The hotel is super modern, new and comfortable in an excellent location.

Availability of coffee/tea facility in the room needs to be addressed for a hotel of this standard. We were not informed on arrival we could get a kettle from reception. When we got it we got coffee bags for filter coffee. In short, there should be adequate facilities in the room. We would also recommend that bikes are provided for free rather than to be hired for a cost considering that Copenhagen is a city on a bike!

The location is perfect for us, though it's not the best if traveling with public transportation, but we like the naighborhood so much, so it wasn't a problem for us at all, we could reach everything we wanted to see by foot. The hotel is brand new, everything was perfectly clean. The whole design concept is modern, but the room itself has a country vibe, interesting contrast. The view over the canal from our room was stunning, not to mention the view from the top floor bar "Victory". The lively, friendly, urban atmosphere of the whole paper island is simply refreshing. We would definately stay there again when we're back in Copenhagen.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel, that's situated by the water. Therefore, there is no traffic sounds. We also enjoyed the bed, very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was every extensive and with good quality. The lady working at the cafe was so friendly and made excellent coffee. Parking was also easy.

1. The shower door is a clear glass door. It was not a problem for us, but it might be a problem if you are sharing the room with a friend. 2. There are no hooks to hang the big towels. 3. We stayed for three evenings, there was no cleaning service, which was fine with us, but I thought it's good to mention here. 4. Though our payment was managed by booking.com, and repaid before our arrival, the staff charged the full amount to our card mistakenly; the charge was removed when we brought it up, but this shouldn't have happened.

The room was a beautifully designed, stylish mini-apartment. The entire hotel has an amazing, pleasant atmosphere and great design elements. Perfect location close to the city center and a fantastic view. We felt really good there.

The communication around the room’s readiness could have been handled better. I had requested an early check-in – which wasn’t possible, and that’s totally understandable. But when the room still wasn’t ready by 3:00 PM and I was getting mixed explanations, I wasn’t too happy about that. That said, I understand things can go wrong or get delayed. Still, I would have appreciated more open and proactive communication.

The hotel is situated outside the city centre but close enough to explore. Room is nicely decorated. The hotel only informed upon checking in that they would clean the room every 3 days for sustainability reason, this should be stated before booking. During the three days, housekeeping would not even vacuum or empty the bin unless requested. The free mini bar is not refilled everyday, you need to go to reception and ask for the items. For this price point, the service that is provided is simply not sufficient.

Just about everything! Quirkiness, sense of humor, design, and especially room set up is terrific. I love the glass wall between the bathroom counter and bedroom with separate toilet room. And those huge windows! Also loved the discovery of new nooks, elevators etc. Love the water/sunscreen/towels in lobby and support for walks & runs in local neighborhoods. Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel is on a quiet island in Copenhagen that’s still under development. Not far from Nyhaven and Opera House, and a short walk to harbor bus stop.

Hallways upstairs are a bit dark; an awning or special sign would help people know where hotel entrance isn’t obvious; need better instructions for ‘self-explanatory’ thermostats in rooms - definitely not self-explanatory! We took the duvet cover off the comforter and used it as our blanket as we couldn’t get room to cool down enough. Room lamps are cool but lighting level at night might not be bright enough for some people.

The staff-members are extremely friendly and service-orientated. The bar on the top floor with the view over Copenhagen is wonderful. I have read in some reviews that visitors were not satisfied with the breakfast. I thought there was a good selection and I really enjoyed it!

The room was very cosy and basically clean. However, there is a lot of decoration and a lot needs to be cleaned. This is probably quite time-consuming. The fabric-covered bed head was dusty. The rubbish bin in the toilet was not clean. The kettle has - and the hotel hasn't been open that long - limescale stains. These are all just little things, but the longer the hotel is open, the more unkempt it will probably look in the medium term.

We loved everything about this hotel. I don’t even know where to begin. The location is perfect to explore the city by foot and next the Broens street food market. The hotel itself is in a newly developed area. The design of the hotel and the rooms is lovely and unique with great ambiance. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. The skybar has great views of the city, it’s a great place to end the day. We were upgraded to a bigger room overlooking a canal. The bed was comfortable and on the harder side which we love. You have a free minibar in the room which can be filled up once a day. There isn’t any coffee machine or kettle in the room but you can go downstairs to the restaurant and get yourself a cup in the morning and bring it to your room. The housekeeping only comes to the room upon request. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Fairly new property in a great location on Paper Island, very close to Nyhavn and other attractions. The staff are great and helpful. The room itself was utterly charming with lovely harbour views, but also very well-designed to allow for enough space to store our belongings.

The shower drains need to be cleaned regularly; ours was blocked up and we had to clean it ourselves to avoid flooding the bathroom. WiFi was down for nearly 24 hours during our stay which was inconvenient and the hotel's system was also offline for a couple of days - not that staff's fault; but it would have been good to get notes/messages delivered to the rooms to advise guests that they were having issues, and perhaps offer something complimentary for the inconvenience.

Location is fantastic, so central. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly. Communal areas all very well presented, spacious and comfortable. Loved the top floor cocktail bar, with excellent city views! Decent continental breakfast. Room decor really nice, comfortable bed, powerful shower and really spacious room.

The shower being right next to the bed felt a bit strange. It would be nice to have more fruit options in the breakfast buffet (personal preference), plus the staff could ask you a little sooner about options to be ordered at breakfast.
