Really like the location (it is an extremely walkable city and the metro is fantastic but it is in a good position either way). The app is great, being able to control lights (and wake up to soft lighting), as well as having a 24 hur chat service to answer all sorts of questions like where to eat and how to travel which is a massive life saver!! The chillout area was good fun and I didn't feel awkward even though I was solo travelling. The beers on tap are a great concept even if I didnt have time to use and it felt very safe. Lockers are useful and facilities are good.

Not much!! It is expensive but worth it for a nice place to come back to and the pods give you a lot of isolation which is ncie. Unfortunately the person above me was playing music at full blast until very late (at full blast it can just be heard which stopped me from sleeping) but I messaged the chat and someone came and spoke to them straight away which was great! The bathrooms were pretty clean although could maybe have done with some air freshener and an extra 1 or 2 cleans a day but the facilities were plenty and were clean and nice mostly! Would definielty stay again!

This was actually my favorite experience in Copenhagen. I ended up having to book additional nights because of canceled flights and the staff were extremely helpful and compassionate to my situation. There are a lot of pods in this hostel but it was always quiet and extremely clean. The rain showers were nice after a long day of walking/hopping on transit. I would not hesitate to book again for solo travel in Copenhagen. Thank you so much especially to Jacob for the coffee and a kind face after having to come back after a canceled flight. For female or solo travels, it is near two different stations (about 8-10 minute pleasant walk). It is extremely safe even when I had to get on the metro at 4am. Close to Tivoli, and on the main Vestrobro strip. Lots of places to eat and grouches stores near by along with a Normal close by.

Clean and tidy. Towels when you need more hassle free. Sauna nice extra. Hairdryer convenient. Staff were really friendly, polite and helpful. Well spoken. Breakfast organised at really nice little venue with good quality food.

I have never had a stay at any hotel/hostel/Airbnb that was nearly as pleasant and enjoyable as this one. Everything is designed in a very efficient, and smart manner, while also having having a big focus on aesthetics. The capsules themselves are surprisingly comfortable, with soft beds, ambient lights with colors that you can adjust with your phone and built-in Bluetooth speakers. The common lounge area has a very cozy, chill atmosphere with a coffee machine, a warertank always topped up with lemon/cucumber water, a kettle, free teabags and a vending machine for drinks. There is a kitchenette with microwave ovens, utensils, paperplates and cups. The bathrooms have really roomy shower stalls with brand quality body wash and shampoo, blow dryers and even an iron with an ironing board. The sauna runs until late. Everything was clean and the staff was really friendly and chill. Overall, a perfect stay that I would recommend to anyone. It is very nice to experience service where you don't get exploited and providers don't just look for ways to cut costs, get your money and give very little in exchange, but actually make the whole experience enjoyable, fun and an outstanding value for money.

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful 24/7 even if you have to ask 3 times because you're in a post travel haze, they're very patient. The availability of coffee and beer is a great addition, and the band system works really well. Beds aren't the most comfortable, but it is a budget pod hotel. It's what I expected. Bathroom exceptionally clean and well-stocked. Location is okay, but for the price, you can put up with that. It's a 20-minute walk into town and 10 mins to a metro station, which makes the whole of CPH very accessible. There are lots of places to eat and buy food up and down the street from the hub. The 7-11 down the street is an alternative for good breakfast pastries and fresh bread. Coffee at 7-11 is worth avoiding.

Men walking around in boxer shorts when there are women around. Kimonos are provided for modesty and blokes don't bother. Some bodies are worth looking at, but most aren't!

The location is excellent and the prices are a great value. All of the facilities are very clean, including the bathrooms. I was worried about sharing a bathroom, hostel-style, but they were high end, including a sauna. The pods were kept a comfortable, cool temperature with adequate blankets and the sound / light proofing is excellent. I was able to sleep incredibly deeply. I was also worried about the automation and that there would be no one to solve any problems, but the staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. I locked myself out of the pod in the middle of the night when I went to the bathroom, and there was a staff member in the lobby able to immediately help, even at 5:00am. The location was convenient and I was able to walk or bike to all the major train stations and sites.

The hangars are sufficient for pants and shirts, but there is not enough clearance to hang a long dress above the shelf in the pods. This isn't a dealbreaker by any means, but would be helpful if the hotel is looking for feedback.

I was so anxious about staying in a hub, especially coming to Copenhagen for a significant professional event! (I initially booked another place, but reading the comments about sweaty smells and heat in the pods, I decided to change) The hotel was perfect: clean, the staff was super helpful and allowed me to check in sooner (as I hadn't slept in 24 hours due to the train journey from France), the other guests were super quiet and respectful, we had room between the hubs to walk in case of insomnia, and leave our shoes. We slept well, enjoyed the wristband freedom to go our own way (my friend came along but enjoyed the city while I worked) Special thanks to Vlad !

The only bad thing I have to say : one of the two mattresses of the hub was twisted, so I struggled finding a right way to sleep

1) You get your own pod-space. 2) Clean. 3) Modern looking. 4) Bag packers dont need to bring towel, shower gel, shampoo or bathrobe. 5) Nice hosts (their kind of receptionist). 6) I did not use the sauna. But the idea of having that available in case I got back after a long day outside in the rain or the cold is priceless.

1) Price during the summer season is high, but the rest of the city is even more pricy. 2) Unfortunately doesnt offer breakfast in the building, but sells only tokens for good discounted breakfast in close by cafes (but be aware that those places open late on the weekends! But there are supermarkets close by to save you money and to save your stomach from rumbling from 7-22). 3) Temperature in the pod was a little chilly, but with the blanket provided, I wasnt bothered by it during the night.

Customer service was fantastic, everyone is friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean and the lobby is really welcoming and nice to relax in. Everything is very fast and efficient. Was impressed with how clean the toilets are kept (but better to go when it's less busy and it'll be cleaner, on off-peak hours. Between 9-11am is very busy)

I was disappointed that we got put in the room right next to the entrance so you hear the door opening and closing all night. You have to pay 145 krone to change room, I would have expected it to be free if there's a noise issue. Room was quite hot too but they have fans available.

Generally speaking, the space is clean and small but fully equipped.

Whether you sleep well depends on your neighbors. I was woken up by the noise and vibration at around 1 a.m. The noise continued until after 2 a.m., and the vibration was intermittent until 5 a.m. Although capsules are much more stable than bunk beds, please advise guests not to jump or make excessive movements, otherwise it will still affect others. The junction between the two mattresses is quite concave, so it is recommended to swap the positions of the two mattresses.
