nice and stylish hotel near the main train station and Tivoli (both only a few minutes walk away). Although the room is kind of shoebox-sized, it is lovely! The bathroom is nice and I was happy to be able to open the window during night for some fresh air supply while sleeping (big plus!). Little wardrobe, suitcase rack, TV, wastebin, bedside table, bed with 2 pillows and a cosy warm blanket... everything needed was there :-)

Unfortunately the lower door gap in the shower does not seal - small flood in the bathroom! just as a personal preference: i prefer very hard mattresses to sleep on, this one was too soft for my taste (but i'm sure it will suit others)

Very smart hotel, clean and modern.Quick and easy check in and out. Friendly staff. Only 10 mins walk from Copenhagen Central Station and Tivoli Gardens. There is a restaurant on the corner nearby and cafes where you can get coffee and cake.

Nothing.

The location is perfect, conveniently close to the city centre, to the Tivoli gardens and to the central train station. The room was very clean, there was a big and efficient ceiling fan and the windows were relatively soundproof (we were overlooking the main street where construction was being done and, having the windows closed made a great difference). Also, the curtains blocked the sunlight very well. The bathroom was nice with spacious shower cabin, shampoo and body soap, good water pressure, and large fluffy towels. The breakfast, at an additional reasonable cost, was also very good, plenty of variety and products. There's also a nice bar and pretty sitting area / garden at the back.

The room was noticeably small and the bed was not very comfortable. We felt that it was too small for two normal people and with the separate comforters taking up most of the space, getting a good nap was an effort. The mattress was also rather soft, giving us the feeling that we were going to fall over. For the rest, the room is quite basic, no facility for tea or coffee, not much room to move around and open shelves for storage. The bathroom door was a bit strange, not really a door frame, just a door and there was a latch that we had to step on to keep the door in one place. Without the latch, it would push into the bathroom and against the shower door. So privacy could be a bit of an issue. This is not a problem for a couple but might affect people who are not that close.

Spotlessly clean room. Very comfortable bed/soft bed linen. Lovely staff - all very friendly, professional & helpful. Great location right in tge centre if Copenhagen and only 15 minutes from airport. Amazing breakfast - best of any hotel I’ve stayed in - organic, wide choice, lovely food, comfortable breakfast room, great staff.

The room was just a bit too basic. Could gave done with a chair and more places to put things. No way to contact reception/no phone. No kettle to make a drink.

The location was excellent, with nearly all major tourist attractions within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel’s restaurant, bar, seating areas, and the small but charming courtyard were also lovely. It was quiet throughout my stay, and I didn’t experience any disturbing during my stay.

The price was significantly higher compared to similar standard hotels in other European countries. The amenities were lacking — there was no tea/coffee setup or kettle in the room. The room was very small, and the bathroom was uncomfortable; everything gets wet when you shower, which makes it hard to manage. There were no available TV channels; instead, you could only connect your own device to the screen to stream Netflix, YouTube, etc.

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome. The staff is professional, smiling and efficient, at reception, in the bar, at breakfast. The room is compact but definitely larger than many I've stayed in in Copenhagen. It's very clean and comfortable, with quality furniture. The shower was really nice and spacious. Good hairdyer. Good wifi. Good lighting in the room and bathroom. The breakfast selection is top class, with the best scrambled eggs I've had in a long time. There is a nice lounge and a quiet garden towards the back of the bar which I only found on the last day sadly. It's convenient to reach by metro. The Karla restaurant nearby had excellent food and staff. I will definitely book again next time I go to Copenhagen.

A magnifying make-up mirror would be great to have.

The hotel is located very conveniently - probably a 10 minute walk into the centre of Copenhagen. The room was perfect and everything you could ask for - stylish and clean (a little on the small side but this didn’t bother us as we were out for the day and only used it to sleep). The staff were also extremely helpful and friendly!

The room didn’t have a kettle which I found quite odd as most hotels have kettles - it’s nice to have a coffee or tea in your room in the morning before breakfast or after you’ve walked around the city all day. However, this wasn’t a big problem as there was a bar downstairs which served everything from cocktails to coffee.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Location is great.

Breakfast felt quite expensive (c. £18 for a continental buffet).Room was a good size for a solo traveller, but minimal storage made it difficult to be organised during the stay. Additionally, my bed was not the most comfortable! It was made of a base, 'mattress' and mattress topper, however during the night they would all slide apart meaning it was an uncomfortable sleep. This contributed with a non-fitted sheet would mean I'd frequently wake up with no sheet on. Furthermore, the mattress topper had been bent out of shape due to people sitting on it (as no real chair) meaning it was uneven.

the hotel had a lot of charm, and our room offered a lovely view of the Town Hall Clock Tower at Rådhuspladsen, which was especially beautiful at night. The room was cozy and thoughtfully designed, blending style and comfort perfectly. We also really enjoyed the bar—it had a great atmosphere and was the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. The reception also helped me with the hair dryer and kindly kept our bags in a locked room before our check-in time for us to explore

Nothing to mention—everything met or exceeded our expectations. Building is a bit old and elevators are small but for us it was not an issue

The location is perfect! It is in the center of the city. 15 minute walk to Nyhavn. 15 min walk from train station. 5 min walk to popular shopping center, restaurants, museums.

The bed mattress is not comfortable. It is not a good quality mattress. The size of the bed is small ( 140 cm) It is so nice if you stay alone. I stayed alone and I liked it. However if you are couple, it would not be nice since the bed is aligned to wall. If you are alone then you can put your pillow against the wall and see view from the window. The room is small for 2 people. There is no fridge or minibar.
