The rooms were clean, we even had bed linen and towel on Hand with no extra fees. It was darkened easily and enough space for 4 people. Location was great but we do recommend a city pass for public transport.

We didn't have any kind of closet or drawers which turned out to be a little difficult. The common kitchen was not well equipped and dirty. There is one stove to cook pasta etc but nothing else. There were seemingly some homeless people in the lobby who were asking for money and food. One if them even tried to steal my friends phone. This experience was not great obviously!

The staff are great. Always - I have been many times. The location happens to be perfect for my needs. Rooms are basic but very clean and everything works okay. The coffee at the bar in the lobby is pretty good. The atmosphere is good. It's a hostel, a lot of coming and going and I like that. Very close to two metro stops and several supermarkets and a small mall. Cph is an amazing city. All the staff here are really great.

I have to negotiate the room I want every time I go. I now go early to give them time to reorganise (I usually stay for a week so it's worth having the negotiation.) The messages I send every time about which room I want to be in do not get through to the staff. The kitchen for guests is not very nice. I am much older than most other guests and this opinion reflects that! There is plenty of building work going on around the hostel but that does not impact too much.

stayed in an all female 8 bed dorm, it had 2 bathrooms and was very clean with daily service and was very large staff were exceptional, all very friendly and accommodating located 3 minutes away from the metro station and takes approx 10 minutes by metro to get to the center kitchen had 2 hobs, a kettle, microwave and 2 fridges

often only one person on reception so could take a little while to be seen to (staff did their best to cut wait times) kitchen smelt quite bad, bin overflowed quite quickly and was only charged overnight. 200kr deposit for utensils not all the beds had working night lights and chargers

What did I like? Quite a few things! The room was clean, simple, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great — just a short walk from public transport and easy to reach the city center. The breakfast was varied and fresh, with enough options to start the day well. But honestly, what stood out the most was the staff. A big thank you to Melanie, Vanessa, Dasa (she was charming), and Maryke at reception — they were all incredibly kind, helpful, and always had a smile. They really made me feel welcome!

On arrival I had to pay again on my credit card as booking.com hadnt cleared my payment with the hostel yet, so the hostels system said I hadn’t paid yet and we couldn’t access our rooms without confirmation of payment. The hostel has reimbursed me which I am very thankful for, but I have been left short due to the currency exchanges The time it takes to clear payments between booking.com and the hostel needs to be fixed as this scenario is not something you want to deal with at checkin when it’s 1am

We stayed with family for two nights. It was suitable for us to have a bed for children. Good location near subway station Skjolds Plads. The rooms are clean, not big, anyway are comfortable. Warm batteries in the room and shower/toilet. Fast internet. Good personnel. The towels was superclean.Easy check-in/checkout and big plus was a card key for each person. Also there are exist leisure place near reception Thank you for staying in your hostel, hope to visit your place again 💙💛🇩🇰

In the evening we stucked in the elevator cabin. As i understood later it was some problems with mechanism which couldn't open the cabin doors. Contact number from Booking which i tried to use at this emergency situation was connected to Berlin and nobody answered. I recommend to take some contact info from reception for any urgent situations like happened with us. Or use upstairs by default)) After 10-15 minutes the doors some how opened by itself

It was really good value for money. The staff was very helpful and polite, they were ready to help with anything we asked. They gave us cutlery from the kitchen when we asked for it and also saved our luggages before we got our room and after we checked out, so it was a lot easier to go around the city like this. The accomodation is located near a metro station, so it’s very simple to get to the city centre.

The room was a little small. There was a double bed and a bunk bed in our room, but they were so close to each other that if the one on the upper part of the bunk bed wanted to climb down, they had to step on the double bed, which was just a little uncozy at night when we wanted to sleep. Some of the corridors had some very unpleasant odor.

Good location, excellent prices, comfortable and quiet, full of young people and students, lots of activities, nice kitchen and outdoor area, kinda too good for a hostel.

Reception was slow because a software error but the receptionist (Margarita? Sorry if I am wrong, bad with names :)) ) was super kind and helped us understand that, tried everything she could to solve it. A screeching shower door room 315, washing clothes a bit expensive, confusing entrance(put another sticker and it's solved guys)

I didn't like that some random person, who isn't even a guest at the hostel, parks their bike and locks it with a chain around the post where the sensor to unlock the parking area sits. Because now it is impossible to reach it from inside the car without scratching your car on the bike. This was a daily occurrence. I think it was a homeless person who was there to look for empty bottles and so forth. But still too fancy to use the bike racks like everyone else. This is super annoying.

This was the second time we had stayed here in a month; we usually do so while visiting our son in Copenhagen. It's good value for money, has friendly and helpful staff, informal atmosphere, good clean rooms, and has cooking facilities. We got a very big room this time! Very convenient for buses, trains and metro. Open 24/7. We like it.

A recent rule seems to have been brought in whereby you have to pay a deposit of DKK200 to access any cooking utensils in the kitchen. I can understand this if a&o realise utensils have been regularly stolen, but it can be a little frustrating if all you need is one pan and a stirring spoon. We were exchanging deposits and boxes of utensils twice per day.
