two things: 1. since there seems to be a party place next by, it was noisy on the Friday and Saturday night while we were trying to fall asleep the musics rhythms sounded into our room. 2. The checkout process is stupid: we had to wait in line, even though there was zero consummation on our room. this resulted in waiting 15 minutes to handover the card in 10 seconds in the end. The reception staff could just ask people in the line if there were zero conservation rooms, who could actually skip the line then.

The hotel sits next to a nightclub, which was no issue on the Thursday night we stayed. However, on Friday night, the music was very loud and kept us awake a lot of the night. This isn’t the hotel’s fault - we understand they have no control over this - but definitely something to be aware of when booking.

The room had a loft with a single bed, which worked very well as I was travelling with my adult son and the configuration gave us each our own space, plus there was a sitting area so overall it was quite spacious. The breakfast was one of the best I've seen at a hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Halfway through our stay we realized the train station two blocks away gave us direct access to the main station to get anywhere quickly, but the walk from the main station was only 15 minutes and we enjoyed doing that too.

The only thing that was iffy was how slippery the floor of the shower was when wet. One front desk staff suggested laying a towel down right in the shower and that worked.

Fantastic hotel in an ideal location for exploring Copenhagen. Out of the hustle and bustle of the very center of the city, but just an easy couple of stops away on the metro, which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast was a highlight, maybe the best hotel breakfast I've had - so much choice and everything is delicious. When we arrived we opted to upgrade to a Junior Suite (room 4037) and were very pleased with the room. Spacious, clean, nice design. Staff where friendly on check in and seemed helpful. Check out was contactless and took all of 2 minutes. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The TV didn't work in our room, which was a shame. We did ask the reception to send someone to take a look, but sadly it did not get resolved during our stay. Also, the bed in our room was pretty soft - some people like that and some don't! Thankfully it was ok for us. The hotel is reasonably priced by Copenhagen standards, but still quite pricey. Water pressure in the shower was rubbish.

We loved the breakfast, there is not much variety and similar food each day but everything is fresh and the choice is really nice. Stuff in restaurant is nice, there are local hotel events like champions league with free beer in the match break.

It was our second time in this hotel and the overall feeling can depend on which room location you will get. We booked same room twice- but first time we got patio view which was pleasant and quiet and our second visit we got room with view of back/storage of Kødbyen industrial part which was quite noisy and definitely not pleasant with all the trash bins. But i don’t think it is something that you have much influence on.

Our room was lovely, really modern and well decorated. The whole hotel was the same. Breakfast was fab, great opening hours and such a good selection. All the staff were really helpful. Location was lovely, not central but we knew that from the map when we booked. It’s near a train station (3/4 min walk) and 10 min walk from the metro, lots of nice restaurants and bars near by

Our room was for 3 but there was only 2 of everything (mugs, cups etc), not too much bother but just a small attention to detail. The air conditioning wasn’t very strong so the room was quite hot but not unbearable.

We really liked our stay there. Staff were really friendly and positive. The decor was authentic representing the meatpacking district. Waffle making option at the breakfast were a hit. We had a suite with two rooms which was ideal for three of us. It was spacious, and we liked the ailes by the windows where you can sit and watch the world go by.

A minor thing - there were a few coffee making machines at the breakfast, but only one did cappuccino/latte. It was at the very back of the breakfast area; I discovered it only towards the end of the stay.

We arrived in Copenhagen about 7 hours before our check in time. The staff were helpful and checked us in immediately, we were able to have breakfast and rest for a few hours before heading out later to explore. Excellent service. This is our hotel of choice and we will be staying here again on future trips.

The cleaning of the room could be better. There were traces of hair so you could tell the cleaning wasn't excellent. Additionally there was a problem with the bathroom drainage causing us to wait longer than expected before showering between my partner and I. We informed the staff at reception and they were swift to note they were going to inform maintenance. Good response.

Location is great - approx 3 min walk from an S train station, 10 min walk from Kobenhavn H, and plenty of really nice cafes / bars in the area. The hotel breakfast every morning was by far the best we've seen for a hotel in this price class anywhere in Europe - tons of food and beverage options available and a great way to start the day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, clean and well-appointed - we liked the shower and the beds were comfortable. Safe neighbourhood even when we (2x female tourists) were walking back from Kobenhavn H at 3am. On balance it was also well priced for what it delivered, taking into account that we were in a high cost of living city during the Eurovision Song Contest. I would return here again for sure.

Check-in is later than standard (3pm) and there is an early check-in fee even when the room is already turned over and available. I suggest speaking to staff about this and seeing if it's possible to have this fee waived, especially if it's really close to 3pm, as this is not a sensible policy. You also need to remember to book room cleaning and breakfast via a QR code 24 hours in advance each day, which I kept forgetting to do. Not a problem for breakfast as we were able to sidle on in without issue, but it did mean we went several days without housekeeping - I should have set a phone reminder or something. Both minor issues in the grand scheme of things - this was a great hotel and we consistently enjoyed it over the course of the full week we were there.

The room was clean, comfortable, and warm. The soundproofing was perfect—you couldn't hear anything from the neighboring rooms or outside. I really appreciated the hotel's cleaning philosophy, as they only cleaned upon request, avoiding unnecessary housekeeping. The breakfast was rich, offering a huge variety to suit all preferences and dietary habits. The staff was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. Additionally, the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the Central Station, making it a great location for exploring the city. Highly recommended!
