Location is ideal.

Lack of information on how everything works at the hotel. Breakfast needs to be booked although is included in the price, cleaning room services also need to be booked (they only make available a do not disturb sign but not a please clean my room). They display a picture of a pool in the booking page however they don't tell you that you also need to book and pay separately to use the facilities. Keeping your luggage is also a separate and paid service. Not a great value for service compared to other options.

Lovely hotel, I had a great experience despite some reviews I had read. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, enough space (we only stayed one night). Great location, easy to get to everywhere. The city sightseeing bus tour stops right outside the hotel which was a plus for us. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast was OK not the greatest. However they had a few gluten free options and plant based milk. Also, you have to pay to hold your luggage.

The hotel's location is very good. It's very close to the water, and the view was amazing. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. There are two breakfast options. Depending on your room category, you are assigned to one of them. For the downstairs breakfast, there are time slots that you have to book in advance. You will have 45 minutes for your meal. The other breakfast, for specific room categories, is on the top floor with an amazing view. There are no time slots for this one.

The hotel's parking garage is very expensive, even for guests. You have to pay for a full day even if you only use it for a few hours, so I would advise avoiding it entirely. A lot of hotel guests smoke directly in front of the hotel and throw their trash on the ground. You always have to pass through this smoking area, even if you don't want to.

I had a wonderful experience at the Scandic hotel in Copenhagen. The location is perfect – just a short walk from the central station and close to many main attractions, shops, and restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic – a wide selection of fresh and delicious food, including plenty of healthy and vegetarian options. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always professional. Overall, I highly recommend the Scandic Copenhagen for anyone visiting the city. It's a great place to stay whether you're traveling for business or leisure.

I was not satisfied with the organization of breakfast, especially with the man who greeted guests at the entrance. Instead of directing people to available tables right away, he seemed to have a one-sided need to chat with every guest. While this might be considered friendly, it was completely unnecessary. The goal for me – and I believe for most guests – was simply to have breakfast, not to engage in unnecessary morning small talk, which significantly extended the daily waiting time. Moreover, the breakfast boxes we received instead of the regular breakfast, due to our early departure from the hotel, were extremely poor and definitely did not reflect the price paid for breakfast.

Check-in is very late – at 16:00! The price for renting the hotel bike is very expensive. It is much cheaper to use city bikes than to use the hotel bike conveniently located at the entrance. The light switches in the hotel room are illogical and difficult to turn on and off. The bed pillows are uncomfortable. The luggage storage room is open to everyone and has a large sign saying 'At your own risk'. This is below the standard expected of a 4-star hotel. Beware if you want to leave your laptop or any other valuable items in your luggage, as there is virtually nobody in the large room and anyone can get in and search through your luggage undisturbed. The hotel management deserves 1 star for this alone.

A spotless hotel with modern facilities in a great location. Absolutely loved the look of our room. Modern, classy and relaxing design. Our bed was very comfortable and the room quiet. The other highlight of our stay was the breakfast! A great variety of food items to suit all sorts of tastes. The dining area was spotless and very well organised to cater for a large amount of people.

The fact that we didn’t have a kettle in our room to make our own drinks. I know the hotel has many rooms and would have had to provide sugar, teas coffee etc for each room but still a disappointment!

Very convinient place to stay. Adequate room to price, bathroom with enough space. Not only shower but also bathtub! Proper breakfast. Good attitude to price.

As we were there, the hotel restaurant admitted no more guest (weekend, friday ab. 8pm) but empty tables were visible (not enough staff?). What was worse, no open restaurant was to find in 15 min walking distance.

This is a business level hotel with a lot of rooms. The rooms are small but with comfortable beds. The hotel has good infrastructure and a good restaurant. Underground parking is chargeable. Location of the hotel is good, lots of attractions and city centre within walking distance. For a short stay or business trip it is a very good option. Breakfast is standard for this level of hotel. Please note that breakfasts are both downstairs and upstairs. Not everyone is aware of this and as a result the downstairs is congested and the upstairs is very free and comfortable.

The staff in the restaurant, need better co-ordination. On our first visit, when we were standing in the queue waiting for a table, three different waiters came up to us asking what we wanted and then disappeared :))) a similar story happened when we asked for a highchair for the baby. First one waiter left for it and did not return, then another, then a third. It is a small thing, but for more demanding guests such a situation could cause dissatisfaction.

The hotel is fancy, clean and the staff was very professional. I enjoyed the breakfast, it was really rich and with plenty of options for everyone (loved the kids corner, as we travelled with your children). I enjoyed the hotel room design and the facilities it offered, the bed was very confortable and the family room had a pull-out sofa, which was sufficient for our family of 4. It was great that we could leave our luggage in their storage after check out and the location was nice as well. It was easy to move around (bus and metro).

Preferably, I would have enjoyed just a bit more extra space in the room. It was manageable, but as a choice, I would have loved to have it a bit bigger.

rooftop restaurant was a wonderful surprise. room was small but clean. love how green/sustainable the hotel and hotel chain are. That is why we stayed there. Room temp was warm given the thick comforter. It was very disappointing that there were no massages available and access to the pool was so limited - and had to be paid for when staying at the hotel!!! Breakfast was good but some food items should be rotated so its not exactly the same day after day! Saw leftover food being separated for composting but paper was kept separate from food waste so that is not needed. All organic items can be composted.

Time in the pool was not available most days and our kids really wanted to swim. And the hotel charges guests to use the pool, sauna, steam. No massages were available over a 5 day period!!
