Really like the location (it is an extremely walkable city and the metro is fantastic but it is in a good position either way). The app is great, being able to control lights (and wake up to soft lighting), as well as having a 24 hur chat service to answer all sorts of questions like where to eat and how to travel which is a massive life saver!! The chillout area was good fun and I didn't feel awkward even though I was solo travelling. The beers on tap are a great concept even if I didnt have time to use and it felt very safe. Lockers are useful and facilities are good.

Not much!! It is expensive but worth it for a nice place to come back to and the pods give you a lot of isolation which is ncie. Unfortunately the person above me was playing music at full blast until very late (at full blast it can just be heard which stopped me from sleeping) but I messaged the chat and someone came and spoke to them straight away which was great! The bathrooms were pretty clean although could maybe have done with some air freshener and an extra 1 or 2 cleans a day but the facilities were plenty and were clean and nice mostly! Would definielty stay again!

Clean and tidy. Towels when you need more hassle free. Sauna nice extra. Hairdryer convenient. Staff were really friendly, polite and helpful. Well spoken. Breakfast organised at really nice little venue with good quality food.

Has everything you need - bathrooms were lovely and always spotless, vending machines for all necessaties- self-serve bar was fun and convenient with a great selection of drinks. Staff were so smiley and always helpful. Location was great, a bit of a walk to the centre but easy if you don't mind a stroll.

Would have been great if there were some water fountains near the pods for grabbing water in the night but other than that couldn't fault the place.

I have never had a stay at any hotel/hostel/Airbnb that was nearly as pleasant and enjoyable as this one. Everything is designed in a very efficient, and smart manner, while also having having a big focus on aesthetics. The capsules themselves are surprisingly comfortable, with soft beds, ambient lights with colors that you can adjust with your phone and built-in Bluetooth speakers. The common lounge area has a very cozy, chill atmosphere with a coffee machine, a warertank always topped up with lemon/cucumber water, a kettle, free teabags and a vending machine for drinks. There is a kitchenette with microwave ovens, utensils, paperplates and cups. The bathrooms have really roomy shower stalls with brand quality body wash and shampoo, blow dryers and even an iron with an ironing board. The sauna runs until late. Everything was clean and the staff was really friendly and chill. Overall, a perfect stay that I would recommend to anyone. It is very nice to experience service where you don't get exploited and providers don't just look for ways to cut costs, get your money and give very little in exchange, but actually make the whole experience enjoyable, fun and an outstanding value for money.

Zero negatives.

We spent 5 nights in this accommodation and we are very satisfied. Everything is clean and tidy. It never happened that it was stuffy in the rooms. If you are afraid of closed and small spaces, don't worry. The bathrooms are great, there is always a free shower, so in general their organization is great. You can take new towels every day if you want, it is up to you. For us it was also good to have a kitchenette for some quick breakfast, coffee, tea. In addition, there are refrigerators where you can store your food. We would love to come back to this accommodation again.

Everything was fine.

The location was fantastic, and the staff was just as wonderful. The common areas were sufficiently clean, while my private capsule was exceptionally spotless. The sauna was also well-maintained and a great addition to the experience. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with any question. The cleaning staff was equally friendly, always smiling and hospitable. I also appreciated the little details that enhanced the stay in my capsule, the lighting options were well thought out (warm firelight for the evening and soft yellow-white for the day) and the sound system was soothing. Plus, the capsule was much more soundproof than I expected, making for a truly relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic experience, thank you!

The common areas could be a tiny bit cleaner, but I understand that there are too many people. An idea would be also a wall folding table on the bed, so that one can put the laptop/tablet to watch something.

Absolutely loved our stay at CityHub Copenhagen! The place was super clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the WhatsApp service – such a great and easy way to get answers to any questions, whether it was about the city, recommendations, or anything else. The location is also perfect – everything is within walking distance, which made exploring Copenhagen so convenient. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

location is near to bus station and metro station a lot of options for food and supermarket within the vicinity. The hub is big for a solo occupant 😊 and is sound proof. Seamless check in and check out

if the kitchen can be bigger please but overall the system on how to keep everything organized is amazing

The Hubs were clean and provided sufficient noise isolation and privacy for a good rest, the guests were all quiet and friendly too. Even though the hubs are smallerthan a conventional hotel room, they are large enough to store my bag and lounge around in for a little bit. The air conditioning was set at a good temperature and the air was fresh throughout. The bathrooms with sauna are shared, but clean and there were enough stalls to go around. The ammeneties in the social zone were great and the ability to draft a beer or grab a coffee was awesome.

The room lights are app controlled, so to make full use of the LED lighting (aside from turning them on or off) you do need the app.

Omg this was the coolest place I’ve ever stayed! If anyone is coming to Copenhagen I would 100% recommend CityHub. From the moment I walked through the doors I instantly got such a good vibe from the place. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and the place was alway immaculate. Even the toilets and showers were always immaculate. It is a little pricey for a hostel but honestly you get your own space with room to get changed ect so it’s definitely worth it. Also the pods are super soundproof, I didn’t hear anything which was one of my concerns with being on the bottom. Also very close to the metro stations to get around.
