Good location, close to metros and restaurants / shopping centre. Spa facilities were nice. Room was a good size for the basic rate and clean/ comfortable. Staff seemed nice. Good that spa facilities and gym are included in the price. This seems quite uncommon in Copenhagen!

We tried going to the spa in the evening, around 6:00pm and it was jam packed full of kids jumping in the pool and was very noisy. To be fair, it was Saturday evening, but was unable to relax. The pool and sauna would be lovely at a quiet time in the week though! 🙌🏽

Hotel is indeed quite close to Tivoli Gardens, but a 30 min walk to the city. As in all Nordic countries staff will not clean your room unless directly requested.

The second night I came to my room late and the room wasn’t cleaned, bed wasn’t made, and didn’t have clean towels. I called the front desk and was told that I needed to request my room to be cleaned each day! They had clean towels sent up but that was it! I’m sure they will say that their room service policy is written somewhere but it would have been nice if someone told me about their policy when I checked in!!! They didn’t even offer me so much as a cup of coffee for the hassle! It’s an expensive hotel so the service should live up to their fees!

This hotel is in the perfect location, short walk from the main station connecting you to the airport, 30 minute walk to the shopping district and 20 minute walk to the boat stop that takes you all the tourist attractions. We were away for my sisters 30th birthday and they made our stay so special. We were really looked after during our stay, they also helped with recommendations for pastry places nearby. The pool can be a little loud but the sauna is so quiet and both were a great addition, especially after a long day of walking. They also give you extra towels so no need to use the ones from your room. The hairdryer in the room is really great (which was essential for a group of girls getting ready). The sushi restaurant in the building is also really handy to have, especially after a day of walking.

The hotel is very fun in design.. One morning we added the breakfast and the range of options was amazing. Comfy beds and great showers. Location near meat packing district and good for a stroll along the canal into the main areas. Spa area was nice with the gym, sauna and pool

Rooms were a little warm. But you could at least open the window. It wasn't clear their room clean policy: you need to request it. Only paper cups in room to have your tea in (you can get milk from the coffee shop on the ground floor). Sauna seemed very family friendly so had lots of kids in there, but maybe I just find that odd as in the UK it tends to be over 16 only.

The Tivoli is large hotel and well run. We were impressed with the huge selection available for breakfast. we were very early arriving but despite this, we were able to have access to our room and settle in. The room was well appointed . Great bedside reading light! Room temperature easy to control. We had a nice dinner in the hotel restaurant on the first night but it was pricey!

The double bed in our room was two singles pushed together. We also had 2 single duvets instead of a double.

Breakfast selection was excellent and staff were really attentive and efficient. Everything was fresh and lots of it. Rooms were comfortable and well soundproofed with great balcony view and lots of space. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to bus and rail stations for access to Copenhagen central. Plenty of bars and restaurants in hotel as well as a 10-15 min walk takes you into Vesterbro with loads of places.

As this is a conference centre breakfast can be really busy. During busy times food was cold and not replenished. Certain times are really busy including bars and restaurants and can be rowdy particularly downstairs. The rooftop bar is lovely but we went up after dinner and last orders was called 45mins before the bar closed, we were made to feel uncomfortable as staff began intensive cleaning while we finished our drinks. N.b. Hotel is a half hour walk from centre of Copenhagen

While parts of the hotel are a little bit corporate, we were very pleased with our room and the choice to upgrade to an executive lounge pass. The breakfast is well worth the extra and afternoon drinks and snacks were so good we would make a special effort to return from exploring the city to relax in the lounge and treat ourselves to wine, beer and delicious savoury and sweet food. Exceptional staff provide great service. I wish we had had time to use the fleet of bikes the hotel has but hopefully we will return. We visited while supporting friends who were running the Copenhagen Marathon which meant lots of travelling across the city which was so easy to navigate. We would recommend getting a city pass so you can travel freely either by train, metro or bus.

It is the wrong side of the railway line so requires a bit of a walk to the centre or the nearest metro but the walk is not too challenging. The lighting for the bathroom is a bit odd. The basin area is separated from the bedroom with glass and a blind while a door encloses the toilet and shower area but there was no separated light switch for that area. Turning the light on for the bathroom in the night is a bit intrusive for your partner.
