Housekeeping is not done every day at the hotel, and we were told that we needed to request it in advance. We did request it, but it was not done anyway. Other than that, the breakfast is quite sufficient, and the terrace is very enjoyable. The hotel also provides slippers, which we appreciated since most hotels in Europe don’t usually offer them. The hotel is about a 35-minute walk from the city center. If the weather is nice, walking is pleasant because the hotel is right next to the canal. There is a shopping mall nearby, which is convenient for dining options. The metro station is also very close, just a 5-minute walk away, and only one stop from the city center. Overall, I would consider staying here again if I visit the city in the future.

Hotel is in an ideal location - right on the waterfront. Beside the hotel is the Fisketorvet Shopping Mall so has plenty of eating / shopping options. Across the road is the IKEA store and behind it is the Dybbolsbro train-station for ease of transport access. The hotel provides car-parking paid along the wall at the hotel front and additional spaces under the bridge just need to get the parking permit if parking there from the hotel. We couldn't fault the hotel in anyway as it was just perfect for us and also the local Sight-Seeing bus is only a 5 min walk from the hotel.

Only downside for us was the pillows were too soft like flat pancakes but then personal preference. Hotel provided additional pillows when asked.

The room was ok, a bit tired but good enough. Breakfast was ok as well and the view was good. The location was a slightly outside the main city but that was ok just a short walk or bike ride or boat ride and you are in the main part which we preferred as it made you visit more places.

The shower was not very good and if you used it when others where then it was poor. I would say it was a bit over priced and most of the staff bar one young man where a bit grumpy. If it was between 15 and 20% less then it would be ok value for money. Also felt a bit corporate and not what we would usually choose.

Location was excellent, a little away from the more busy central area, but plenty close with bike or metro. Breakfast was good, with clean food areas, and with both hot and cold options. I would have liked a larger cheese and cold cut selection, but otherwise it was good. We rented bikes and they were comfortable and easy to ride and bike lanes as well as designated bike roads and bridges were right there. We got the canal view which was excellent. Lots of great food options right next door at the mall food court - much better than American mall food. The metro was a 5 minute walk and you could cheaply reach all of Copenhagen quickly. The hotel was clean, open and airy.

I asked for two beds and while I got two beds they were pushed up against each other and due to the nightstands/light towers, it wasn't possible to separate them. This was not really an issue as it was me and my teenage son, but would be good to know if you're not wanting to sleep right next to someone.

Good location, quite nice room with a nice view. There was a mini bar, an accessible parking lot opposite the hotel.

The biggest disappointment was that there was a lot of dust on the first day of arrival in various places, especially on the glass shelves. The sink was also clogged, the water did not drain very, very badly, it was extremely uncomfortable from this side. After asking for cleaning and fixing the problem with the sink, nothing happened has not changed

Get the better (more spacious) rooms higher up and facing the harbor (canal) - it's worth it. The staff were all very nice and the location is perfect - right nearby two metro stations (and walking to the central station will take you 22-25 mins). The food hall nearby in the shopping mall is also worth taking a look at.

One small nitpick - the design of the rooms uses a lot of glass tops - it can be quite daunting to move about and in the bathroom as well. It looks a little dated (the design itself). Also, to get on the bridge over the railway from the hotel - you must go through the shopping mall - the outside stairs are closed for repairs. This is of no significance, though as everything else was top notch.

Good clean, rooms, staff always frendly and helpful. The position of the hotel is good to reach nearly everything bei bicycle or foot

30 minutes before the breakfast closes, they started to clean everything. If you came late for breakfast, half of the things are already gone. Starting your day relaxed don't work there

Lovely hotel, we spent a bit more for a room with a balcony and loved the view of the public swimming pool (it's free!) and the water. The location is fantastic, you can reach anywhere fast and we enjoyed renting the bikes and discovering the city. It's within walking distance to the Bus Terminal which was great for us. The boat rental near by is a fun way to spend some time. Breakfast was impressive and tasty but we also had good breakfasts / brunch in the neighbourhood. Staff was polite but not exactly helpful or kind, especially when it came to questions about recommendations for restaurants, where to go or what to do. I guess it's more for business people. We would still recommend it and go back for sure.

The elevator took forever to come and we couldn't figure out the stairs to get to our part of the hotel.

Location was great for the conference we were attending. We loved walking along the waterside. River buses are inexpensive and save the walk up to the centre of the city. Staff were helpful and the restaurant was great. Room was very clean and comfortable. We hired bikes from the hotel - safe city for cycling.

The weather was really warm, making the room very hot. Unfortunately the air con didn’t seem to be effective. We had to leave the balcony door open all night - which was fine as we were on the second floor.

Location was good, a bit outside the city center but easy to reach by metro. There is also a shopping center next door. Breakfast was great, rooms clean and service was friendly. It was quiet and the temperature in the room was spot on. Bed was great, not one of those where when the person next to you moves the whole bed moves. Nice view from the wondow.

The pillow was a bit flat, would have needed two (I am sure this would have been arranged had I asked for it). We paid for an extra bed in the room which was quite flimsy and noisy, more like a kid's bed and we were all adults.
