Great breakfast, perfect location near the underground. Spacious lobby, comfy room (however it requires a bit better cleaning). A good hotel for city exploring.

There is some work to be done in the area of room cleanness. It seemed that the floors were not vacuumed properly, there were some objects left by previouse occupants of the rooms. The tub requires some serious cleaning. A kettle in a room would be a great addition.

My second time stay here for convenience. Breakfast is wonderful as always. It's in the most beautiful part of Copenhagen, just right on three metro lines and 1-min from huge shopping center, having all you need. The view (12th floor) from our room was fantastic. The luggage storage works perfectly and is free of charge.

Rooms are somewhat little for 4-star hotel and the most striking is how unclean it is - dust everywhere and even plates for breakfast are quite often wet and looking untidy. The room cleaning is only on demand, so even if you stay for a week, you won't have your towels changed or room cleaned if you don't schedule it a day before. There isn't a towel for a floor in the bathroom, so everything is wet when you go out of shower. The prices for food and drink in the hotel are outrageous. The price for a room is same never mind if occupied by 1 or 2 persons.

I loved the great breakfast, and the decor with a theatre theme is very nice. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the Frederiksberg metro (M1/2/3 lines), making it easy to access downtown and the airport.

The room was quite hot, and the walls are thin. There’s a locked door to the next room, and noise from there in the early morning disturbed our sleep. The room door was also difficult to close. The AC vent is located below the window, and if you open the window for ventilation, it lets out the cool air, making the room hotter. Closing the curtains blocks the vent, reducing airflow. This design flaw should be addressed with clear guidelines for guests instead of requiring them to request a fan at reception. Similar to my experience at Scandic Holberg in Oslo, where I had to ask twice for a sofa bed setup. Also, the bathtub is quite high, which could be a safety hazard.

The hotel's location is good and it is close to a metro station. There were also nice cafés, bakeries, and restaurants close by. Having a great gym at the hotel was a nice bonus. The breakfast was fresh and tasty and the breakfast room accommodated a lot of people.

The wall-to-wall carpet in the room was not very clean. I guess breakfast can be considered very generous if one eats meat. There were also plenty of options for vegetarians. For vegans, however, the options were quite limited. I stayed for five nights, and the breakfast remained the same every day. There were no variations. Maybe some small changes could be applied every now and then? The hotel tries to be greener and does not change towels and take out trash from the room every day. This is a good thing! However, if staying longer than two nights, the trash bin in the room is way too small. The soap, shampoo, and condition dispensers in my room were already empty when checking in. However, the staff fill the dispensers and change towels if asked one day before.

Friendly, helpful staff and comfortable bed. Smart TV with Chromecast is a nice touch and was the only place on our trip where my wee boy could watch has favourite shows. The location in Frederiksberg is great with shops and attractions nearby along with easy access to the Metro and a few minutes away from the city centre and main train station.

The dark colour of the room was a turn off for two reasons, dark colours make a space feel smaller and the dark colours can hide, or give the impression of hiding dirt.

Went for a stand-up show at Falkoner Salen. Very comfortable to have the hotel, restaurant and "theatre" in the same building. We barely needed to leave the hotel, but once we did, there were nice options close by as well. Breakfast was generous as well as its opening hours, the whole hotel had a very nice vibe and show-theme and we liked that the checkout time was at 12 instead of 11. Location was superb and superclose to the metro.

The bathroom had a weird sewer smell, but it might have been a temporary problem. Also, we had to wait pretty long when checking in and out due to the long lines. But all in all, tiny issues :)

The rooms are so comfortable! The beds are fluffy, rooms are super clean and comes with a great view of the street outside. The free breakfast is so beautifully laid out with a nice variety of hot and cold foods, that I look forward to every morning. The hotel has bike rental and a kids room for my boys to run around and burn off energy on rainy days. Their restaurant has delicious food. The hotel is also close to metro station with major train lines. It was easy to get to the center of Copenhagen.

The bathroom floods every time we shower. It started to smell after a few days. AC dripped water onto our luggage.

Great location, near the metro. Amazing breakfast with a lot of various stuff. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cozy room.

Instead of king bed, there were 2 beds that didn't hold together. It was also a bit cold too with no option to set up the temperature. But we asked for a room with a bath and got it for no extra change, which was nice to warm up after spending a day in the cold weather. Also it was impossible to connect the phone to the TV via their own instructions and connecting hdmi was also almost impossible (I got it to work but it was a real pain)

Hotel is very interestingly designed overall, it's connected to the music hall and that was our reason for choosing it. Staff is welcoming and pleasant. Room was standard Scandinavian style, meaning small but efficient. Breakfast offers big variety of food. Hotels location is not central but it's very well connected to the city center since the metro station is in front of the hotel. We went to the concert and it was the best experience to have, since you just take the elevator to your room after finish partying.

Shower sewerage system is bad, there is no option to shower and not flood the bathroom. Water flows away very slowly. Breakfast time tends to be crowded since the seating area is kinda small for the hotel of this size.
