Location was fantastic. Right in the center with easy access to all sights, restaurants, grocery store etc. The biggest bonus was this prime location was exceptionally quiet. Did not hear any street noise or from neighbors (and I have sensitive hearing). Very safe area. Apartment was spacious and very well equipped. The staff were highly responsive to any requests and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. Very welcoming. There us nothing not to like, but if I was pushed to find something lacking (and there really wasn't) then I would say add some small cereal bowls as the only bowls are large wide dish ones. A little throw/blanket for comfort at the end of a busy day would be a nice cozy touch.

Good location - close to Metro and to Torvehallerne, where you can taste Danish food. Also I can easily recommend Seks restaurant for delicious and savory breakfast. The apartment was calm and quiet at night, no city noise. Very clean. Separated bedroom with comfy bed. Kitchen space is well equipped. Spacious bathroom. Luggage storage is a big plus. Convinience store right at the corner. We went to Copenhagen to enjoy local Christmas market, so we didn't have to look far away as it started for us on Kultorvet place, almost next to hotel's doors. Good location.

The location was superb if you are looking to have easy access to all over the city. Being so close to Nørreport Station was wonderful, and there were many conveniences nearby. The room was very clean, we had a fully equipped kitchen, and we were grateful for the laundry room. Very easy check in process and communication! Everything you could need for a home base.

This may be a personal preference, but we didn't find the bed comfortable, and we would have loved to have more than 2 total pillows on the bed, especially since they seemed old and pretty worn out. Lots of morning noise from trash/activities in the courtyard, and since our room was next to the staircase, we heard people going up and down pretty loudly at all hours through the wall, so be aware if you are noise sensitive.

These apartments and this property is just perfect. They are compact, but well laid out. And it’s a home away from home and that it has everything that you need to live life on your vacation. It has a fully stocked kitchen, nice plush towels, and very, very comfortable beds and linens. It is stylish and clean, and I’m already planning my next trip there.

The property is very central in the old town of Copenhagen. There was a bike rental place right down the street and a grocery store one minute walk away. The restaurant was in two minutes and the apartment building itself is quiet and peaceful and has a courtyard that all of the apartments face with their windows. In the morning, there is definitely a hustle and bustle from the city and there were noises related to garbage pick up, etc. but the windows are pretty good at buffering the sound and we had an amazing sleep.

Great location near town; shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and the Metro. Neat apartment with most of what we needed for a great stay. The dishwasher was a bonus. Loads of storage space. We were able to store our luggage on the last day which was a huge bonus.

Our apartment was up several flights of stairs, with no elevator, and with heavy cases it was an issue. Also when carrying shopping or just after a long day exploring it was a pain to have to climb up each time. The laundry was also downstairs which meant going up and down to do washing. There was no microwave, despite there being a space for it - this was very inconvenient as we bought takeaway meals that we wanted to reheat. There was no fan in the bathroom (or it didn’t work if connected to the lights) which meant no ventilation in the bathroom. No freezer in the little fridge - only a tiny shared freezer down in the laundry.

Everything. Perfect location, right on the city Center, walk distance from turistic attractions, shops, supermarkets, restaurantes. Fast check-in and check-out. Kitchen with almost everything that we needed. Clean, organized, confortable. They have a laundry and storage room. The heater was on a nice temperature, and they have bathroom heated floor, which was great as we went during the winter. Good support, they got in contact a few times by message and call asking if everything was ok, if we need something, etc.

The only thing that we missed was a microwave, to heat our baby food. They do have the oven but to heat a small baby food portion, a microwave would be perfect.

Small cute loft apartment in old house, perfect for 2 people. It is centrally located, very close to metro station, walking distance to all historical places. No construction and no noisy neighbors. Storage for luggage, door code access. Toiletries and hair dryer provided. Fully equipped kitchen, even had salt, pepper and cooking oil. Quick response from management. They proactively reached out to ask if we need anything twice over 5 day stay.

Not enough space for luggage, no closet or even a rack for clothes. We put one suitcase on provided folding luggage stand and another under the staircase and had to hang clothes on chairs and small wall hooks. Simple coat rack with few hangers would do it! Just minor inconvenience... No electric outlet next to bed (but also no room for night stand). Had to keep my cellphone in between pillows and charge it after getting up. Again, minor inconvenience

The location is perfection! Everything is easily walkable… literally across the street from one of the palaces and down the street from a 7-eleven. Myself and two friends (and all our luggage) fit comfortably. The space was very clean and the host was so so kind and communicative. Most of all we loved the luggage storage and courtyard access you have before and after the check in time. The luggage storage has large lockers that you can actually lock your luggage in while you explore.

There was nothing we didn’t like, but just a warning there are stairs up/down that you will need to carry your luggage for.

Great location, the apartment is well arranged and well equipped, we had everything we needed. Walking distance or easy transportation to main attractions, shopping and the airport.

In the ground floor the windows are facing the interior courtyard. It is inside the hotel so not many people, but it does makes you close the curtains for privacy. It was ok for us because we had a stroller so the lower floor was an advantage (no elevator in the building).

This property is at amazing location, just next to the Stroget street. The outside area is very neat and looks nice, although the apartments are in historical building. We felt really safe during our stay. Check in and check out are online, and went without any problems. Reception is online and for us it functioned very well. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated.

The only thing that I don’t like was that just after we checked in, reception staff sent me message that said if we miss something to let them know, and if anything feels short of 5 star experience to let them know. We didn’t bring slippers to the apartment and it was very uncomfortable to walk on the floor and especially toilet without slippers, so I sent them message that we could use 2 pairs of slippers, because that was the only thing that felt short of 5 stars experience, but their answer was disappointing. They wrote that unfortunately they don’t offer slippers. I understand that, and it’s not a big deal, but then don’t advertise 5 stars experience.
