The hotel is super modern, new and comfortable in an excellent location.

Availability of coffee/tea facility in the room needs to be addressed for a hotel of this standard. We were not informed on arrival we could get a kettle from reception. When we got it we got coffee bags for filter coffee. In short, there should be adequate facilities in the room. We would also recommend that bikes are provided for free rather than to be hired for a cost considering that Copenhagen is a city on a bike!

We enjoyed the location of the hotel, that's situated by the water. Therefore, there is no traffic sounds. We also enjoyed the bed, very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was every extensive and with good quality. The lady working at the cafe was so friendly and made excellent coffee. Parking was also easy.

1. The shower door is a clear glass door. It was not a problem for us, but it might be a problem if you are sharing the room with a friend. 2. There are no hooks to hang the big towels. 3. We stayed for three evenings, there was no cleaning service, which was fine with us, but I thought it's good to mention here. 4. Though our payment was managed by booking.com, and repaid before our arrival, the staff charged the full amount to our card mistakenly; the charge was removed when we brought it up, but this shouldn't have happened.

The hotel is situated outside the city centre but close enough to explore. Room is nicely decorated. The hotel only informed upon checking in that they would clean the room every 3 days for sustainability reason, this should be stated before booking. During the three days, housekeeping would not even vacuum or empty the bin unless requested. The free mini bar is not refilled everyday, you need to go to reception and ask for the items. For this price point, the service that is provided is simply not sufficient.

The staff-members are extremely friendly and service-orientated. The bar on the top floor with the view over Copenhagen is wonderful. I have read in some reviews that visitors were not satisfied with the breakfast. I thought there was a good selection and I really enjoyed it!

The room was very cosy and basically clean. However, there is a lot of decoration and a lot needs to be cleaned. This is probably quite time-consuming. The fabric-covered bed head was dusty. The rubbish bin in the toilet was not clean. The kettle has - and the hotel hasn't been open that long - limescale stains. These are all just little things, but the longer the hotel is open, the more unkempt it will probably look in the medium term.

We loved everything about this hotel. I don’t even know where to begin. The location is perfect to explore the city by foot and next the Broens street food market. The hotel itself is in a newly developed area. The design of the hotel and the rooms is lovely and unique with great ambiance. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. The skybar has great views of the city, it’s a great place to end the day. We were upgraded to a bigger room overlooking a canal. The bed was comfortable and on the harder side which we love. You have a free minibar in the room which can be filled up once a day. There isn’t any coffee machine or kettle in the room but you can go downstairs to the restaurant and get yourself a cup in the morning and bring it to your room. The housekeeping only comes to the room upon request. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Fairly new property in a great location on Paper Island, very close to Nyhavn and other attractions. The staff are great and helpful. The room itself was utterly charming with lovely harbour views, but also very well-designed to allow for enough space to store our belongings.

The shower drains need to be cleaned regularly; ours was blocked up and we had to clean it ourselves to avoid flooding the bathroom. WiFi was down for nearly 24 hours during our stay which was inconvenient and the hotel's system was also offline for a couple of days - not that staff's fault; but it would have been good to get notes/messages delivered to the rooms to advise guests that they were having issues, and perhaps offer something complimentary for the inconvenience.

Location is fantastic, so central. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly. Communal areas all very well presented, spacious and comfortable. Loved the top floor cocktail bar, with excellent city views! Decent continental breakfast. Room decor really nice, comfortable bed, powerful shower and really spacious room.

The shower being right next to the bed felt a bit strange. It would be nice to have more fruit options in the breakfast buffet (personal preference), plus the staff could ask you a little sooner about options to be ordered at breakfast.

Very unique and beautiful art work throughout the hotel. Modern amenities. Very front desk woman helped us find parking by meeting us outside. Very near to the opera house and walking to some attractions.

The location presented some challenges getting to the parking lot due to some construction we were not aware of. We’re couldn’t even find the front door to the hotel. Although the front desk woman came out to greet is which was lovely. Communication between hotel and restaurant could have been better regarding booking reservations. There was a lot of back and forth for a complimentary glass of bubbly when reserving the restaurant at the front desk. Seemed a lot of effort when there didn’t need to be. Cafe wasn’t open for morning coffee before heading to the airport.

The hotel and location were fab and remionded me of the Hackney Wick/Olympic Park region of East London with stylish modern acrhitecture in a regeneration area with lots of food and drinks offerings nearby and an easy walk in to the heart of Copenhagen. As good as the hotel was, it was the staff who really stood out however. Incredibly, friendly, effeicient and utterly brilliant with our 3 & 7 tear old kids who travelled with us.

Whilst it never purported to offer this, it would be great if it had some sort of health offering such as a small gym or even a 'yoga studio' or similar. Perhaps they could use some of their event/work rooms spaces for this when not hired for events and business meetings. But this is just a 'nice to have' rather than something we didnt like.

25h hotel review Place we definitely want to return! We’re having our wedding during our stay in Copenhagen so choosing a proper hotel was a very important thing as we’d like it to meet our expectations in full. We messaged the hotel stuff in advance and notified them about the special event in our life and they were not just happy but also promised to provide us with the channel-facing room and single king-size bed. When we arrived, hotel personal vas very helpful and said we are welcome to reach out if we need anything extra during our stay. The room was just perfect . It has simply everything in it and its design and atmosphere made it a perfect spot for our gatherings and photos on the wedding day. Breakfasts were quite delicious and the variety of choices sometimes really made us decide what we’d like to go for. On the wedding day, our friends got in touch with hotel personnel and aligned on preparing a small surprise for us. They sent a bottle of Champagne, signed gift card and all this was delivered to our room. We were very pleased to find everything in the evening. Bed was super comfortable, linen extra white and like new and overall the entire sleep really felt almost like home. The weather was icy and on the windows we also had frozen patterns which also served as additional curtains. Special thanks for coddly cod (pillow). It made us smile😉 To sum up, our stay in 25h hotel was absolutely amazing. Next time in Copenhagen we definitely book either the same hotel or the other one 25h owned by you but located close to the central part of the city. Many thanks for this experience, it suit the purpose perfectly and our hearts will for sure remember 25h and room 410 as a place where our family was born🫶❤️!
