the apartment was really clean, comfortable and big enough for two couples. It is close to metro station (few minutes of walk away) and to Lidl, Neto, Meny. It has gorgeous big windows and it's decorated in the nordic style, minimalist, but it includes anything that you might need. really comfortable beds If you're on a trip in Copenhagen, I'd really recommend this place!

though we were there for almost a week, the cleaning was made only once, literally one day before we checked out. I didn't really see the point in changing the bed sheets for only one night, it felt like a waste of resources. It would have been more useful for this to happen sometime mid-week. around the building there are some constructions, but we visited during Christmas and we didn't have loud noises. the heating system - we didn't quite understood how it works, but it wasn't too cold inside.

I can literally not say anything bad, my stay here was amazing! Starting off with the location, it's right next to the sea at a very cozy and quiet area with amazing vibes and the city centre can be reached within 15mins by metro. The building itself looks amazing and has great vibes with a cozy feel to it. We booked an apartment for 4 people & got one with 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds, each with their own balcony. The bathroom, kitchen and living room are all well-equipped. The floor heating is amazing, I easily get cold in the winter but never had any problems here. And the staff is great too, they helped us get our room even though we arrived after midnight and we could store our luggage there too after checking out. And all this for a very good price (I think we were lucky to get discount too). I can only recommend STAY Nordhavn!

overall great place. nice staff, good wifi and house appliances (oven, washing mashine, dishwasher). great public communication nearby (metro). layout of apartment was also great.

poor lightning inside apartment (was dark even with all lights on). definitely way too high deposit compared to price of our reservation, also there is a lot of room for conflict regarding return of that deposit.

Our apartment was upgraded to one with an extra room when we arrived. The sightseeing around the apartment is super modern. The view to the habour is spectaculous. Super convenient with the public traffic. For travellling inside the city, we don't need a car at all. The apartment is just about 100 meter from the Metro or the Yellow boat. You can use them simply with the Rejsekort pass or City Pass. Just feel free to enjoy Copenhagen's skyline.

Only the Wi-Fi connection inside the apartment is not very satisfying. We also worked remotely from Copenhagen to another country. The internet speed is not stable to whole it. Disconnection made us sometimes struggling. THe only solution is moving our laptops to the reception or the original coffee downstairs. That means you have to sit in a cafe for a few hours for holding your remote desktop.

The location is probably the top reason to stay here as it is perfectly situated outside the city, but with excellent Metro access into the heart of Copenhagen. The stop is just a four minute walk from the apartments and 14 to 30 minute ride on a modern, safe, clean and efficient system will get you nearly anywhere, including to and from the airport. The train line connecting you to further destinations in Europe ( and the Carlsberg brewery) is just a 10 minute walk away. Being a 5 minute city Nordhavn has shops, restaurants and other facilities just a short walk away. The view from the front balcony for us was a delight as it looked out onto the old dock basin and out to sea, although the rear bedroom did face an inner courtyard garden which was a bit scruffy ( however the gardeners were at work when we left, so this may be seasonal). The apartment itself was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a weeks stay ( apart from a microwave, which might have been useful). The welcoming staff on reception were very friendly and helpful and although we didn’t need any additional help during the stay, the offer was there and I’m sure it would have been very good. This was an exceptionally good stay.

Courtyard garden a bit tired.

The apartment was well furnished. Kitchen had everything you would need to eat in. You were a block or two from the mero which made it very easy to get around Copenhagen. It was also easy to get to and from the airport. There was exercise facility there but did not use it. There are grocery stores within walking distance as well as a few restaurants. The water taxi is also within walking distance.

All was good. But I can imagine that during the summer warm months, it can be hot in the apartment as there is no AC. It only has one bathroom for three rooms which can make it interesting trying to coordinate bathroom time for three couples.

We were "upgraded" to a 3 bed apartment (not needed really, as we only needed 2 rooms) - I suspect that this is just what they had available. The apartment was large, there were two rooms with super king size beds and one with a king size. One of the rooms was on the outside of the block (train, road noise), the others were on the internal courtyard. We had a very nice little patio area outside the bedrooms, and a balcony overlooking the metro track. (A delight for a 10yo boy!) The kitchen was well kitted out and we also had a washer dryer (no instructions though, so I don't know if we used it properly). Although the apartment complex is a bit out of town it was really quick to get into the centre via the Orientkaj metro stop. We also used the water bus on one day which was fun, and all included in the Copenhagen Card we had bought. There's a Lidl nearby for food shopping and we also found a rooftop play park on the building beside Lidl. Overall we had a great stay and would (and have) recommended the apartments to friends and family.

Even though it was only April, the apartment was very hot. One had to leave the curtains closed all day. You couldn't leave windows open during the day when you were out (there were only doors, which wouldn't be secure to leave open). The lighting in the bedrooms was very dim. There were no operating instructions for the appliances.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Starting from the neighbourhood which was extremely clean and safe and close to the city centre by metro. Size of the apartment was great for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom extremely well equipped. The apartment also has two big balconies, which is a plus when the weather is sunny. Downstairs there are cafes and you can drink your coffee in the sun, looking at the water. Staff was friendly and helpful, they let us leave our baggage on the last day since we had an evening flight back home, which was really nice of them.

Not a single thing.

The location is great and near family which makes getting together easy. It’s also nearby both the Metro and an S train depot. We also love that the kitchen is fully equipped. But don’t miss out on the nearby Anderson Bakery also.

Not so much as “didn’t like” but rather improvements as I want the facilities to retain their quality and homey feel. The rug in the living room area could use a shampoo and the floors a good mopping. The faucet base in the bathroom needs some type of waterproofing- if water pooled around the base, it dripped into the cabinet below. There was also duct tape holding together part of the bathroom vanity and one of the bedside lights didn’t work.

We were afraid the price we paid wasn't gonna pay off, but we have got a free upgrade, to a superior apartment compared to the one we initally booked. That was already such a great bonus! The apartments are beautiful, mostly decorated with danish design furniture and appliances, and the area is a newly built neighborhood of copenhagen, with a metro station and a train station a few minutes walk from the accomodation. Another nice bonus we didnt know about was free acess to their little gym, which was very nice. Pricey, but totally worth it, especially if your stay is during the warm season. So many things to see around, restaurants and shops, and only 10-15 min away from the city center. Parking is not possible on the premises, but there is an underground car park 2 min away, which costs about 200-250 kr per day (24 h).
