My daughter and I stayed here for 7 nights. The location is great. It's close to the metro and central station and easy walking distance to most everything else. The breakfast was wonderful. They served freshly baked bread, eggs, yogurt, and a selection of meats and cheeses every morning.

We stayed in a room with one queen (?)-sized bed. Our room was small and the bathroom was even smaller. Even though there was just the two of us, it was not easy to move around the room. The bathroom was so small that we could barely move around inside. We didn't go there to spend all of our time in the room but a little bit more space would have been appreciated.

The hotel is easily accessed both from the Metro and the train, it is in a very central area and it is very easy to walk to everywhere from it. The staff were friendly and helpful, the twin room we booked wasn’t guaranteed but we did get one, worth requesting again after booking if a double really isn’t suitable. The room, although small, was clean and had everything we needed. The rooftop bar is lovely to sit in and you get a lovely sunset. The free wine hour actually had lovely red and white wine, although offered we didn’t have the free spirits hour so can’t comment on that. Tivoli Gardens theme park can be seen from the hotel roof and the screams can be heard throughout the central area ! Be warned there are fireworks every Saturday night which echo off all the buildings so can be nosy for a short period of time. Public transport is really affordable and we went over to Malmo, Sweden for the day which was nice. Would also recommend a bike tour, one starts about 10 mins walk from the hotel and the canal tour, 10 walk in the opposite direction. Both reasonably priced and very enjoyable.

It was very central. 10 minutes from train station. Close to various sites. I asked for a change of room because of needing space by the bed and the staff member came to try to help. The 6th floor front window gave a great view of the Tivoli firework display which started at 11.45pm and last 10 minutes. The breakfast was pleasant. Free drinks were available from 5-6pm and 10-11pm. This might appeal to some people.

I selected a 'small double'. The double bed was comfortable. However, it was built into the room. It mean that 3 sides touched walls. One person had to climb across the bed to reach the far side. The room could have been turned 90 degrees to give improved access. All walls and ceiling were painted black. This was a feature of the hotel. It wasn't to my taste though will be to others. I really disliked the fact that although we were on the 6th floor, the windows could be fully opened. By leaning to pull a fully opened window closed, I felt it would be possible to fall out of the window. I was surprised the Danish law didn't prohibit this.

Lovely little hotel in a great location. Service & staff are amazing, cannot fault them. Super clean, and had everything you need in them. Breakfast was good quality, if a bit of a smaller selection. Lots of little extras that are much appreciated.

The rooms get super hot - even when it’s not that hot outside! Can open windows but it’s quite loud with outside noise but otherwise it’s too hot to sleep really. So for most the year, not a problem! Just summer it can be an issue.

Location made this one of the best possible hotel options for a stay of 3-4 nights where seeing sites and experiencing Copenhagen vibe is important. Very few hotels in Copenhagen are conveniently equidistant from almost all major attractions, although the city is very walkable, in any event. Hotel Danmark shines above all others for this factor and others.

Unfortunately, the hotel does not seem to place much emphasis on accessibility, even for young healthy guests. There are multiple serious tripping hazards throughout the hotel, combined with inadequate hallway lighting through the various stairwells that are not adequately marked to set forth various high drop off points and no color differences in such areas for steps that are higher than most.

The breakfast was the highlight - it is a “wow”. Rooms were clean. Staff were very helpful. We liked all the amenities, including the roof-top bar. Rooms were clean. I would stay again, but I’d try and get a room on the quiet side of the building if there is such a thing.

(1) The noise level was a little crazy - Saturday night across from Tivoli, with a rock concert til 10:30 followed by fireworks. And then (not hotel’s fault) we had to evacuate the hotel at midnight due to fire alarm. If you book here, be prepared for street and Tivoli noise. (2) I’m sure all of Denmark is struggling with climate change issues. Unless you open the windows in your hotel/Air BB, there is no air circulation. So, it makes hotels in popular, noisy areas harder to balance noise vs. fresh air/circulation. The Dyson fan was a nice idea, but not fully successful in cooling room.

Terrific breakfast & an especially great value for Copenhagen. Great location - very close to many major sights - esp. the Tivoli Gardens. Walked everywhere from here. Staff very friendly & helpful. Fabulous view from rooftop bar.

Depending on your room type, the bathroom may be extremely small. For my room type, I could not close the door all the way and be able to move around in the bathroom without bumping into things. I'm 5'11 & slim. Be sure to ask about this if you think this will be an issue for you. Also, the divider between the shower & the toilet area is one of the glass dividers so popular nowadays (that's not wide enough) that does very little to prevent water from the shower head from spraying everywhere. So, your bathroom floor gets wet & stays wet.

The hotel itself was very nice, clean, really friendly staff. The location was perfect for us, only a few minutes walk from the train station and major sights. We took advantage of both the wine hour and the nightcap hour, such a nice bonus, and they were very generous with servings. We were barely in the room so the small double size wasn’t an issue for us, but not a lot of space for 2 suitcases! The breakfast was a mixed bag for us, we loved the smoothie options, but the choice of food wasn’t great for our tastes.

The space used for breakfast was quite small, and it was very chaotic most of the time.

The hotel itself was awesome. Location is superb. I love the free coffee and drinks. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room is very spacious and clean. We were not able to try the breakfast though.

The noise. If you are a very light sleeper, it would be a big issue. The sirens from police cars passing by especially at the middle of the night. And it's not just occassionaly. We stayed for 3 nights and this happened everynight at many intervals. The sound of motorcylces passing by at night also with their loud noise. You can still hear the sounds even with the windows closed.

It's a modern boutique hotel with a very cool and yet cozy vibe. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderul. Hotel staffs from front desk, breakfast, bar to housekeeping were all very professional and friendly. The location was fantastic -- it is 50m walk from the Arlanda Express platform. It was a breeze to arrive and depart for Stockholm Arlanda airport.

There wasn't an individual controllable air-conditioner unit in the room. This is kinda expected for most of the hotels in the region. But it was really nice that there is a somewhat air ventilation unit that circulates the air, which made the room a lot cooler than some of other hotels we stayed at the region. There was also a small fan provided in the room. We didn't feel that we were overheated going to bed.
