Easy to find hotel right on the canal. The staff were very kind and the room was as expected. The beds were comfy and the bathroom had enough space. The windows opened into a courtyard between the buildings and was perfect for fresh air while still being quiet and private. The lobby had free coffee/tea and umbrellas available to borrow which were helpful given the unpredictable weather. We stored our bags on the last day with no issues while we continuted to explore before our evening flight home.

Key card access to the courtyard would have been convenient. Given the layout of the buildings, you had to enter from the street, go up a flight of stairs, then either take an elevator or stairs back down to ground level, walk through a hallway/courtyard, then proceed up to the guest rooms. To leave the hotel, there was a door directly from the courtyard, but it did not allow access (even with a room key) for entry. A minor inconvenience, but would have been appreciated.

The location of the Hotel is excellent in one of the most attractive places in Copenhagen. As the Hotel is in one of the Historic and very central places I expected that room and lobby and restaurant would not be spacious. Nevertheless there was everything necessary and quality of sleep mattress and pillows excellent. We stayed at a family room. All beds were comfortable. Breakfast was of good quality and enough variety. All employees were Very Friedly and they offered at the Hotel Complimentary coffee and tea all day. Certainly if we visit Copenhagen again we'll stay at this Hotel

Everything, couldn't fault any aspect of this hotel, it would go down as one of the best hotels I've stayed at, From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and helpful, Pang in particular was was very warm and friendly there is a large comfortable eating area off the main reception with complimentary coffee and tea, we booked a family room which turned out to be one room with two separate sleeping areas, the room was spacious, spotless with a good size bathroom. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. An excellent nights sleep, location couldn't have been better, directly on the side of the canal with a number of bars and restaurants a Shortt distance away close to the main square and metro station, very good continental breakfast with a good selection to chose from. Wouldn't stay anywhere else on any future trips to Copenhagen and would wholeheartedly recommend on all fronts. A perfect stay.

Location is amazing 10 min walk to nearest tube which takes you straight to the airport. Lively area with lots of resteruants and bars. Sound proofing on windows so not noisy with windows closed. No aircon but windows open wide during day let's lots of air in. Small rooms but everything u need, free coffee in reception area is a bonus considering coffee costs around 6 pounds each from the bars. We had the nyhaven view room would defo recommend that to watch all the hassle and bustle outside. beds comfortable. Spotlessly clean and good breakfast. Staff friendly and helpfull.

Tv had no English channels.

Great location, helpful staff and very clean.

The shower curtain blows with the automatic fan so when showering the curtain keeps rubbing against your ass which is not nice considering all the other people it’s rubbed against. Should be a half glass wall

The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance for most sightseeing activities. The metro station (to and from the airport is a 5 minute walk) and the main shopping street is just over the road from the metro stop. Breakfast was good, a reasonable choice of cereals, grains yogurts etc. as well as various types of bread, ham cheese and fruit. Hot boiled eggs was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel, the staff were extremely helpful and whilst Copenhagen is very expensive, I believe we couldn't have found better for value, location and comfort.

The room size was not very big. This was not a problem as I knew this when I booked.

Location 10. Breakfast 9. Room 9. We had a beautiful view up and down the canal on the front side and down the street on the side from our corner room, #322. It was a spacious room. Windows opened to allow a nice breeze. It was quiet through Saturday night despite loads of tourists all day and evening. No hallway noise. The shared lounge was comfortable with self serve coffee and tea. The staff were all very kind and professional. The breakfast was self-serve buffet. The pastries were excellent. The expresso machine made lattes. There was rhubarb juice worth mentioning among other standards. Cheese was offered in several forms - a block to slice yourself or precut sticks,, Camembert, and seasoned spreads. Bring your phone to translate the labels. The yogurt was good European - runny not Greek. There was prosciutto and salami, various breads, and cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red and yellow bell peppers sliced. A fruit bowl was ok - plums and apples. We ate too much!

A shelf for toiletries in the bathroom would have been nice since the sink counter was small. The magnifying mirror was mounted for someone at least 5’7” (170 cm) or taller. The Danish modern style erased all the age and sea captain history of the place. Would love to see a nod to history added back in.

The hotel is literally in the center of the city - the windows of the rooms face Nyhavn/the canal with the famous row of colourful houses. The room was small, but its size was accurate to the description Booking has shared with us before we booked the hotel. The rooms are accessible by elevator (though I'm not sure if the elevator and the corridors would be wide enough for a wheelchair). Copenhagen is an expensive city, but for the location, I think the price we paid for this hotel was acceptable - we appreciated that the hotel did not raise their prices (the staff also confirmed this) on a weekend with events that made all accommodation prices insanely expensive for that particular weekend when we visited the city. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

No minibar/mini fridge in the room.

Location is perfect to explore the city, plenty of great restaurants in 10-15 min walking distance. My room had a nice view, was very clean, simple but nicely decorated. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Great place to stay for a short trip.

I would not have a breakfast, only tried it once and skipped the other days. More interesting places in the area to have a nice breakfast and good coffee starting from 7am. Shower is very small, with no doors, so you should be very careful.

Great location directly on Copenhagen's Hyhavn Harbor. Friendly staff and nice Hotel. Family Room comfortable and clean for our three night stay. Our Family Room faced courtyard, so generally very quiet with windows open as evening warm during our stay (one late night incident was handled by Hotel staff promptly upon inquiry). Affordable option in Copenhagen.

Bathroom a bit small for four adults, and breakfast could have had more hot selections. But these are meant as constructive feedback and not criticism of Hotel or staff.
