour pass for the metro which while expensive at about €300 for 4 made up of 2 adults 2 kids was worth it for the amount of use we made of it.

Nothing at all - everything is as you would expect. You need to sort your cardboard from Your plastic and your food waste - once you manage this everything else is really easy!

These apartments are really large and comfortable, and the kitchens are pretty well set up for cooking. We loved the balconies and opening the doors for fresh air was sufficient most of the time, although it could get stuffy when things were closed up for a while. It was very sunny but in the low 70s for our visit and we were on the top floor in a 3 br with balconies on the courtyard and facing the subway platform. The location is amazing- Nordhavn is close enough for easy access to everything but when you return after a day of sightseeing it is so chill and relaxed, but not “dead.” So many restaurants and people hanging out, swimming, sunbathing. In summer it is really a fun area.

The construction noise was pretty loud with the doors open during the weekdays, and if you are facing the subway you will hear it when you have the doors open. But the doors and windows are well sealed and we weren’t bothered by this.

The location was beautiful. Peaceful but not boring. The apartment had lots of room to spread out for a multi generation family. My kids enjoyed swimming in the canal and nearby playgrounds. One member of my group uses a wheelchair most of the time and was able to navigate easily enough, it is not an ADA apartment but was workable.

We visited in August so the apartment was hot during the day. There was one night where air conditioning would have been nice. We kept our balcony doors cracked open at night and felt safe doing that. Some people may not feel comfortable doing that.

5 minute walk to the nearest train station and close to local supermarkets too. The staff are super helpful and their English is incredible. Rooms are spacious and very contemporary. The shower is spacious and has good pressure The hotel itself is relatively new and is in a new and upcoming location. There's lots of development happening which we didn't mind and the noise didn't bother us, but if you plan to have breakfast on the balcony and you're at the front of the hotel, the noise may annoy you

We couldn't get the room temperature comfortable. Even with the fan on, it was still 28c over night. We also found the pillows quite uncomfortable

Everything was great! Location was convenient, and near town. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable, we always looked forward to returning at the end of the day. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a great supermarket nearby, Meny's which we spent a lot of time at. You can even swim in the waterway that the condo faces. Gym was good. Condo receptionists gave great service and were very helpful and responsive.

Only thing is that there wasn't laundry detergent provided/available for sale. So you had to go to the supermarket,and get full sized laundry detergent. Would be really great if the reception area could sell individual laundry pods to guests.

Our apartment was upgraded to one with an extra room when we arrived. The sightseeing around the apartment is super modern. The view to the habour is spectaculous. Super convenient with the public traffic. For travellling inside the city, we don't need a car at all. The apartment is just about 100 meter from the Metro or the Yellow boat. You can use them simply with the Rejsekort pass or City Pass. Just feel free to enjoy Copenhagen's skyline.

Only the Wi-Fi connection inside the apartment is not very satisfying. We also worked remotely from Copenhagen to another country. The internet speed is not stable to whole it. Disconnection made us sometimes struggling. THe only solution is moving our laptops to the reception or the original coffee downstairs. That means you have to sit in a cafe for a few hours for holding your remote desktop.
