Location was good, easily accessible to the bus station and metro ( like 15 minutes away) . Personal was kind and friendly. Everywhere was satisfying clean

There was a commotion at every hour of the night, like two or three o'clock, and that's why I couldn't sleep well

Really nice and cool place. Good staff, cool rooms.

But if you have a bad roll and end up in the big room you will be staying in sleep in noise and not in heaven.

-the lockers in the room were big enough to fit all my stuff including a suitcase and 2 other bags -the room was quiet, the other people at my room were tolerant -each bed has a light and 2 electric slits -the showers were very clean and were washed every day -every day there was a different person at the reception, but they were all extremely friendly and helped me with what i needed

-no kitchen, but there is a toaster and a microwave -it is a little hard to find the entrance the first time you go there -my bed was on the second floor of the room so I was scared not to wake the other people when going downstairs early in the morning -one sink did not work

Nice lounge to meet new people from all of the world. Not so cheap and the services are expensive (bike renting). Overall, I would stay again

A bit far from everything. Even far from metro wich is expensive and not so good anyway.

If was not for that absurd discriminatory rule on age, I advise the manager to eliminate it, I believe that anyone has the right to rest regardless of nationality, religion, skin color, sexual orientation, or if you are old or young, in fact when I explained my idea, the manager accepted me into the structure, but this situation was not pleasant, so I highly recommend eliminating it, but for the rest everything is ok

The place is actually nice, very youth vibes, plenty of space to chill in the common area, a bar. My room had 8 bunk beds and the mattress was comfortable to sleep. The shared bathroom was also nice, spacious-ish. The breakfast was very basic: a croissant with a tea and a juice

The second floor had too little space to squeeze in. Lack of a good ventilation. Also, I understand many things, but the youth not caring about another roommates made me feel sad. By that I mean, get up at 5 and talk loudly , loudly opening and closing the entrance door.

The room, even though it was a 6-bed dormitory had enough privacy for each bunkbed. The room and sheets were very clean, the bed was very comfortable!! The storage they gave for each bed was big, you could even fit smaller suitcases there. I really liked the small shower cabins as well, it was a nice solution for privacy when drying/changing clothes.

There were only a few toilets and the bathroom/shower was moldy. I know it’s hard to keep that area dry, but some sort of better ventilation would do the place justice.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming! The dorm room bed was clean and surprisingly comfortable (even though I'm 1,87m and slept in a top bunk). Check-in and check out was simple, the locker system for the dorm room is very useful and made the whole experience very smooth. The hostel was easy to find and is pretty centrally located (but not in a super loud area).

A bed at this hostel is very well priced! And comfy too! The rooms are very clean and well cared for and I really liked that the hostel has a well-established set of rules and policies that help keep the property clean, comfortable, and safe for all guests. I am very thankful that Sleep in Heaven exists because staying here allowed me to save on my accommodation in Copenhagen while allowing me to enjoy the very best that the Danish capital has to offer. The hostel's staff truly goes above and beyond in providing information about the city to all guests and they also do a great job of staffing the hostel's cafe and bar, which offers an excellent selection of coffees, beers, and snacks. If you are under 35, do yourself a favor and book a night here - you will sleep comfortably, save money, and meet several wonderful people amongst the staff who are passionate about sharing their knowledge of Copenhagen with the hostel's guests.

Not a dislike, but do be aware that the hostel is a short walk or public transportation ride away from several of the main city attractions that are in the city's center. Also, some of the rooms for the hostel are at a separate entrance from the main reception area, which is a possibility that guests should also be aware of.

I really enjoyed my stay in Sleep in Heaven, the location is really good, the main attractions are around 30-40 min walk distance. The staff was extremely friendly. I also enjoyed the fact that there’s a pool table, card/board games

The showers were not as clean. Also, there’s a restaurant in the neighbourhood that plays loud music on weekend till like 1-2 am, it’s not hostels fault but it can be unpleasant
