We really enjoyed our bedrooms (Bed was very comfortable) and thought our view at the front was great. The layout of the family suite was very good with a shared hallway with the 2nd bedroom which had its own en-suite and suited our 18 son perfectly. Staff were very helpful and considerate (Simona, took her time when we arrived to make sure we were looked after) Location of hotel was excellent and thought the phone link to open the doors was very handy.

One thing only, our bathroom did not match the excellent standard of our bedroom, it was clean but old and is obviously soon on the list for an upgrade/refurbishment.

The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Tivoli Gardens and the central train station, which made exploring the city super easy. It’s also close to several parks, which is perfect if you enjoy going for a run or just want a peaceful walk. The hotel itself is clean, cosy, and very comfortable. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace—such a nice spot to unwind. We didn’t get a chance to try the sauna, but it looked beautiful. Breakfast had everything you need to start your day: fresh bread, eggs, fruit, cereal, coffee. Simple, but satisfying. All in all, a great place to stay in Copenhagen. Would definitely come back!

On the downside, it’s not very accessible for people with limited mobility. There are quite a few stairs at the entrance which could be challenging for some guests.

Best thing about this hotel was the staff and different services offered! They have a nice bar which does coffee in the morning, you can rent bikes for the day which we really enjoyed and they also offer a sauna and rooftop access. Rooms were very clean and comfortable but we couldn’t get the AC to work and were quite warm for our stay (summer months). Our room overlooked a courtyard which was extremely noisy most mornings, and quite early. I do feel it was quite pricey all that considered but we had a nice stay!

It was in a nice quiet location slightly away from the centre of the city but within easy walking distance and with lots of restaurants and cafes within a short walking distance. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable king sized bed. There was also a sofa in the room and a table with 2 chairs, perfect for a pre dinner drink. Breakfast had everything we could want, and was replenished often at each sitting.

The only thing, and it’s a small thing is that the rooftop bar is still closed until May, and it would have been nice to have been informed about this before our trip.

We booked a 'Superior room' in Sct. Thomas with a double bed for four nights. The room was more than spacious enough for us and had a modern but cosy atmosphere. The bathroom was small, but sufficient. We didn't book the breakfast formula, since we wanted to take advantage of discovering the city and preferred eating at the local establishments. The employees of the hotel were all very kind and happy to assist or give us information about the parking policy in Copenhagen. We got two physical keys, but you also got a digital key in case you forgot or lost the physical ones. We can for sure recommend the hotel, and it is quite close to the city center. The first two days we did everything by foot right from the hotel. On the third day we rented two bikes at the hotel, which gave us the possibility to visit stuff that was a bit further away. The bikes were well-maintained and perfect for traveling through the city.

The only thing I do want to mention is the fact that the rooms aren't that well insulated, you could hear quite a lot of the neighbouring rooms. For my partner that was no issue, he sleeps through anything. Myself on the other hand, I'm a light sleeper, so had to use my Loops (earplugs) to block out the noise of other hotel guests late in the evening or early in the morning.

We really liked the location in a mostly residential area of Copenhagen. Not far to the Metro where you are 3 stops into Copenhagen Central. You can walk in too - which takes around 20 - 25 mins. Very convenient (and cheap on the metro) to get to & from the airport. Lovely modern rooms in a beautiful old building. We booked a superior room just for a little more space. Shower room is quite small as others say, but adequate & plenty space to put your toiletries. Bed very comfy - duvets were lovely & cosy and supplied as 2 x singles instead of one large one. Found that worked just as well. Room was lovely and warm for the whole of our visit. We had requested a street view upper room before arrival & were delighted that our request had been able to be met. Didn’t use the sauna in the roof but it looked lovely with 2 wooden loungers outside to relax on & quite private. Didn’t use roof terrace - but did go up for a look & are sure it would be lovely to sit up on with a drink on a summers night & look out across the city - the view is spectacular. Didn’t opt for breakfast - but downstairs breakfast room looked well laid out & modern. Was able to store our luggage securely after check out & collect later for our late flight. All staff were friendly & polite & happy to help. Would happily stay here again when back in Copenhagen

The only thing we would say (and it’s only minor) is that the sheets aren’t fitted & we would wake up in the morning with the sheets half way across the bed! Fitted sheets on the beds might be better

Modern rooms, plenty of plug sockets, friendly and helpful staff, great location (5 min walk from metro), daily cleaning of rooms, excellent cocktails in lounge area which is a lovely place to sit at night for a couple of drinks, luggage hold if need to check out before flight due, breakfast is small on choice but had something for everyone.

Although it was clean it could’ve been cleaner (eg shower curtain, grout around sink and shower), lack of hot options for breakfast (although could find something every day), lack of storage for clothes while staying (there was a clothes rack with hangers provided but that was all).

Location is lovely - Very quiet with some lovely eateries which were only a short walk away. The room is just enough for a short stay, Enough space in the bathroom with a comfortable shower. Breakfast was amazing with a wide range of healthy options, coffee, juices and also selection of breads and warm food to fuel up for a day of walking. Nice room decor and very lovely and helpful staff :)!

The only downside was that you cannot control the room temperature, however the staff were very accommodating and gave us a fan to take up in the room for the hotter days. Everything else was great, really!

Beautiful little boutique-feeling hotel in a gorgeous neighborhood! The rooms had a charming old-world feeling but with modern furnishings. Our room on the 2nd floor was not so large in square footage but the tall ceilings made it feel generous. Room was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel also has a cozy bar on the ground floor next to reception, which we didn't spend time in, but would be a nice place to hang out.

The bathroom in our room was a wet room and while this wasn't a big problem for us, it might be a challenge for someone with limited mobility as the whole bathroom floor would get wet from the shower. A couple of grippy floor mats, and a bathmat for just outside the bathroom, would have helped. It would have been nice if all toiletries had been provided (conditioner and lotion in addition to a shampoo/body wash combo).

The hotel was in an art deco styled town house and had a lovely atmosphere when you walked in. The room was small but the bed was very comfortable and the room itself was clean. The area around the hotel was very nice and there was a lovely, little café on the other side of the street which was very popular.The breakfast was yummy - the scrolls in particular were delicious. On the first day, the bathroom had a sewer smell to it which was quite off-putting however on the second day, it was gone.
